I originally bought a groupon to try out lash extensions. Over a year later I come twice a month to see Tracy and get my lashes done! So quick and she does such a great job. Love this salon

Searched everywhere for a nail salon that took walk-ins. The receptionist, nail tech and the eyelash tech were sweet, nice and very accommodating. The manicure and pedicure were quick and not the usual 90min session; Im use to. The salon is not as fancy, new or high tech as others Ive gone to. However it was clean and they got the job done. So happy with my new eyelashes! If Im ever in Seattle defintley coming here again. The photo is three days old.

I always come here for deluxe pedicures and it is so relaxing. They do a really good job, plus they have Groupons for multiple options if you wanna try before paying a lot.

Used a groupon. They had two people and did my hands and feet at same time. Great choice if want a speedy job, but this is not a luxury linger and pamper space.But their prices are great especially for downtown area and my nails looked wonderful.

The salon is conveniently located downtown. Its clean and peaceful. The staff are really friendly and they have a decent selection of colors . The pre polish process is great, though they dont scrub the feet very long or thoroughly. The actual polish job was quite mediocre. There werent enough layers put on there was a lot of polish on my cuticles and skin surrounding my toes.

I first started going in for pedicures because of the Groupon and now I go monthly. Today I had my hair cut and colored I feel like a new me. The environment is delightful people are thoughtful and the overall feeling is one of calm and serenity in the midst of getting nails, eyelashes, waxing, hair all of it handled under one roof. I even found a parking place right around the corner.

I love this salon. The technicians are skilled and everyone is very friendly. Tracy, the owner, is awesome - I wont go anywhere else because of how she does my lashes. They are great about trying to squeeze me in when Im time-constrained and never keep me waiting (though occasionally Im a few mins late). The massage pedicure chairs are awesome, and if you get lashes done, Tracy is fast (my time is valuable), and the quality is such that I can go 2-3 weeks between fills. I also find their prices very reasonable and parking hasnt been a problem.

Got eyelash extensions for the first time and it was great but when I got a refill the woman cut my actual lashes! Now they are naturally way too short. I’ll never come back here.

Went for the Groupon, stayed for the super quick service (lashes in half the time) and easy scheduling.

Don’t come here. They are literally so rude. There’s a reason the salon is empty. The receptionist was out of line rude with me and even told me to hurry up and pick my colors because they had other customers coming. The nail tech did a really great job, though. Do not come to this place!!! They are unprofessional and rude!!!!!!! I bought a crouton and made a appointment first time. I was late for 15 mind because my work caught me. And they are very rude just because I am late and won’t even reschedule my appointment. And then I tried to reschedule though phone, they said they have to redeem my voucher first otherwise won’t make a appointment for me!!!! This is first time I came across such bad service !! Such rude people!!!! If you want to be treated like a person and have a good salon service, DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE, THEY ARE THE WORST EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would give zero star if I can. My hair is never treated so CARELESSLY like that. Joevir didn’t even bother to show me the highlight color before he dumped it on my head. In the entire process he was so rude and his mind was all on his phone.I bought a groupon voucher thought it was a good deal, and now I know, it’s CHEAP for reasons. He doesn’t deserve a single dime of tip.

Great haircut and quick. Called to make an apt at lunch and she was able to fit me in. I love the new hair cut, great layers. Extremely happy with the service.

NEVER COME HERE FOR EYELASHES EXTENSIONS! THE OWNER IS SUPER UNPROFESISONAL, RUDE AND THE ENTIRE PROCESS IS UNCOMFORTABLE. The owner is super unprofessional, not friendly at all. She did my eyelashes extension today and she was being LAZY and MEAN. I showed her some pictures of eyelashes I want to do and I tried to take time to communicate with her about what I want. However, she didn’t even try to understand what I want. What she said was “I know”. She finished my lashes in like 25 minutes. When she was doing it she kept dropping eyelashes on my face. She kept squishing my eyeballs and it was uncomfortable the while process.

Tammy did my first gel nails I ever experienced and did a good job. Not only did she replicated the design I was looking for, I was impressed by the way gel nails stay on and not chip. I tried this place because of a Groupon purchase and would come again.

Ive been coming here since they opened, and I love it. The salon is very clean and relaxing, everyone who works there is friendly and great at what they do. The owner and her daughter are sweethearts! I will probably keep coming here even after I move a little farther away.

I have visited it yesterday for my gel manicure with French tips. Amazing! I agree that their customer service might suffer (no smile at the receptionist desk) but the service for the mani is sterile and detail oriented :) will come back!

As a spa manager, I am terribly picky about cleanliness and I have to say this place was clean. I got a cut, color and hi lights in 90 minutes, cute style and a nice conditioning treatment too. Joevir is really good at what he does. That being said, I was told they would honor the groupon price, and it was 3x that price because I added hi lights. However, it was still a really good deal, and I was happy to pay it. I will be back.

I went to Joevir to get a full foil and haircut. He was great! Knew exactly how to cut my hair (wavy, Asian hair) and the highlights are beautiful!!!

