Great spot - they took me in with a half hour notice. They were a little busy so I did have to wait an extra 30 minutes to get seated but it’s always a good sign when a spot is busy. I showed my manicurist the look I was going for and she did it perfectly. Only complaint is my polish cracked after about a week and half which is earlier than my gel manicures start to fade. Maybe the polish was on the older side?

This was the best manicure I have ever had! She took her time making sure not only my nails were perfect, but that I was relaxed and comfortable. As my nails were drying and arms warming in hot towels, she gave me a wonderful shoulder massage. My sister recommended May salon to me, and I recommend it to everyone!!

I have been going here for a couple years now and I couldn’t recommend them more! Lee (the owner) is the friendliest woman on the planet and always looks so happy to see me, which I really appreciate. She also remembers her customers’ names. The second time I came in I hadn’t been there in months and she still remembered me! They also just give great manicures. I always go for gel and they turn out beautiful and last for weeks. Their prices are also very reasonable!

Came in for a pedicure - they only used the exfoliating scrub on my shins, nothing on the calves. There arent any plastic liners in the tubs. Lots of places these days open the package of tools in front of you- This place doesnt do that, makes me question overall cleanliness...She sprayed rubbing alcohol on the cutcle clippers and set them back in the basket. Everything else was fine.

The worst manicure experience of my life!! I left so angry that I wasted time and money for a horrible manicure that started chipping day 2!! a week later I have 4 chipped nails and 1 completely fell off. I always get dip powder manicure and at other salons that do better quality of work I can go three weeks without having to change out my nails.The first reason I was angry is because I had a 6 p.m. appointment. They put the acetone wraps on my nails and left me alone for 40 minutes while my fingers were burning for sitting that long with that solution on them. They proceeded to help many other customers who were just walking in and never got back to me so after 40 minutes I started removing the dip powder from my nails and then several Salon workers came up to me and asked me why Im in such a big hurry and that I need to be patient. At this point, I was hoping to be in and out of there in about an hour or so but I could tell that their appointment times dont really mean anything. So then they started to help me remove the dip powder from my nails and once that was all removed they walked away and left me alone for about another 30 minutes. I seriously was contemplating getting up and leaving. Finally the first girl comes back to me and starts doing my dip powder nails but I could tell she did not care about the quality of work. She seemed very annoyed that she was still working for the day or just tired but she was doing my nails so sloppy compared to other salons that Im used to. Furthermore, she did not even do the dip powder process correctly. It was like she didnt even know what she was doing. and when she opened the dip powder lid the powder look very clumpy which is not normally how it should look so it must be that they dont take care of their products or that they buy cheap products. I was left with very bumpy uneven looking nails that I was highly embarrassed of which was irritating because I had a wedding to attend that week. When I finally left the salon it was literally a two-hour ordeal for something that didnt even look nicely done; it was very rushed and didnt even last me enough time to get my moneys worth. Which I was planning on changing them out after a week since they look so bad anyway. For me, I do not ever go back to a salon that does horrible manicures and, to top it off, doesnt even value the customers appointment time. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have been a loyal customer for 6+ years. When I moved from the neighborhood I didn’t even consider finding a new salon and I now drive the 30 min to stick with my trusted one. Most of the staff stayed the same in all these years. I like the hygiene standards and the friendly environment. They have witnessed the growth of my daughter - ( I tagged her along many times not for service but for waiting for mommy) - and she was always welcome in the salon. I wish them many more successful years to come.

Incredibly thorough and kind, give you a full neck massage with your shellac manicure! I drive from Kirkland because I have never had a better manicure/pedicure and its a great price - especially for what you get.

I cannot say enough nice things about this place! One of the best customer service experiences Ive had and they always do such a nice job. The price is right, and the manicures last a long time. They also give a great massage while youre getting your mani!

Fabulous salon with very good service. Clean equipment and friendly staff. Li is especially skilled at french manicures. Every manicure includes a 15 minute neck massage and the pedicires...amazing! They last a long time and include an exfoliating scrub, massage, and hot towel. My only complaint is that they can get very busy because theyre so popular. If you are going after work you really should schedule ahead of time, because they WILL fill up.

The only nail salon Ill go to in Seattle. Good to make an appointment! They get busy. The technicians are all very friendly, and the mani/pedis are a bargain. I also get my eyebrows waxed here and highly recommend them. :)

The sweetest and professional ladies runs the show here.Their celac mani and pedi lasts a lifetime if nails dont grow, sometimes I show up unannounced and request a full massage mani and pedi and theyll happily give me a great service! Their price are reasonable as well, they dont overcharge and they have great color selection.Love these ladies, they always my go to spot.

Service is great and it is clean and not your average neon lights salon. The service is rather slow if you show up early on a weekday as they only have one person working.

Sad to say they just dont do any good for me perhaps the other reviews are true and validHowever every time I go in here to get a manicure and pedicure I get a bad rushed job and I dont get polish or clear Im a guy so I dont wear polish just like to get me toes clipped and hard skin (callous) removed ....They used to be good ... used to be again maybe its just me maybe not alsoI cant say they went bad on me because I didnt tip on the contrary I would tip $10 buck on top of bill so
