Called ahead and they gave my friend and I a time, we came in, sat down and were helped within 15 minutes, great atmosphere, everyone was very friendly but quiet, which I was totally ok with being an introvert, they only have one acrylic nail technician there but she was quick but also very careful with sanding our nails, shaping and applying gel polish, everything was very clean and nice! Their prices are also so good! Was very happy with the outcome and durability, when I got them taken off, they took good care of my nails. 10/10 would seriously recommend!

I love this place! They listened to what I wanted and asked me throughout the process if I was happy with it. They don’t rush and provide the service with care. I got a full set with shellac. Definitely will be returning.

I got a mani pedi and I was so impressed!! For the pedicure, Bryan took the time to exfoliate, massage my feet, do a mask, and even gave us hiking recommendations! For the gel nails, Hana was so precise and matched the design I wanted perfectly. Love this place!!!

Ive been to B nails twice now and I wasnt disappointed either time! The first time, I went in for an acrylic fill and they were super thorough, and I didnt get burned at all with the drill file. Today I took some family for pedis and we got the deluxe. We got stuck in traffic and were about 10 minutes late and they still accommodated us which we appreciated so much. I felt bad because other clients had to wait, so I made sure to tip extra. The pedicure was the most relaxing pedi Ive had in a very long time. It was also very thorough, they were very clean, and the color selection is huge. The owner was very nice even though we were late.

Ive been here twice. They did a great job both times, and theyre now my salon of choice. Very efficient and meticulous work, and great color selection!

Ruby did a full set on me with a fairly extensive nail art on all nails. They turned out beautiful and she did the actual acrylic so perfectly, she really knows what she is doing! I’ve payed more for worse nails in the past, and this is definitely going to be my new place!! 💗

Its been a solid couple of years since my last manicure, and B Nails came to the rescue! I was able to get an appointment for a basic manicure today, and Ruby did an awesome job. Prices are good, especially for a basic polish manicure, and the salon was super clean. There is a small parking lot out front, enough street parking is also nearby.Id come back in a heartbeat!

I moved to Seattle area recently and I’ve been trying already a few nail places in the area, so far this one was decent, i know exactly how i like my nails so i gave her some tips, nails came out good, i called in before coming in so I didn’t have to wait, decent prices for Seattle too, I’d come back!

Overpriced and unprofessional. Nails are bumpy and uneven. Throughout the process I had to point out sever issues such as filing off too much acrylic to the point my nail underneath was exposed. Gave me major attitude. Then they have you sign up on the tablet in the office which says first time customers get 10% off but won’t honor it. First said the promotion was expired but there’s no expiration date, then said had to print something off and bring it in. Won’t ever go back here.

Definitely recommend. I came in after reading the reviews and was hoping for the best and that’s just what I got. These pictures aren’t after I got them. This is three days after, looking fresh as before. I’m very happy with them and I came in with a reference picture and he matched it amazingly. I don’t know his name but he was the only guy there. I read some nasty reviews on this place but with what I wanted it turned out beautifully.

The interior is very well kept and clean, the whole staff is also very kind! They had a large selection of colors for me to choose from and had plenty of staff to focus on clients. I had the pleasure of getting my nails done by Alvin today. He was very careful with my cuticles and was honest enough to tell me that I should take a break from acrylics soon, which was super helpful advice since I dont know much about nail care. I couldnt have asked for a better job! They also had tons of snacks and drinks for clients up front! I cant wait for my next visit to try something new :) Thanks a million!❤️💛💙

Love this nail salon! Ive been a few times now and have had a different nail tech each time, and all of them were very professional and paid close attention to detail to ensure the shellac will last as long as possible. They also make sure to confirm Im satisfied with the length, shape, color, etc. before moving on to the next step.The salon is also very covid-conscious by taking your temperature upon entry and having plexiglass in the middle of each nail station which I really appreciate. The salon as a whole is comfortable and clean, which unfortunately cant be said about every salon in the area. They definitely aim to make recurring customers rather than taking shortcuts for short-term profit. So happy I found this place!!

