I randomly found this salon and Michelle was my nail technician and I’m speechless. I haven’t left a nail salon this happy with the specifics of my request (which I’m very particular) in I think EVER.Michelle, thank you for having fun conversation, doing an excellent job. I will absolutely be back. Without a doubt. I hope women stumble into here like I did, because wow.

Great nail spot!! It’s 20% off the month of June for their Grand Opening as they have a new owner now. Decoration is nice and modern and staff is very polite and easy to talk to :)They just got a bunch of new colors so the selection is wonderful and I love how my nails turned out! My nail tech really made sure I was happy with the shape + length which I appreciated.

Yesterday I tried this place for the first time. I got their most basic option for pedicure and shellac manicure. It was a great experience and I felt very taken care of! M nails is definitely efficient but they took their time on the massage and making sure I was relaxed. In fact, the foot and calf massage went on longer than any other place I’ve ever been in Seattle. The prices are very very fair and everybody was kind and smiling. Will be back!

I get dip powder and my nails always turn out looking great and last 3 weeks till I get my new set. They give really good pedicures too and take time to make sure your feet look perfect.

It’s hard to find a good nail salon! This place is great! She worked with the design I wanted and made it specific for me. I can’t wait to go back!

This place is amazing. I got my nails done today and it turned out fabulous. The manicurist did an amazing job on my nails (I love it so much). This is one of the best nail salon that I had ever went to. The people here are so friendly and their customer service is excellent. I highly recommend this place.

My girlfriend and I have found a cute little hidden nails shop in this area. We have a great time for pedicure and manicure. The owner is very nice and sweet. We feel very relaxing and pampering. Thank you for your wonderful service. We will comeback again soon.

I’ve lived in Seattle for 4years and I always get my nails done ….I was never pleased…but trust me when I say this place is the best …customer service is 100% workers have good communication skills and they make sure your leaving satisfied .highly recommend. Thanks again this will be my new home 😊

I have been going to this Salon for manicures and Pedicures for over 20 years even though ownership has changed a few times. I have always received professional service in a clean and well maintained salon. I go there with my out of town guests for a treat and visit while we are pampered. Rose is the Nail artist who has been there since my first visit and she knows her profession!

I’m very satisfied, the young lady that did my nails was very professional, accommodating and technically skilled! She actually knows how to lay acrylic. Also the salon was very neat and tidy.

I have never seen any salon as clean and professional as this M nail. Staffs are friendly and very careful in everything. You just come in, sit back and relax.

This place has had a massive improvement since theyve changed the store owner. My sister went there recently, hearing about the new owner, and was left completely amazed with the work and quality. A big shame since most of the ratings were from the old owner and not the newer one. Hopefully itll make a recovery soon. Highly recommend this place!!!

Just got a pedicure and it was the most underwhelming experience ever. Barely soaked my feet, virtually no massage except for rubbing on a dime size amount of lotion and had to ask her to buff my heals. She never asked what kind of pedicure I wanted- just did the basic. She sis a nice job with the polish.

This place is a gem. I was in the area, post quarantine and decided to stop in. Got a haircut from a woman named Mary. She was extremely thorough and offered laid back and friendly conversation.The haircut was 11$. I typically pay 30$ when I am in Seattle. Very high quality so I tipped well.I will switching to this place for my new monthly haircut.

The best nail salon in the area. Everyone is incredibly nice and the place Itself is lovely. Summer is the absolute best nail artist Ive ever met, and she really did an amazing job. Her pictures are better and this one doesnt do it justice but I left very satisfied and will go back as long as I live here. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Ok, the place has new owner - good for them! but not for clients... you can call me meticulous, but it’s a 1 star for me + never going back. I told them I have a wedding to attend in 5 days, asked for mani(gel)+pedi(regular)=$60. Ladies were very pleasant, but they were rushing, although there was 1 other customer at 3pm today, and performed low quality work. For pedi she was stingy on the 2nd coat of color, for mani she visually shortened my nails by applying the gel far from cuticle, thus, I’ll have to do it again much sooner...

