Very sweet ladies here. I havent been in a nail salon for a year, but I saw noone in and thought Id try. I cant imagine how hard it is for these little spaces to hold on right now. Usually a Friday afternoon would be bustling here, but today, I was the only soul in the entire time. Great for my Covid related anxiety, not good for businesses. Incredibly clean environment, masks and gloves worn by technicians, and another employee was actively cleaning, wiping, mopping etc while I was in.

Really nice, friendly women and great aesthetic. I caught that 3 color upcharge tho... 20 extra bc i want 3 colors? :/ but they did a nive job at least. They do not do designs.

They do decent work but charge almost double. I got a shellac fill and color change on my toes. It came to 68 plus I already tip 5 to each lady so 78 for gel fill and regular color change. Should only be 60 everywhere else. But they are open on Sunday so I am thankful for that.

I felt like they were being very ruff on my nails and hands and at some point it hurt very bad. I also noticed that an adult walked in and was offered water and tea and was treated a lot better than I was. Whoever was helping me was rude and dismissive. Overall bad experience would not recommend.

The whole staff at Madison Nails is friendly, professional, and meticulous in their work. My husband and I have been going there regularly for years.

Really nice staff, but I won’t be back. I got a gel manicure and it’s already chipping 5 days later (normally it last 2-3 weeks) and my toe polish is chipping too. I’ll just drive to normal place on the east side. I wasted 80$ here.

I treated my daughter to getting her nails done before her prom. She was really disappointed with the quality of the manicure: she asked if a nail polish was sheer or opaque, the nail artist said opaque (it was completely sheer). She got shellac and it started peeling off immediately after she left. And she noticed several places that needed touching up. We went back to see what they could do and the nail artist kept picking at the spot where the shellac was coming up, and my daughter is now worried her nail will come off. They hastily put on a second coat and top coat, which is already starting to wrinkle. And now my daughter isnt sure what it will take to get all the shellac off and what it will do to her nails. We should have asked for a refund. Will not be going back. Not impressed with the quality of the work or the customer service.

Great place to get nails done! The place isnt high design or anything, but they have reliable great service at a good price.

Always a positive experience. If there is something you want more of (removing dead skin for example) you can just request it without issue. Friendly staff. If you dont have an appointment the plant nursery across the street and a few local cafes are a pleasant way to kill time.
