Absolutely beautiful gel fill I had done by Susan! The acrylic application was thin (I love it that way), she was very detailed, quick and extremely talented. My new go to place now! Covid protocols were great, with temperature check, hand sanitizer and plastic barriers between tech and customer.Also, the gold was a sheer color so she did 3 layers for me.

These guys are really great!At other places Ive had trouble getting the shape I want because everybody wants to do nails really narrow and round. Im really happy with this sightly rounded square shape, and it was easy to communicate what I wanted and get it done.They were also really friendly and pretty quick.Thanks!!

If you call ahead of time, they will tell you the best time to come. The women here are lovely, collegial and want to do their best. Tip well, they deserve it during these difficult times.

Ive been coming here for 5 or 6 years now. Everyone is so nice I have never had a terrible experience. One of the reasons I keep coming back is because of their cleanliness. Even before Covid they always had liners on their foot basins. They are always wearing gloves and change them out between clients. This is one of the most common things that most nail spas dont do. Post Covid they are now taking temperatures, having guests wash hands upon entering, asking that everyone wear masks, and having you fill out a Covid form. They have dividers between each station too. My polish always lasts when I come here even through the insane hand washing I do for my job and my pedicures basically have to grow out for the polish to look bad. They also have the best prices. Check them out. You can call in advance and ask how long the wait is.

This is my go to nail place. They are friendly and always make my nails look fantastic. Anyone who has bad things to say about these hard working ladies probably complain about everything in life.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hands down.

Very friendly staff and great, long lasting mani-pedis. They are quick and give a nice neck massage as well! Call to make an appointment (same day is fine) if you want to ensure you won’t have to wait!

First review Ive ever written and this place is worth it. Best shellac manicure Ive ever had for also the best pricing. They are meticulous, and I can easily make it last 2-3 weeks without any chips. I try to come here every time to get my nails done. The shoulder/head massage is also a huge plus! The service is fantastic, but make sure you call for a reservation on the weekends. They get extremely busy, and more often than not I have to book a time later that day and come back.

I am not one to write a review but I couldn’t pass this one up. I just had a pedicure and there were several people after me waiting for services. I had a 15 minute pedicure that was rushed. My nails were trimmed short and cut straight across. The polish was applied without any dry time in between coats and the polish was creased. I should’ve asked for a refund but I went home and redid them myself to my liking. I will not be returning.

I love this place! The are really quick but still pay good attention to detail. All the ladies are really nice and do a great job with my nails & feet!

This place is HORRIBLE! I took my 5 year old there today who was so excited to get her nails done. We waited patiently for 25 minutes as she labored over the many nail polish colors to choose from. When she was called, she had questions about the colors. Nothing out of the normal or excessive. The woman literally rolled her eyes at everything she said! So much so that the other women sitting there getting their nails done were mortified and mouthing Im sorry to me. I would never go there again. Im sure they torcher kittens in their back room.

The attention to detail on my gel nails was the best Ive had and so I think they lasted longer (the sides didnt start peeling up etc). Definitely going back here.

I have been going to Susans for many years, even though I live outside of Seattle. She is always friendly, and the women who work in the salon are friendly and careful with the pedicures. The polish lasts a full month, and the price is reasonable.

This place is super clean and offers a great happy hour special, the nail specialist are lovely, and the environment is relaxing with REAL plants everywhere 🌿🌱that enhance the ambiance 🙌 the only thing is that they did cut my nails a bit TOO short, feeling a bit raw —but hey, theyll grow back! Certainly made up for it with their relaxing mani/pedi massage; will definitely be back for more😊 and, next time Ill just voice my self and ask that my nails not be cut too short before they start cutting👀

I got acrylic almond shape nails and am really upset with how they turned out. Half of them were extremely thick and after asking for them to be thinned out to match the others, nothing happened. They were also not shaped very well and were not fixed even after being asked multiple times. I wont be returning again and Im hoping to get them fixed mediately elsewhere.Not worth what I payed.

Friendly staff but unskilled. The staff didnt know how to do pedicure at all. I felt embarrassed to keep correcting her and gave up after few minutes. All in all waste of time and money.