Went here for a pedicure and had a great experience. Everything was very clean and they used disposable bath liners for the foot spa and new instruments for each person. The nails look really nice and the leg massage was great. I had Lindy and she was very nice and professional. I would definitely come back.

I absolutely love the team at B Nails! Brian and Hannah were completely friendly, and did an amazing job on my much-needed nail fill when I was in town! I will come back here every time I’m in Seattle.The location has easy, free parking right in the heart of the University of Washington area. The space was clean and all set up to keep customers safe with social distancing and plexiglass. Lovely place to go!

I had been to a few places for eyelash extensions in the past, and on average they take about 1.5hrs, one place I went took about 2hrs+. Time is highly valuable to me and spending 2ish hrs for eyelash extension is just not worth it to me.Let me say with this place, I’m in & out the door in 1 hour, getting a FULL set of eyelash extensions! The place is also not like typical vietnamese nail salons, it’s very neat and clean. Definitely coming back!

I went there yesterday I wanted fake nails on. They didnt even listen to what I wanted. And jipped me giving the correct money back to me. Will not be back there. The girl was so aggressive with my nails too. Not cool.

Hana did my pedicure, and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND with the massage. It was the longest and best I’ve ever gotten from a nail salon. Very detail oriented and friendly, plus attentive to COVID measures. I’ll definitely go back and bring/recommend to friends. Thank you!

I got my nails done a little big ago and loved how they came out. I’m thinking about booking another appointment but there’s one thing that’s holding me back. I’ve always been a nail biter when i get anxious. When i got my nails done here, at the beginning the lady was making comments about how short my nails were and seemed somewhat judgmental. I may have just taken it the wrong way since i’m a little soft, and maybe she was just making conversation and talking. As she started working on them, i started feeling better but it’s just something that makes me question booking another appointment.

It was our 1st time at this business and were soooo happy we picked this location for our pedicures. We were greeted from the moment we walked in, followed all covid rules, picked our color and were sitting in our massage chairs within minutes. Brian and his employee were extremely friendly and were so polite. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for nail services. Definitely going back soon 🙂

I’m very sensitive and this is the first person that I liked how gently and carefully she worked, and the massage was amazing!!! Totally recommend this place! Plus they have a parking on site.

The only thing that I didnt like was the selection of mood change nail polish. I went in skeptical and left completely satisfied.

I asked for a simple French tip full set and he said they could do that with dip powder. I made sure to confirm that it would be a normal French style and he said it would be. I was tricked into spending $15 extra for the worst manicure I have ever received! The nail tech didn’t know how to use dip powder and left my nails uneven, lumpy, and quite literally atrocious. I have never had service like this, and it was rated so well on here that I felt like I could trust a new salon. Please never go here, I’m really upset.

I love this nail salon and have been coming for over a year. They are always so kind and often have deals. I would recommend an appointment because it can get very busy at times. Friends I have recommended it to love it as well!

Blown away by my first time here today. I got a simple shellac manicure, but the service was exceptional. I received a top notch hand AND shoulder massage, and the nail tech was sweet. The prices are unbeatable, and there is parking on site.

A 6 man with a chair attacked me here several years ago. I sat down and the man thrust his chair towards me with a yelp and chased me out of the door. I was not impressed with how the staff handled the situation.

