They did a really good job at cleaning my toes and nails. Did not have to wait long. Very fast service but they take their time cleaning. Very relaxing and the gel pedicure and manicure looks amazing.

THW WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.They did my nails in a rush because they wanted to close.I showed them design and she said she could do it for me. This is the result you might be able to judge how bad is the work. I paid $65 dollars for a fill and this I what I got. The worst part is that I told her that I wasn’t happy and she said I just didn’t want to pay. TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE.I came the next day to speak with manager and she said she was the manager (the one who did my nails) and I said why I paid so much when fills are $40 and she didn’t do a great job. And she said because of design and I told her I wasn’t happy with the design. And I even told her to do it just one color but I wanted them fixed. And she said I could go to another shop. AND OF COURSE I WILL. Don’t ever go to this place.

They did a horrible job, 1st I came in on my lunch break already knew Id have to stay over for the job I wanted. However, after a half hour lunch I expected more than just the tips glue on!. She did such a horrible job, the whole experience was bad to worse. The woman put so much acrylic on my nails it was literally dripping in clumps. I asked her not to apply so thick she said she would get them down after she was done. Half way through the job I had been there an hour now I ended up paying the woman 40$ for the set an walking outwith only acrylic applied not shaped nor nothing and went straight to another nail shop to get a professional job that I had looked for at 1st. I felt the woman was practicing on my set and definitely did not know what she was doing. Now I know why I was the only 1 who had signed in during my walk in at 2pm.. horrible place survive and job.

They are good but acting hard to get when it comes to bookings

I did my SNS (dip powder) just two days ago and 4 of my nails are already off. The lady (the manager I believe since she picked all the calls and did the schedules) who did my nails did it in so much of a rush with no care. The surfaces are not even smooth. Ive done dip powder about 5 times and they all lasted for about a month before any came off. I am so disappointed with them. I will never go back to this place. Anyway, there was this quiet lady who did my pedicure who was super amazing.

We were able to walk right in for 2 pedicures. Their service was superb! I have never had a technician so meticulous! And their prices can’t be beat! If I lived in the area Queen Bee Nails would be my go-to for pedicures!

Good, they took a lot of tone and effort on my nails and pedicure and they both look and feel amazing. My thumb nail didnt get fully covered in gel top coat so stuff is sticking to it. Thats the only problem. My toes are done perfectly!

I went in on my lunch break expecting yes expecting to stay longer but only a half hour in she had only applied my super think acrylic set. I didnt want to not pay for her time so I paid 40$ for a full set nit filed not polished the acrylic was so thick my nails looked like ice ices.. if u didnt read my first I stopped her half way through after an hour on llo y tips n acrylics went to another shop tbh 40 at queen bees n 65 for the next shop to fix $105 plus 2 hours later finally got the job DO NOT GO HERE..

My friend and I had a great experience at Queen Bee. They were super accommodating. I called a few hours ahead of time and they were able to fit in both of us for mani, pedi. I even had a polish change/fill on my acrylic nails. They had a technician work on my acrylics during the pedicure so I was done around the same time as my friend. Very good quality and friendly staff. I will definitely be back.

Edit: SEE PICS (though please excuse my mess of a spray tan lol) - Day 4 after I got my nails done (shellac fill), the shellac started chipping and peeled off two fingers. Today, it’s still been less than a week since I’ve had my nails done & the shellac has already peeled off three fingers and began chipping on a fourth. Worst hold up of any nail service I’ve ever had.I had been coming here every 2 weeks for a fill for the past few months. Each new person who did my nails had a different routine and used different products. Sometimes they would have me wash my hands, sometimes I had to stop them to ask if I should, to which they then “remembered” and had me rush over to do so. Some would spray stuff from a bottle on my hands and others would not. There’s no routine. Same can be said for prices. I paid the same whether I paid cash or card even though I overheard them MANY times tell other customers that they would get a discount paying cash. Today, I told her I’d pay in cash and she at first told me the cost was MORE than the other times I had paid with card. Then brought the price down to what I was paying before (with card) when I offered to pay cash. Ridiculous. Had started going here because it’s just a 10 minute walk from where I live so the convenience was nice, but I’ll be going back to my previous spot in Capitol Hill (longer commute but I can deal, especially when they offer lower, unchanging prices AND punch card incentives). This place is always super empty when I go in (never seen more than 2 other ppl in there at a time) so if you want a quick fill this is your spot, but if you want care and quality i’d recommend elsewhere. Only been “wowed” once out of the 10+ times I’ve been in.

