It’s the only place I go to. You can book appointments by text (definitely do this, they book up fast), space is large, clean and nice, Michelle the owner is AWESOME, and it’s a nice, positive vibe with all the techs. I always get a beautiful mani/pedi. Professional operation from top to bottom. Give them your business!

I think 1 star is TOO MUCH for this place. Please don’t ever go to this horrible nail salon. The costumer service is useless. I went for the dipping powder and because I had dipping powder from another place they charge $7 dollar to take it off. They took 35 minutes JUST REMOVING the powder. The girl really acted like she doesn’t know what she was doing and she took forever. After all the process she said “let them dry” and I was waiting for her to finish because she didn’t put lotion or cleaned the border or take the cuticle out, NOTHING. I walked in with an appointment at 4:15 and was done at 6:15pm. I told the manager I wasn’t happy and I didn’t like my nails At all and she said she could give me $7 dollars discount in stead of $47 it would be $40 🤣 I tought it was ridiculous but I paid. When I went to my car and saw my nails with the sun light I had to go back and ask for my money back. They gave me my money back after she refused a few times to do it. I would ever go to that place again.

I love the owner of this nail salon for starters. She has a great personality. Manicures and pedicures are always great. Instruments are sanitized. Staff is very sweet. Space is well ventilated and clean. Punch cards are available. Right off bus lines and some hourly paid and free street parking available.

I had my first gel manicure and spa pedicure here a few days ago. I was impressed and planned to come back. 3 days later I had a chip in one of my nails. I called to ask for a repair, prepared to pay for it. They fit me in straight away; However they fixed not only that nail, but also repainted all the others to make sure they matched and then charged me nothing at all for the repair that took 30 minutes to make my whole manicure perfect!! This is customer service as it should be, all done with the customer at heart! They have earned my business for good!! 🤩

I went into Hoa Salon on a Friday at around 2:00-2:30pm. The sun was finally out and the weekend was just beginning! I figured I’d go treat myself to a pedicure since I didn’t want to have gnarled toe nails with my flip flops all weekend. When I walked in there were 3 women getting various services (I assume getting manicures and/or pedicures but I didn’t ask). I was greeted sweetly by a smiling woman and sat in a very comfy leather chair. I ended up getting a manicure and a pedicure so at one point when my pedicure was finishing up a second woman walked in and asked if I minded that she start the manicure.I felt like a VIP! Hahahaha!The cost was pretty much right about what you’d expect from your neighborhood nail salon. I don’t remember exactly what I paid but I know I’ve paid more and less at other nail salons with similar services. The quality however was great for the cost!! I would definitely recommend Hoa to friends and family. Not to anyone else... I don’t want it to get too crowded! 😉

Relaxing and great care is given to my feet and hands for manicure and pedicure service. Last time husband joined for a pedicure and enjoyed the experience.

I recently moved to Seattle and was devastated to loose my old nail tech. However, the staff and service providers have all given me a wonderful experience for a very reasonable price. As a person who has worked in the beauty industry for almost 20 years, I can say that the level of cleanliness and sanitation is some of the best Ive seen in the industry. They are patient and attentive and pay close attention to detail. I am now a regular customer and use their loyalty card and also take advantage of their discounts for paying in cash on Wednesdays. I will say Ive only been to the Roosevelt location, so I cant speak for any other location.

I have been going here for the last eight years and every time I have had an amazing experience. Michelle the owner is absolutely fantastic ! It is by far one of the best places to go in the area. I travel down all the way from Lynnwood just to visit the salon.

All of the Hoa Salons are great places to get your nails done. Their service is great, the environment is spa-like, and the quality is top-notch. Plus they offer cash deals on Wednesdays and punch cards to earn free services.

Very clean, excellent service! It was freezing out so they immediately offered tea and a warm pillow as I walked in the door! I got a nice leg massage with my pedicure and unfortunately I am now addicted to this place!!

Friendly and speedy! Neck massage, hot hand towels, and hand massage included in the manicure. I haf a very pleasant experience. I especially appreciated how gentle the work on my cuticles was. My favorite manicure experience ever!

Just there earlier for Mani/Pedi. Pedi was good, but my french manicure.... no, dont go, just dont do it.So my wedding is tomorrow. They cut off ALL MY NAIL that I had been growing. They needed to be trimmed, sure, but theres hardly anything to scratch with. They then painted the tips white and left the natural nail (no skin tone polish at all) followed by a clear coat. I bought the colors from Bartells just in case I wanna redo this myself. I cannot believe the cost of such a terrible job.

I dont know why... but I always come and leave feeling disappointed by the rude staff and horrible customer service. If I felt treated with more respect, Id recommend but honestly would recommend avoiding this place. Good luck to all that go here and likely receive the same poor treatment. Yuck.

The WORST manicure and dip manicure I have ever had. It took them 2 hours to get the old dip off and give me a new manicure. My nails are rough, uneven, bumpy, and look so terrible that I’m going to a different salon today (the day after my visit to Hoa) to get a new manicure. I will never go back to this place.

Hours say open until 7pm. Arrived at 6pm after paying for street parking. Staff say they are closed despite open doors and hours posted.

Me and four friends went here to get pedicures and we made reservations, as we were paying they told us it was an extra 7 dollars each for a party of 5 of more, should have told us when we booked it. Over priced for the service we got. Pedicures were $42 dollars for a 20 minute service. Not worth it.
