CRAPPY experience. Broken massage chair. DIRTY apolstered furniture in waiting area. Quick in and out with NO PERSONAL ATTENTION. No drying light. No offer of assistance with flip flops to protect pedicure. NO CLEAN UP of station after finished. I sat to dry among dirty wet towels. WAM BAM THANK YOU MAM. And you know what the owner said, AT THE TOP OF HER VOICE, when I discretely let her know my poor impression? Hope you never come back. I politely informed her she would have pay ME. BOOM.

Been in here at least 5 times now and this has come to be my favorite spot! Always friendly, good service, and cheapest on the hill. Pedicures have all been great, they’ve done a fantastic job on all my shellac manicures - nice shape + they’ve easily been lasting me several weeks each time. They raised their prices for the first time ever in 19 years this spring, due to a new landlord and higher rent. But even so the increase was only $5. Definitely the best value spot around.

I went today and I got my toes done. The woman that was doing my toes was on her phone talking the entire time. I thought to myself if she misses my toes when she files them and scratch’s me I’m going to be so mad. My grandmother got her nails filed, but know her nails are crooked. And the floor was dirty. (I saw a couple of spider walking across it...)

I am not one to turn Internet Hero with leaving hostile reviews, but honestly this experience warrants a fair warning to other potential customers. I stopped in for a shellac pedicure and received the absolute suboptimal pedicure and service. The nail tech did not add anything (spa salt, etc.) to the way too hot water that normally is apart of a pedicure to begin. I had to ask three times for the tech to cut down a nail after he hardly grazed a file over the tips of my toe nails but indeed rubbed my skin on the knuckles of my toes raw. The massage component in the chair shook my iced coffee off the arm table and it spilled all over the floor. The tech quietly cleaned up it but offered nothing else. The shellac color is fine and he seemed to take care with the skill of application to be fair. It seems like they really do not enjoy their jobs and are just churning the day through. I work in the neighborhood and thought Id give them a try before I allowed them to work on my fingers. Unfortunately it was not even a decent experience and I wont be returning. I love supporting local businesses nearby and wish that it couldve been a greater experience.

Good selection of colours and shellac. My nails look great and they did it quickly. There was a TV playing a game on the wall for entertainment.Not sure what some of the other reviews are complaining about. There are 8 massage chairs for pedicures and large black chairs for manicures. Everything looked really clean. If anything, there was maybe some clutter in tables. Theres a drying station next to the waiting area. Waiting area is chairs and a coffee table filled with magazines and a basket of shellac options.

Ive been coming to this location for pedicures for years and was always pleased with the results. However, today was a different experience. I took my boyfriends daughter to get a manicure. She wanted spiders or spiderwebs drawn on her nails for Halloween. We asked the woman if she could do it and showed her a picture and she said she could. She paid absolutely zero attention to my boyfriends daughter. She did not clip or file her nails. She painted them alternating colors of black and white. She went to two other same aged girls and fawned over them and offered them lollipops. When I asked her if she would be drawing the spiders, she said flatly No. Even though I had shown her a picture of what we wanted and she agreed, she just kept saying No. I finally said Can you please just paint all her nails black? After several conversations with others working at the salon, she grudgingly agreed. I have never been treated so rudely. We will not be back.

They are a wonderful group of people. They always laugh and are so friendly and fun. I have been going for years. It is clean great selection of polishes. It isnt one of those snobby places. Its just a neighborhood place. Not sure why people rate so low. Never have seen them rude

Ive been coming here for years. Na is excellent, and all are pleasant. Im never delayed and everything is quite clean. Good value for your money!

An ok selection of nail polish. a five minute wait. i liked that they have male and female nail technicians. the massage chairs are very nice, stronger than at most places. my nail tech was able to fix an ingrown toenail that had been plaguing me, and did a great, pain free job, without my having to ask. i didnt feel rushed at all. (some nail salons practically boot you out the door with polish still wet.)

I had a horrible experience and will not be back. I rarely write reviews but my experience was so bad that I felt the need to. I arrived for my appointment about 30 minutes early, with the plan to wait. They got me in early but then told me that they didnt have time to give me what I wanted. Once I told them that I would leave, they decided to provide me with what I asked for. I told them I didnt need my nails filed. (My nails are very long and filed nicely.) As I was looking at the lady doing my toes, the other lady cut my fingernail, but I asked for a paint job and cuticle trim only. After screwing up my nails, it got worse...She did such a poor job painting my nails that it looks like they have already grown out, yet I got them done yesterday. When I went to pay, the owner was extremely rude and stared at my receipt while I was signing and continued to stare until I wrote in the total amount. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

They’re not the cleanest, or newest place on the block but they take their time, do a good job and don’t skimp on the massages, which other small nail places tend to. Will come back!

I dont know how this place has bad reviews! I was a walk in today, and was immediately helped. The staff was friendly and not only was the manicure fast and cheap, but it is the best gel manicure I have had since moving to Seattle. This place is a real diamond in the rough, I definitely have found my spot for nails.

I went here with my friend and the service was fine but the actual nail job SUCKED! The polish was chipped and rippled and there was Polish under the nails. My friends nails werent fully painted. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Best quality nails I’ve gotten in Seattle and not even close to being the most expensive.didnt have time to get a fill for 3 weeks and my nails stayed perfect!

Definitely another hit or miss nail salon. There are many regulars here who seem to receive wonderful treatment. For the rest of us, its inadvisable to come during a busy period. Unclean floors littered with nail clippings (which we were walking around on barefoot), and a shoddy, rushed nail job. Not recommended.

I felt the gel manicure/pedicure was overpriced compared to over salons in the area. The nail technician I worked with was very aggressive with my wrist- which I just had surgery on, and the manicure only lasted two days before it started chipping.

Go anywhere else, charged me for a crappie coffin shape, then nail lifted in less than 5 days went back to have them fix it, old woman rounded off my nails! I complained that I didnt like the shape, when she rounded them, she wanted to charge for crappie nails, and to reshape to coffin again....never going back!!!!
