This was one of the best, most relaxing pedicures i’ve ever had, and for a very reasonable price! Pedicure included exfoliation oil rub, hot rocks, steamed towels, and more for only 33$. Was so relaxed I almost fell asleep, and they did and excellent job painting my nails too. Would definitely recommend, I will be coming back here!
This place was bad. I tried this place out because they had good reviews. Let me save you a trip and don’t come here. The whole appointment was rushed, sloppy and I had to tell the guy that was doing my nails to fix the uneven gel job he did. Which sucks to do, I know they get irritated when people complain, I get it but my manicure looked really bad (see photos). My toes are even worse. He tried to fix it but then started speaking to his coworkers in his language which felt like he was complaining about me. I felt like this place was a little racist as well, I didn’t get the amazing treatment everyone seems to rave about. Not worth it, don’t go here. The only saving grace was the receptionist (man) he was very kind and nice. I’m still on the search for a good nail salon that I can just go to pay and get treated just like everyone else, not a second class citizen.
The person doing my nails didnt really seem to know how to do acrylic nails. They only did one coat of color, I have a couple crooked nails and it took forever. Find somewhere else for acrylic nails.
Good employee but the owner changes prices and also he rushes if there is a customer in line i am very disappointed I dont recommend at all.
Have been here thousand times and loved it each time. The staff is respectful, very good at what they do and even give you a massage as part of the manicure! Highly recommend
I came in to get a manicure/pedicure. I asked for #46 it was a bright pink. After It was applied to my toes I noticed it was VERY light pink. I didnt want to waste more time so I left it at that and decided Id just go with a different pink on my hands, I chose #69 which was a bright bright pink that I really liked. She came back and applied the color. I was happy with the color, however I noticed that she kept having to tap it so more would come out, then she got up with it and came back. Im not sure what she did if she added to it or swapped it for something else. While she was up I noticed the pink #46 was in fact #43 which is the one they applied to my toe nails( no wonder it was such a light pink!!!) When she came back and continued painting my nails it went from a bright pink to a red. I was there for an hour and a half at this point. She just kept saying pretty color, pretty color I have never been so disappointed with my nails in my life. I will never come back here again. Whats the point of them asking me to pick a color if theyre just going to chose what they want and dilute a nail polish because its low. I would give this a negative star if I could.
Haven’t found a salon like this anywhere else in Seattle. The best staff, great attitudes and as welcoming as could be. The salon is cute and current, but most important its incredibly clean. It’s the best pedicure and acrylic fill you can find on Capitol Hill.
Always accommodating, nice people, trans-friendly, fixed a nail Id broken for free, too. Interior is really pretty, as well. Always a pleasant experience! That Subway on the lower level was NOT trans-friendly, btw. Ignore that place. 😉😉😊 j/s
This is my regular nail salon. The prices are very reasonable and the staff are all really good. The petite fashionable women runs the place and she does the best work. They are all very good and efficient too! Youll be in and out in no time. You have to pay an extra $10 for paraffin wax. Its not included in the manicure price. Their prices are so reasonable that I dont mind.
Clean and peaceful environment. Friendly staff. Wide color selection. Tools are sanitized and a fresh sterile package is opened for each appointment. Love that the standard pedicure includes hot stones. Great value; standard pedicure is $22. Highly recommend!
My nails were done beautifully. However, upon removal of my fake nail set the male tech drimmeled my nails to half of their normal depth, removing the top half. Its 3 months later and I theres still a quarter of my nail thats damaged.
Ive been here a few times. Theyre ok. The staff is nice, the place is clean and they do a good manicure. They give the WORST massage with their manicures/pedicures. Barely a minute each arm/leg. And dont drink the water. There was stuff floating around in it. Its my backup nail place when I dont feel like going to Queen Anne.
I had a great experience here. Warm, relaxing environment. Very good, affordable manicure with great attention to detail. Well worth the money! I would go again.
They fit me in even though they had a scheduled appointment half an hour later. thank you so much :)
We have been going here for years and we love it.
Fabulous manicure & pedicure. I got the deluxe ped. Totally worth it! Steven gives excellent service.
Got my first pedicure here. Enjoyable experience. The massage was a bit light, but over all great experience!
Slightly rushed pedi but results were appreciated. Quiet. Large color selection. Thank you.
HORRIBLE.I got a full set today and my nails look so bad, I can’t even fix them myself. None of them are even, length wise or width wise. When I asked her to fix one, she made it look worse than before and seemed irritated with me. NOT worth $50, not even worth $10. I am very upset and I will probably have them removed entirely tomorrow. I am so disappointed, I want my money back.
Friendly and welcoming environment. Employees are very gentle and friendly. Ill be back. :-)
New favorite spot to get a pedicure in Capitol Hill. Great staff and super affordable.
Nice place. Very good costumer service.
A friend and I came here during a weekend visit and the service was friendly and calming, and they did an amazing job on my manicure.
They didn’t understand what I meant by “gel nails” and they made me pay before getting my nails done, so I tipped $3 for a $7 polish (that I didn’t want in the first place). The person doing my nails made a bubble on my thumbnail from not drying fast enough. After ONE DAY my nails started chipping. Very disappointed with the result. I won’t be coming here again.
Great mani/pedi. The hot stones were my favorite. Large selection of polishes
Im giving two Stars instead of one because I love my mani. However this is the Worst pedi Ive ever had. There was no mask or paraffin treatment like it says online and as more people came in the rushed me out of the chair even though I made an appointment. I asked for arcylic over one of my big toes because it broke and they kept saying ok but never did it. I left the salon with 8 toe nails painted because they could not figure out what to do with the broken one. Now I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Will not return here.
Really nice staff, great service, awesome massages with mani/pedi.
My nails have never looked so beautiful. I still go here each month for my mani.
I just l9ve there work.
My go-to place for all twenty of them. Ask for Kim.
Perfect place