I’ve always had a great experience here. Nice ladies, and they do a great job with the gel mani/pedi. I haven’t found a place that does a better job

Don’t come to this place. My first time to see such a rude place for “spa” service. I tried eyelashes extension here with Groupon coz the good place where I usually go is further from my new home. Without asking my expectation and introducing the process, the owner just finished everything in a rush and not gentle way ending with rudely peeling off the pad under my eyes. The lashes are stiff, not natural, not the right size. Later, i requested to take it off coz it’s not comfortable. She asked me to come back one hour later. When I was back, she said I’m picky and didn’t want to talk to me?!?! Can’t believe it’s named as Salon and Spa....

I have purchased many Groupons for this salon. They have always been very nice and helpful I appreciate their attention to whatever service they are providing. I never feel rushed and have never been rude to here. But then again I am always show up fro my appointments on time. Its a small place, and they dont have a lot of staff to quickly churn out mani/pedis. So Id say if you are looking for a super quick and cheap nail job this man no be the place for you. Then again I prefer relaxing and attention to detail when getting my nails done

I went to this place first time, the owner really mean and unprofessional. I’m also a professional licenses, I look their salon up, they were reported by department of licensing, by not safety and sanitation violation. This is make a lot sense how unprofessional their and not clean of thier too. If you love yourself don’t go to this place, it was reported by department of licensing that their are not cleaning thier tools. They were get fines 600$ from the state .

Great place good atmosphere. Very happy and satisfied with my mani pedi. First time I didnt feel like I was being rushed out of the business. Great place to take my BFF when its time for her wedding.

When i first visited, the service was good. But the second time i went to meni & pedi, and this time it was bad my nail polish came off in the 3rd day itself. I feel so bad i had some important work and it spoiled the impression.

This place is not consisiten with its pricing. I was charged differntly for the same service at 2 different times. Also the staff is always in such a hurry. Was not happy at all!

Staff is very nice and sweet. I didnt feel rushed like I do at other places.I couldnt relax during the pedi bc the massage chair was so uncomfortable and the massage balls didnt relax into the chair so they poked out the entire time. 3 weeks later my gel pedi is still on!!Gel mani was enjoyable and relaxing..unfortunately this didnt last as long and peeled off at about 2 weeks.Got my lashes done as well and the girl was so fast, under an hour for a full set. I think maybe she was a little too fast (?) because I noticed them falling out that first night. When I woke up the next morning I had about 7 lashes on my pillow. Never had them fall out that quick before! I called to question and see what they could do the next day, the offered to fix them within 10 days but I was on vacation for the entire time. It was great of them to offer!Also, I asked for the most natural and low key style of lashes (I dont wear make up) and she suggested a size 11. Size 11 turned out WAY too glam for me and I was a little upset. I thought about going back and getting them redone. Luckily my friends talked me into keeping them but just be aware of what size is what.I will probably try a few other places around town before I go back here. I didnt have a bad time, but I didnt love it.

It was terrible. It hardly felt it a pedicure. She did not clean my nails and gave me no massage. When I spoke to the person sitting at the front desk about this, she did not even listen to what the problem was and started blaming me instead. Worst customer service ever.

Tried calling several times to check availability. No answer so I show up and waste my time and money on parking for poor customer service.

1.0 star rating 8/18/20165 photosI went in yesterday to get a regular mani/pedi here because I had my engagement photo shoot today and it was important to me to have my nails professionally done for it. Before I left the salon, I noticed my fingernails were not painted to the edges and when I tried to communicate it to the mother of the family-run salon who did my nails, she blamed the customer (me) for picking a polish that had very little left saying thats because you picked that nail polish [that had little left]. It is not the customers fault that the salon doesnt have enough of that polish left. It is the salons fault. They told me to pick another color, but the other pink hues were not even close. They did not have a lot of colors to even pick from so I stuck with what was left in the bottle not aware that chipped nails could be a possible outcome. And if they knew that there was little left, I dont know why they had to use it all on my toes first and do my hands last. And now, less than 24 hours later, it has gotten quite chipped before my engagement photo shoot!! 4 fingers badly chipped before the engagement photo shoot and 2 more fingers chipped right after the engagement photo shoot. I spent $39 total for chipped nails within less than 24 hours of the appointment. I was reluctant to even give a tip because the nails edges werent painted, but because it didnt feel right to give no tip even though I was dissatisfied, I still gave at least a 12% tip. If I had to get another regular mani/pedi, I would NOT come back here ever. Even the customer service was horrendous in addition to the shoddy quality of the mani/pedi. I also called them back to let them know about the chipped nails. The mother of the place picked up and after hearing what happened, her reaction was unbelievably hostile saying in a scolding tone so what? so what do you want me to do??? I will not give you a refund because we already did your manipedi Its unbelievable why she had to be so hostile rather than just own up to the shoddy quality of a nail job that was not worth $39. I didnt pay using a Groupon, which they have. I paid FULL PRICE because I wanted to ensure they felt paid enough to do a good nail job! I was so disappointed and upset that it chipped before my engagement photo shoot. A 1 star review all around would not be unjustified. I learned they also dont do any sort of refunds as it is their company policy. They told me they only have a warranty of 5 days if anything happens, you can come back, but it was too late and the photo shoot was already done, so theres no need to have my nails professionally done anymore..

The owner really unprofessional and rude. My eyes was burning, I told her that my was burning . She was peel off iPad off my eye and drop on my face, and my head hard to the way she wanted without let you know. The work not good at all, some of them fall out at the same day. Not recommended at all.