This place is terrible.... My fiance has had her hair cut there and walk away unhappy with her experience. Also, my neighbor had her eye brows ruined (which she having to grow out now) as well as, got burned in the face while having her eye brows done. When this was pointed out to the team there, they replied with then dont pay. We explained that the money is NOT the point. - speaking of which; the nails deals they have are way above average.To me customer service should be number 1 along with employee retention. And it seems they could use some help/lessons.Thank you for your time!

Went in for the first time for a hair cut and I was pleasantly suprised. Customer service was on point. The interiors were spacious, modern, and clean. The location was convenient as well. The owners, daughter and mother, were super friendly. Definitely will be back.

This is the worst place ever where u can get ur nails done !!!! They keep playing around with ur nails and they try to test new things for the first time on you even though that’s not what u asked for. WAIST OF MONEY!

Recently the Fancy Nails Salon in Lake City underwent remodeling and now the shop looks better and is more comfortable but I come here for my acrylics because they are more patient than the other salons nearby. It takes me extra time to choose what I want and sometimes I switch my color last minute. Frequently I need extra opinions when I cant decide. They have been flexible with unlimited patience. I read other mixed reviews and one mentioned something about hygiene but I have seen no issues in this area it has been nothing but sanitary during my visits. With affordable prices I highly recommend Fancy Nails.

They did a horrible work to my eyebrows. I told the woman I love to keep them thick but clean around and seems like she only waxed one, turned it thin and didnt do anything to the other one. Horrible work. Now I have to spend money again to get them fixed in a different and professional place.

Ive been going to this salon on and off for years and now that Ive been frequently getting acrylics, this is usually my go to place ONLY if I want them done quick and cheaply. For 20 dollars, the quality is just right. I often just end up getting acrylics and then going home and repainting them. I go here for convenience and price. Also, service quality varies from day to day.

I’m sad to give them a poor review as they were really nice, but the quality of their nail services is horribly low. I went in to get my nails/toes done for my wedding and will have to go somewhere else to get them redone. My toes are clumpy, and I have shellac all over my skin. My nails are filed diagonal and when I tried to explain it to her she didn’t understand and kept filing my whole nail shorter.

The last two times I was here the guy who did my hair was horrible. It seems that if you have more than two requests.he will give you a buzz cut so you wont be back

The workers there are inconsistent with their work, last time I went there a 2 was quite long and just the right hair length. Now a 2 is close to bald

I came in to get a simple fill. The woman cut my fingers twice with the drill and had NO clue how to do nails! I asked how long she had been doing them and she and others in the shop said 30 years... I have been getting my nails done for over 30 years and I have NEVER had such a HORRIBLE job... LeeLee told me to come back and she will fix them but 2 days in a row she has been off... I WILL be filing a BBB report... dont go here!!! I wish I could post a picture so you could see just how HORRIBLE my nails look!!!

Came in for a mens haircut. Asked to JUST trim the sides but she kept beyond that and now I look dumb for the wedding I am attending this weekend. Never coming back here. Save yourself the trouble and pay $2 and go to Lake City Hair Salon instead. I have been a loyal customer there for the last 8 years but because the line was too long today and I just wanted the side faded I came to this place but now I regret it.

Possibly the worst manicure in the history of manicures. It’s cheap but very sloppy.The nail trimmer were disinfected with a little spray of alcohol!! Hello, ever heard of MRSA? Of course, the manicurist cut me while doing my cuticles.My nails were still not dry after 45 minutes: the gal applied the polish so thickly that it wrinkled like the skin on an old french Brie. I even had polish under my nails and in places where it really doesn’t belong. I got home, removed it and did a better job despite the fact that I had 3 cappuccinos since noon.Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

Jessi, its the best hairdresser you could ask for she is professional and does an amazing job, i got a haircut and highlights, it was all done very professionally and very good, if you going i recommend to ask about jessi, its really inexpensive for such a good quality salon

Yikes...its a $12 manicure...I didnt realize till I sat down, which is partly my fault. Lots of stuff went wrong, including the actual manicure (off the charts sloppy), but the people working there were also really rude. Cleanliness questionable. Applied antibacterial to the places where they cut me with the cuticle trimmers when I got home. Skip if you can.

My nails look horrible im going in tomorrow to get refund. They did a horrible job.