Im not sure what people leaving 5 star reviews are smoking but Im very disappointed by the services I got. Alvin was my technician.First of all, he didnt wash his hands or wear gloves, nor did he tell me to. I know its not the biggest deal but Im paranoid about getting cuticle infections because I already have problems with stuff like that ( I garden so Im exposed to dirt often and have eczema ).He also did no cleansing of the nails before jumping in with a REALLY cheap e-file ( the torque made me think it was an off brand eBay purchase ). I was super taken aback when he grabbed my hands and started filing on my natural nail so aggressively. He also kept using his nail to go under my nails push away the skin and it HURT.Anyway, he then applied nail tips which I later realized didnt even follow the natural curve of my nails. He seemed to just pop them on however he thought they fit without making sure they were flush. When I looked down the nail there was at least a millimeter gap between the extensions and my natural nail on several of the nails.I asked for super short coffin nails (again, gardening) and when I asked him to make them shorter he didnt do it giving me the impression that he thought I didnt know what I wanted.He then WITHOUT WIPING AWAY THE DUST went in with acrylic. His technique was super horrible. He practically dripped it on and let it flow down the nail. Ive seen acrylic sets being done before and Im fairly sure you shouldnt have half of the product come off because you use too much liquid.Oh also he didnt pinch the nails which I know not all people do but its a good practice to add strength.Even after finish filing and cleaning up the nail shape, the edges of the coffin were very sharp and scratchy.I had picked out a polish but decided to call it at this point.The only reason its 2 stars and not 1 is that it only cost $32 so I guess I got what I paid for...?I went home and made them a solid 5mm shorter, fixed the structure, fixed the shape and made them less sharp, and tried to fill in the gaps between the nail and the extension.Edit. 5 days later and all of them had chipped or lifted. I ended up taking them off at that point.

When I originally started going to this shop I was very pleased. The last 2 visits have been the exact opposite. After 2 days 3 of my nails have broken. Not with any extra force or anything unusual. One happen when I made the bed. I wont be back.

I love their customer service a lot. Really nice. Well, I’m kind of careless so I just made my nails which looked so wrong and did mistake couple times but the staff still tried to fix it as well as possible without any attitudes or complaints. Besides that, my old friend was satisfied with the way another girl in shop massaged her feet, very carefully and skillful. They also have cookies and some different options of drinks for you, both my friend and me are in love with their hot tea . Hopefully, in the next time you guys can have more flavors of tea. However, the smell inside the shop is quietly strong that makes me feel headache and I’m not sure their tools cleaning process yet. In any way, I highly recommend this shop for someone who wants to relax after a whole tired working day. I did the pedicure only so I actually don’t know what the quality of other services then I will try in the next time.

I recently went in to have a full set of dip nails done . I’m not sure if you need at least some length on your nails to get them but I did and they fell off within a half a week. I would have tried to come in right away to have them fixed but my work schedule onlyAllows me weekends . So when I am able to make it in just a little bit before close to mention it to one of the nail techs she ensures me to come in and they will replace them with no charge . I leave with a feeling that I possibly will have a new set and not have to worry about spending nearly another 37$ plus tip. (Not that 37 is a bad price but I tipped graciously)So I return Satuuonly to be treated with disrespect .The nail tech who did my nails in the first time was insinuating that I was a liar and that she didn’t know how my nails could have possibly come off . I felt awkward but still pressed to have them replaced apologizing. She then had her other girl trim and set some nails and she did not know what she was doing.I ended up with crooked nails and she left meTo rush to help other clients . I felt more of a burden then anything being there . So I sat there for a good ten to fifteen minutes until the woman who was going to finish my set was done with someone she was working on before I came in and when she finally started doing my nails it was a disaster. She was scolding me by saying that it was my fault and that I was wasting her time . She cut my cuticles several times while using the electric nailFile with a very heavy hand . In the end I walked away with shorter nails then I had gotten with a matte top coat that looks like it has the texture of a raisin and poorly finished nails. I will never be returning to this salon again. I hope in the future moving forward they treat clients like with respect and care .

Have been looking for a new nail salon. Came in with a pretty hefty request of removing my current acrylics, replacing with a full set and desperately needing a pedicure. Everything was done with care and I am very happy with my acrylics!! Sue did a great job. I will be returning! :)