I was actually on my way to a different nail salon I had found online when I passed this place, so I stopped in to ask how long a gel manicure would take. They sat me right away and the woman who did my nails was so gentle and precise. And it was only $26! (+ tip) The color selection was expansive, too. I will be back!

The women here are always so friendly and pleasant! I go in regularly for dip nails and regular pedicures. It is a clean, laid back, comfortable environment. It’s off the main drag which also means it isn’t crazy busy- which I love because then it doesn’t feel like a constant frenzy. I actually feel relaxed and welcome here and not like I’m being ushered in and out super quickly.They take their time with you and put care into their work.

Horrible paint job. I did chrome shellac they charged 30 just to paint them and it was all over my skin and they didnt evenly distribute the chrome powder. It took an hour and fourtyfive minute and they only had to remove polish off of three nails. I have given them three chances now I am done!

I live in California and took a day trip ( by plane ) down to Seattle just to come to this nail location during COVID. If youre ever in the area, drop in. They take walk ins.

What a refreshing discovery! I’ve been going to Bluewater since they opened yet feel like I’m still a walk-in after 11years. Beautiful salon and roomy, lots of chairs but...some reason they are always hard to get into (chairs are never full) or if you do it’s a rushed experience. I don’t think they’ve done nails before, I feel like they are winging it.I saw the good reviews for this salon and was able to get in within an hour of my call. I had a picture and my nails came out just like it! She was easy to communicate with, professional with suggestions and professionally finished nails. Tons of colors! It’s tucked behind a business so wanted to leave a recommendation!So glad I’ve found a salon with a true manicurist that can do design.

I accidentally broke my nail, I found this nail salon close to downtown!At the beginning, the lady was very rough, inattentive and not professional to do my nails, she even refused to fix the broken nail because I said it’s very painful and I was scared (of course my nail got cut into half!) one hour later, no one came to assist me or help! This lady walked around pretend busy as not did her job! Everything was bad until the sweet girl Lin next to the lady seat finished her customer and came to help!She is very patient and carful to take care about my broken nail and reassure me that it’s going to be fine! I made an appointment 2 hrs beforehand & was seen as soon as I walked in the door. Tons of colors to choose from. My manicurist did a fantastic job! I keep my nails short; she shaped them perfectly and applied the polish evenly. Glad to have found my new nail place!

I got my nails done there on Monday. They seemed to have mixed reviews but I decided to give them a shot because theyre close to my office. Big mistake. I usually pay $35-$40 for dip for my nails. I checked their website where it said dip was $50 so thats what I prepared to pay. Little did I know they nickle and dime you to death and dont tell you! Apparently it was an additional $10 to take the old dip off my nails which they never told me until I went to pay. I have been getting my nails done for almost 10 years now and i have NEVER had to pay extra to get old dip taken off if I was getting new dip put on. That is always a service that is built into the cost. I feel as though it was unfair for them to not tell me upfront that would cost extra when normally it does not. Super shady business. Additionally they charged me $1 to cut down my real nails. Also something I have never been charged separately for. When I said I was not expecting that they were completely unapologetic. So I ended up paying $61 for a service I was expecting to pay $50. It is now Wednesday and my nails are already chipping! I am completely upset I wasted $61 instead of just going to my normal salon and paying $40 for the exact same (but better) service.

This place was absolutely relaxing. My friend and I had been searching for a nail place and we for sure found it. It was clean, accommodating, friendly, punctual, and reasonably priced. We will definitely be back again!

So this was my second time coming here and this time I brought my mother in law as well. We both got the callus treatment pedicure (I believe its #2 on their menu) and OMG 3 days later my feet STILL feel amazing. Ive never had a treatment that worked as well as this. So satisfied with this pedicure.

