I been going here since I was 16, I’m 29 now ! Samantha the owner is a beautiful soul and she also love’s her job, so of course that shows in her work. Also, all of her staff are equally as good as she is ! Place is very clean and good vibes all around. I love everyone there. The best nail shop I have ever been to!

A friend recommended Nail Time 2.5 years ago/ I have not stopped going. Sam and her crew are #1 in the Seattle area. There’s definitely a reason they’ve been around for so long. The girls here are so sweet and seem really passionate about what they do, and I feel like this is the first place in Seattle who actually cares about how my nails look. I’ve had only techs who rush through my service since I’ve moved to Seattle but I’m definitely making this my regular salon, my acrylics have never looked better!

Call and make an appointment. Currently, you have your temperature taken and sanitize your hands at entry. For a pedicure, you are spaced out. The service is good and consistent.

I’ve tried out just about every nail salon in West Seattle and I routinely come back to nail time. Yesterday I got a mani/pedi before vacation. However for the first time ever my shellac did not take properly and started to lift when I got home. I got shellac because there was a specific color I wanted that I didn’t think came and dip which is what I usually get. When I called the salon Sam answered the phone and told me that she could get me in and fix my nails same day. She redid them and actually found a color that was nearly exactly the same as the one I had chosen in shellac! I love the fact that they were so accommodating and fixed the problem right away. Dip is a more expensive service than shellack and she just charged me the difference which was greatly appreciated!! Now that things are opening up I’ll be back for offen to get my nails done :)

Started going here and never looked back! Sam the owner is a beautiful spirit who puts tons of effort into her business! She has a great crew of ladys working for her! She is up to date on styles and trends with nail designs and does quality Work! Great environment and services!

Last minute as a walk in, coming from out of town I was blown away with their service! ABSOLUTELY LOVE My nails ❤️❤️❤️❤️Sammy did a fantastic job. She didn’t rush even though it started to get busy and checked in with me during steps. I’ve never had such a gentle mani experience Plus following COVID guidelines,I was looking for natural nails and that’s exactly what she gave me. THANK YOU SAMY!!!

I loved my time there! They were enthusiastic about my color choices and they had HGTV on in the background and Christmas music so the energy was great! They did a great job making sure my natural nails stayed strong and actually were able to use powder dip to protect and keep them long! They made a nice shape and finish.

Best nail salon in Seattle!!! Been coming here for 25-years. Only because they have created such a feel good atmosphere and go out of their way to accommodate the clients. Their attention to detail makes your visit even that more special.

They did such a nice job and fit me right in on Saturday afternoon. That have a lot of great colors, including matte and mood color change, plus designs. Fair price too - $28 for basic gel manicure. Will definitely be going back soon!

In Southern tradition I have visitor’s at least every other month, and we only go here, even though I live in downtown Seattle - here only.I’m lucky to have quite a few Belle-friend’s who have relocated to SEA as well, whose nails have been done consistently since we could crawl, and THIS is their bi-weekly nail salon!You will be beyond pleased by their attentive service which is a RARE find in SEA even at premium price points unfortunately.

WORST nail salon!!!!!!! Did not social distance, first issue. Then I was not greeted and ignored the entire duration of appointment. My nails fell off in 2 days!! When I called to tell them, they said “ if they all fall off that’s on you.” Terrible place if I could give -5 stars I would.😡🤬

I too am a very long-time customer of Nail Time. I Love this salon and wouldnt go anywhere else. Lisa is a doll and always takes such great care of me for my fills. Mimi does a great job on my toes. I always leave feeling like I have gotten great service and my moneys worth.If you have never been, give it a try. Best massages (and it comes with your service)!

I went here to get my acrylics taken off after the salon next door claimed they were too busy. They were nice and had me seated even though they were also busy. After my set was removed they gave me a protective clear coat on my nails, nothing too major. The only complaint I have is it was more expensive than I thought. Otherwise they were very nice and accommodating.

I have been going here for years and I absolutely love this salon! The ladies that work here are so nice and do such a great job! I always get the spa pedicure and sometimes when Im feeling fancy, Ill get the spa manicure too! I love when you get both, they do it at the same time! Cant say enough great things about this place!

Walked in on a Fri afternoon and hubby and I were warmly greeted and seated quickly. Hubby never had a pedi before and quite enjoyed his experience. I also highly enjoyed both my pedi and Mani. Massage pedi chair is nice for the back tension and I like that they use the tub liners for extra cleanliness. My nail tech didnt talk much, but she did a wonderful job. The happy hour prices are awesome. Looks like they can do every kind of nail and nail art you can think of. Silk nails? Didnt even know thats a thing. Highly recommend. I will definitely come again.

I love Nail Time and have been going here consistently for my nails for a year and a half now. Everyone is friendly, the environment is clean, and everyone does a great job. Expect it to be busy, I go at least once if not twice a month and I always make an appointment in advance... especially during happy hour! They have half off prices and deals from 1-3 Monday - Friday! I see people get frustrated with the wait but you cannot expect to walk in to Nail Time without an appointment and be served right away. The reason they are always busy because the service, the people, and the prices!

Love them, AND they do both hands and feet at once, saving time. So many nail places Ive tried in Seattle dont do that.

Rushed coats and when I asked them to fix them they became very short with me. They also forgot to file my sisters heels as well.

I had gone here for about four months and was seeing one of the technicians named Vinny and he did an amazing job and was very attentive. After not having acrylics for about 6 months, I came back to get a full set and it was TERRIBLE. My nails look fat and bulky, to much was taken of the side to shape them(coffin), and she cut me twice. If it hadnt been for her understanding and compliance after I told her how pissed I was and how willing she was to try her hardest to get them close to what I wanted I would not have paid the $30. On the other hand, they just remodeled and it looks great! As for pedicures they do a wonderful job and I will go back for those.

Worst pedicure of my life. I waited over an hour for a spa pedicure that lasted 20 min.... my feet looked exactly the same when i left.

I walked in to get a manicure with my mother and was hit in the face by the strong smell of toxic fumes as well as it was very hot inside the room. I didnt even stay long enough to get a manicure and fortunately when I mentioned this kindly to one of the people working there they said nothing and looked away from me.

This place gave me and my mom the best pedicure weve ever had. Ive been to many places in west seattle and in other states. Hellen and Lisa really took their time with the massage and were very friendly. They were even able to squeeze us in right before closing.

I have been here several times, with mixed luck, and will no longer go back. The sign on the wall states one price and I was charged another. The staff, while very friendly, did just and OK job - Not worth the $50 I was charged for a mani/pedi.
