I was over charged for lack luster service. My appointment started late, the nail technician couldn’t even put on my acrylics. For the price point I should have gotten more than just a basic color. The head nail technician had my partner text a client for them to let them know their appointment was going to be pushed back. Beyond that the customer service was very poor, we found their attitudes and demeanor were both very rude. I’m never coming back!

I have been here before and they took a long time to do my nails, over two hours to do a dip manicure. I thought I would try them again, so I made an appointment for 10 am. I should up on time and there was another person getting their nails done, and she told me she was running a little bit late, which I said was fine. As Im sitting there, ten minutes go by and I realize the manicurist hasnt even started painting the girls nails and was just finishing up the acrylics. At 20 minutes past, she asks me to pick my color and still had not started painting this girls nails (Keep in mind this girl was either getting dip or gel). After 20 minutes I walked out. Whats the point of making an appointment if Im going to have to wait probably over 30 minutes anyways?? I will not be returning.

I moved into the neighborhood near this place and decided to give it a try. They do a really good pedi. They use the file tool which is hard to find anymore. You’ll leave with wonderful feet! Say hi to Patty, the owner.

DO NOT come to this place, they dont clean the instruments they used. The owner try to use all the instruments on me right after using them on an other lady. I call her attention and she got mad, she said she had already clean them with water. Terrible hygiene.

I have walked by numerous times, so I walked in today for a pedi, and I was in for a treat! The chairs were the best Ive sat in. The women were very friendly and respected I wasnt in a chatty mood. She was so detail oriented, and it was so refreshing. Hot stone treatment, sugar scrub. The unbeatable price was more than worth it and I will be returning as often as possible. I have found my Seattle nail spot, I look forward to next time.

I am happy I found a Nail Salon after I moved to Seattle. They were very attentive even thou I was a drop in. The pedicure (with a foot and leg massage) was relaxing. I love the gold and white design Patty painted on my finger nails, so expensive looking and fun!!!

So, totally my fault for not reading the new pricing in TINY print on the sandwich board outside the salon but OH WOW have they raised their prices since they re-opened. My gel mani and pedi were $85 before tip... talk about sticker shock. The gel mani alone was $37 (a $12 increase). I totally get needing to purchase cleaning supplies and protective gear but in chatting with multiple friends, and their salons have raised prices about $3 to help cover those costs. I love this salon and drive out of my way from my new house to go here but, unfortunately, I will not be going back. If you can justify a $37 gel mani, I would highly recommend!

Patty is a wonderful lady! She is a perfectionist. Her prices are very low- I suggest tipping her 30% at the very least. She will will make you look fabulous! This is a small shop, and she takes her time to get it right.

Lovely little shop, the only one I go to. The couple who owns it are pretty quiet, but they are very very kind. I always leave relaxed with my nails looking incredible.

I used to go there since I moved to Seattle(at least once a month for one year ), and I was always satisfied with service, quality and prices. Went there today for shellac and figured out that place got new owner. Quality aren’t same, service aren’t same, nails are just okay. Overall -not the same what it used to be, unfortunately. Looking for a new nail place.

So I decided to try this place with my friend. I am Vietnamese but very rarely do I let that fact be known when I go into get my nails done. My nails turned out okay but the reason they are getting a one star review from me is that after I was done I sat next to my friend waiting on her, talking to her. The husband then speaks in Vietnamese to his wife basically talking down on us. I got angry and spoke in Vietnamese telling him I understand, they laughed it off and said theyre daughter is the same way. So unprofessional. I obviously look Asian, the name on my card makes it obviously Im Vietnamese. They need to be smarter when they want to talk badly about their customers.

Great service and pedicure. Clean facility. Friendly staff, but not very chatty which is not necessarily a bad thing. I would definitely go back!

This is a lovely, clean, quiet (no blaring TV or loud anything) place. They do excellent, efficient work for really reasonable prices and are lovely to deal with. Im their newest regular.

I went to this salon today after work hoping for a relaxing Friday manicure ( which I use in extreme moderation) The lady rushed through everything. She made me feel stressed and I was one of two people in the entire salon at 12:00 pm. When a manicure costs $30 I hope for something at least decent. The thing I look forward to the most is the hand massage and I kid you not, each hand was 15 seconds. Really really upsetting. First world problems, I know. But I have paid much less for a really great manicure. Wont go here ever again.

Its my second time here and I live the place. They are absolute perfectionists, being more particular with my nails than I am. Theres also a great mix of colors.The waxing is a little awkward without a full bench, so I think legs take a little longer. However with these prices Ill be coming back.

They took such good care of my nails and really paid attention to detail and quality. Best service Ive gotten at a salon and fixed a terrible set I came in with. Top quality - highly recommend

Clean, lots of attention to detail, and organized method of selecting your color. Slightly odd though, since I was required to make an appointment even though the entire place was empty.

First Rate Pedicure with lovely art work on big Toe!!!!

Took over two hours to get a full set of acrylic nails even though I was the only person in there. Then charged me $60. I was in complete shock and when I asked why the price didnt match what was on the price board all I got was youll be charged a lot more at other salons. Well I have never paid over $35 for a full set and I will never be returning to this establishment.