I called at the last minute, walk ins were welcome with a smile and great service. Only issue is I had dip on nails and shellac on toes and they pretty much drummed it off, but my nails are chipping Fter a week, never has happened before usually lasts 3 weeks or until I have it removed. Still recommend!!

Went here to get my nails done less than a week ago for a gel manicure. The lady I had missed a few spots when doing the gel the work on my thumb has an air bubble. So trying to be nice if could overlook a mistake, but the worst part is that its been less than a week and the gel has started peeling. I never leave reviews but save your money and go somewhere else. I should have stuck to my regular nail shop instead of convenience.

They do a good job but they charge a different price every time so I’m not going back. Today they charged me $5 to remove the polish which had never happened before.

Comparable price. Easy to get an appointment. I developed air bubbles in my gel nail polish that I have never had before. I dont know if it was the technique, or not sitting under the light for long enough. Free hand massage and a back massage. It also bothers me when the nail polish does not go all the way to the side of the nail. Its been a week and nails are still durable and not chipped. Wide color selection.

They did a decent job on my nails. 1/2 through them finishing my nails they asked me to pay for the service...? Why I’m not sure. My white friend who accompanied me in was not asked to pay for her services until it was compleated. The two white ladies in the store where not asked to pay 1/2 way through their service. As I was leaving I saw them ask another person of color for her payment before her service was complete too. Was that a coincidence... I don’t think so. Don’t go here unless less you want to be racially profiled.

Had to get a fill and a couple nails fixed before work(Im a hairstylist) and they were able to fit me in. Got there before they opened and said I had an hour and a half which is plenty time. She didnt do a smooth transition from my natural nail to the acrylic, and the polish job was so bad it looked like I already had to go in and get a fill, on top of that they didnt do enough coats so I could still see through my nail. Then I broke a nail at work so I stopped by afterwards and they said they didnt have time to fix it and turned me away. Went to my regular salon in Monroe and they fixed it for free and then I went home and refiled and painted my nails so they all looked the same. Id like to believe in going to a place so close to the salon I work at but definitely wont be going back.

It was a very special moment in my life when I went to this salon to have my nails done (gel nails). I was their first customer and they did a horrible job! Hot water, 4 cuts, rushing, got chipped off after 2 days, awful quality result. I can do way better painting my nails at home! Don’t waste your $100 plus tip. I did not complain right away because I did not allow it to ruin my day.

I took an appointment to get my nails done and I am glad that I took the advice of my sister and did that. They did a nice job while doing my nails and they were so good while doing it. I cant thank them enough for their amazing efforts.

I paid $30 for a manicure for them to take the dip powder off my nails and cut my nails .No polish .They looked so terrible that I just got home and had to cut them short and redo them myself .Each nail looked uneven and different from the other .Some were jagged. They were just Terrible. I tried to communicate with them but they spoke almost no English. Im always sorry to have to leave a bad review, but I paid $45 for my beautiful dip powder manicure at a different place 3 weeks ago. This was the worst $30 I have ever spent...

I came here based on the good reviews, but I am extremely disappointed. My gel manicure was very rushed and looks terrible! The gel is uneven and does not even cover all of my nails. I will definitely not be returning. I have been getting my nails done for years and this is hands down the sloppiest manicure I have received. I will be trying another salon in a day or two just to get my nails redone.

Im a 24 year old Security guard. Ive been getting my nails done since I was 16.Went here last Thursday March 2nd 2017to get a full set. They had one lady starting my set then asked her to do someones feet while another lady that has the store phone connected to her cell phone finished my nails. She did not do a good job at all. Literally the next Thursday 3 nails came straight off no breaking or force. Usually nails are sturdy and takes effort to take off especially after a week. This is too soon for my nails to come offThey were supposed to be still hard to where you have to use acetone or go to a shop to get them off but these just popped off. Then the next day another came off. I called them to see if I can get a fill in for free since it is indeed too soon for them to come off this easily.. the lady with the phone told me she cant do it free and or precedes to tell me they came off because my nail bed is too small. I will NEVER go back or recommend anyone to this nail shop. Waste of money....

