I get so many compliments on my nails! They last for quite a while! The nail techs do a very thorough job with each nail. I’ve always been happy with the outcome. The chrome powder is $5 extra, on top of the added cost of the gel polish it goes on. But I think it’s worth it because they always come out so shiny, and they change color depending on the angle.The salon is also neat and organized. I’ve always had a pleasant experience here. I don’t always get my nails done, but when I do, I trust Sen Salon.

The owner and staff are friendly and welcoming. By far the best manicure and pedicure I got in Seattle. The quality of service is really good and they don’t try to rush through it (the massage is really good :)).Highly recommend going here and supporting this small business.

I LOVE SEN SALON! Lom and team are professional and fun! The experience is always elevated and it is a warm welcoming environment. It is also safe, clean and comfortable. And Snow is an artist!!! I always come in with wild ideas and her and Lom figure out how to make my dreams come true! This is my husband and I’s new favorite spot! Definitely check it out!!!!

This salon is lovely. Ive been going off and on for years. The acrylic set looks natural and they do a thorough job on pedicure. I even bring my little niece here and they pamper her as well.

Best place for Mani Pedi... I love my stiletto nails. Everything I asked for and customer service is awesome... they why they have 5 stars and worth it.

This is the salon I’ve gone to since COVID - it’s one of the only places I feel comfortable. They take your temperature, have you wash your hands, seat people very distanced, put up plastic barriers, and do very thorough cleaning. Definitely recommend if you’re worried about safety, and they do the BEST job with my nails.

Came here after a friend recommended it and was pleased to see all the good reviews but I have to say, don’t know why there’s so much hype. Made an appointment and still waited around 30 minutes. When asked if I wanted water or tea, I said yes to water but then had to ask three times before I was given some. Rushed pedicure with maybe 60 seconds of massage and I asked for a manicure with powder and tips and didn’t receive a manicure. When I asked the technician to trim my cuticles she said she would charge. Every time I asked her to fix something, like my nails being filed unevenly, she audible and dramatically sighed and my manicure looked so bad/uneven/bumpy I was upset the rest of the day. My top coat chipped the next day. Unimpressed and probably won’t return. $80 for a mediocre service. Their website boasts “relax with a hot tea while we give you a massage” - I’ll tell you now, it’s not that kind of experience.

I usually don’t leave reviews. Even if I have a poor experience I do not leave reviews. But with Sen Salon, I had probably the best nail salon experience I’ve ever personally experienced. The staff was so kind and professional and always checked on me and guaranteed my satisfaction.I was offered a back massage (kindly denied but was still so flattered), given color/style advice, the lady at the entrance was so sweet and treated me so well! She brought me multiple color samples and suggested the best design for price/style quality. My nail tech for my manicure was extremely focused and professional. She did an amazing job. My nail tech for my pedicure was also very quick and professional. They were both very experienced and and so friendly.Another major plus? They were super cautious for COVID-19. You wait to be greeted at the door, your temperature is taken, and you are directed to wash your hands. There is plexiglass for manicures and staff wears the necessary protection.This will be the only nail salon I’ll be visiting until further notice. Thank you!

Everyone was so nice, but I got a set of dip nails and they started chipping off the day after I got them. I paid 60 and tipped because all of the people were nice, but I’m sad about the quality of the nails.

Probably the best nail place I’ve been to in Seattle so far. Asked for a deep French and even though the nail technician hadn’t heard of it I showed a picture and she came pretty close! :) happy with my experience and it was a comfortable place.

I love coming to Sen for my pedicures, and it’s definitely one of the better salons in the Madrona/Madison Park area. Everyone here is so kind and detail-oriented. Parking is pretty easy too!

Favorite salon! Manager turned owner and they offer the best service. Support local owners! They offer tea, upper back massages with a manicure, huge OPI selection, and an incredibly clean and comfortable space. They always squeeze me in! Just can’t go anywhere else. :)

Best mani/pedi in Seattle area. Regular, gel, shellac—all the longest lasting of any place I’ve tried and consistently looks beautiful. Amazing massage with service, as well. Sen is always on the request list when my relatives visit from out of town, and a regular spot for catchup time with my girlfriends. Lam also serves the best homemade ginger tea. :)

Great service and very warm and friendly staff. Its a great place for small groups too because they have cozy spaces that their rooms are divided into, where you can chat and get pampered without disturbing others too much!

They are wonderful! I got a mani and pedi and they were super friendly, sweet, and did a great job. Also got amaaazing massages! ;) would highly recommend this salon.