I wanted to have a great experience here because my roommate told me about how affordable/great their acrylics were. She told me that the price for the acrylics were ~$20 and even the lady on the phone told me so. To my surprise, when I got there they told me the price was going to be $28 (which equals out to a little over $30). I was also never acknowledged when I came in, only 15 minutes later did someone ask if I had an appointment. Then the lady who did my nails seemed like she was rushing. The nails came out pretty for how rushed it felt, but to my dismay one of the nails fell off a couple days later. I was not in the U-District anymore so I had to fix it at a different shop. This shop had to also add more glue to the acrylics I had because they were all poorly glued.Overall, not very friendly, rushed service, and ultimately it showed in my nail coming off only a couple days after getting them done. Only gave 2 stars because the nails themselves (before I was hit with hard truths) were pretty.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! This isnt the kind of nail salon thats just trying to churn through as many people as possible. They put so much care into what theyre doing and really care about their customers. I recently had one single nail chip like a week after a manicure, the owner not only fixed the chipped nail, but re-did ALL of my nails. Thats the kind of service you can expect.

I had my nails done a few months ago there during their grand opening since they were the only salon open that day. I ended up having to wait over an hour with just the acrylic gel on my hand while she went to go pick up her kid from school!! I was left in the nail salon with nobody else and was falling asleep waiting for her to come back to finish up my full set. I understand its your kid but when you run a business those things must be taken care of. I had things to get to later that day but nobody was able to service me so I waited for her patiently. Terrible service and I still paid in full. Will not be going back or recommending to friends.

Don’t recommend for dip powder nails. If you don’t know how to do them, just let me know. Instead, I was here for two hours and one hand was way too thick, almost like acrylics. She put shellac as top coat and wanted to charge me without asking me.

Jennifer is my go to for getting acrylics done and fills. She is detail oriented and really cares and makes sure you leave happy.

I was immediately sat down for an acrylic fill, but I had gel top coat on my nails. The nail lady decided to soak my acrylic nails in ACETONE (which melts acrylics!) and then drill the layers of gel off. This took over 30 minutes and was the most inefficient way to take off nail gel polish Ive ever seen, not to mention it melted two of my acrylics which had to be removed completely & the nail tips on all of my acrylics are now completely melted. My acrylics are likely to break if I accidentally hit them since they are so thin. Also, one nail was significantly longer than the rest and I had to go home and personally file it down to match the others.If getting normal acrylics with no gel or a manicure/pedicure, this would be a great Salon, but if you have gel, steer clear.

I have only gone to get my eyebrows and eyelashes done, so far no complaints!

For the record, Ive been going here since last October (2017 respectively).I never before had my nails done prior, as I pretty much was still iffy about it until I had a Show to go too and decided Id go balls out.So, looked up a place near my work and wandered over. I had a pedicure and a manicure (gel).First of all, from my personal experience, everyone has always been very kind and professional. Maybe because I work retail I can understand and can be (mostly) incredibly patient. I dont talk out of my ass either, as I know I can be snarly so, when I say they treat me awesomely, I mean it.Jennifer is pretty much who I always go too, and she is absolutely amazing in my opinion. Genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, and knows her craft! Ive never had any funny issues with my nails, and I work graveyard and stock shift and these bad boys usually stay until I have to fill them in (unless of course I punch something which happens...sometimes. Ha!). Sue helped me once too during a walk in, and she was very kind and astute as well. Those cat eye nails!I may seem biased, but, as far as the staff goes outside those Ive mentioned, they are courteous from my interaction, so, I cant complain when all there have genuinely been nice to me.I generally get many compliments on my claws, and this recent visit Jennifer outdid herself on my ring finger talons - I friggin love the red and black and her suggestion to make a design that accentuates my pinky spike rings. Haha!I cannot recall the woman who helped me with my first pedicure, but she was very sweet; and of course, Jennifer did my second pedicure in which she was amazing as well.In general, if you made it this far, I very much recommend this place. Of course, you be the judge, but Im kinda an open monster and Ive always been treated respectfully. I dont write reviews often so, I feel they deserve it.

Ever since I found out how reasonably priced the brazilian waxes are at AP (35$), Ive been a loyal customer. Im always in and out of there within 8 minutes and Jennifer has been an aesthetician for something like 20 years. Shes very sweet and I recommend going there. Nothing fancy about the place, but the staff are very friendly and its clean.