Saying yes, she brought over multiple choices.Pedicure was great. When she started applying nail color to my toes, she was three toes in when I realized I didnt like the color. Without hesitation, she took off the color and had me pick a new one. She was more than happy to remove the old color and prepare for the new color choice.The overall vibe of this salon is very warm, friendly, professional and happy. All of the staff here, including both of the men were cheerful and looked professional. Really bad...I asked for one nail to be fixed and the one stuck on, looks, well stuck on! It’s too long, the wrong shape and the way she painted it is simply terrible. Charged me $15 for that and one nail to be painted. Shocking. If I could post pictures I would. If anyone knows a way to post pictures pls let me know as I need to show you how bad it is!

I understand being a walk in customer for a pedicure can be some what inconvenient but for 27$ I got my feet basically soaked for a little and a terrible paint job. Unfortunately won’t be coming back which is tragic because it’s so close to my work.

I decided to come here bcause it was right across the street from my hotel. I first did a pedicure which was amazing. The woman was very attentive and did a great French pedicure. She even put up with my ticklish reactions and laughed with me.I also got a full acrylic set and was just not pleased with how it turned out. First, the lady sanded my nails down at a pretty good pace. Then someone walked in and wanted a fill, so the lady said it would be 45 minutes from then. It was a race to her after that. After putting acrylics on and it came to shaping, she went at 100 miles an hour, filing my skin, and hurting my fingers. I couldn’t wait for it to be over.I get switched off afterwards to another nail tech who painted my nails and she did a pretty good job.I wouldn’t recommend getting a set here. It was too rushed, not worth the money or the pain. The sides of my nails are a little swollen and itch.

Terrible. I had a gel manicure done and a regular pedicure. The lady who started my pedicure was pretty good but then someone else finished it. The woman who did my manicure was just bad, cuticles not cleaned up, gel is all over my skin. I am pretty sure it takes longer than 10 min to complete any manicure, but thats how long it took her to finish this terrible job. Very disappointed, will never come back to this place. Dont waste your time or money, not worth it.

I have never given only one star to any establishment, but my nails look worse than when I went in. The shellac is on my skin around my nails and my nails were very poorly shaped. The light was repeatedly forgotten to be turned on for my left hand after each coat of shellac. I am so disappointed.

Truly dreadful. A party of 5 of us went, and although we appreciated them fitting us in at late notice, the results were awful. One of the girls had such gloopy nails, that she immediately went to another salon and had them redone. My fingernails only lasted 3 days, where with other salons they last 7. None of us had our toes or fingernails buffed, and the paint was uneven and in chunky layers. There was a half hour wait between getting our toes and fingers done. One woman did one of my hands, and a different one did the other, so one set of nails were trimmed and the other not - totally different lengths. But by the time we pointed out these faults they were closing. Avoid!!!

Wasnt even busy when I came in for a full set earlier today, nail tech seemed in a rush anyways. My nails turned out lumpy, poorly painted and didnt even cover my whole nail. Definitely wont be returning.

Went in for a fill and two nail fixes that broke. The fill was fine, however they rushed through my paint job. It was lumpy from two many coats, nail polish not covering the nail and no clean up around the cuticle bed. Just a horrible rushed job! Will NEVER return here!

Terrible. Went there for my friends wedding and all 7 of us didnt like our nails for the price. I got double charged and the quality of the gel was awful.

Im really disappointed with the service and the quality of the manicure I received. I made the decision to go to this nail salon based on the great reviews they have. Which at this point Im very confused on why they have such good ratings. I got the full set with the gel polish. She didnt trim and clean up my cuticles and dry skin near my nail bed. she did an awful job at shaping my nails, the edges of my nails are uneven and snags on my clothing. For the color I picked they have to do a black coat first and then the gel polish over that and I can still see the black polish around the edges. There is poilish on my skin and nail glue on my skin. Usually there is some type of massage or at least they put lotion on your hands and lower arm but I didnt receive any of that. Im just so surprised by how awful it is. And the service was no better. She was not friendly at all and barley spoke to me, even when I tried to initiate a conversation. They only positive id say was I was in and out in less then a hour, but at the cost of my terrible manicure. I usually do not leave bad reviews but for $54 I want to warn other ladies so they dont make the same mistake. I will not be returning.
