Showed up to treat myself and instead was treated very badly. Both customers and the Owner of all people were very rude and judgmental to start with. So to be the better person I ignored any and all snide ignorant comments and insults. There were several employees who werent doing anything at all, while the owner of the place was overseeing 3 to 4 people. The quality of work was rushed and poor. Most of the nails are crooked and dirty and will have to be redone by a real professional. My 10 year old has done a better job than this place. Im 7 months pregnant and the only thing I wanted was a reprieve from a difficult life and what I got was an experience that left me more stressed and $50 broker. I will be telling people about this place, but it will not be as a recommendation. No one deserves to be treated like I was.

I went for a mani + pedi as a little treat for myself before my wedding day. The pedicure lady was nice and did her job well. The manicure lady however rushed me from the very beginning, she hurt my cuticles while cleaning and was very rude to me. Everything here is an extra charge after you buy a Groupon. Which I happily paid for but the service was nothing short of horrible.The mani lady was rude from the beginning and I could see her talking about me to the pedicure lady which I wasnt comfortable with. Apart from that she was on call the whole time and also splitting time between me and the other guests. She painted my nails a particular color which I didnt like and she tried to just dismiss it saying it looks beautiful (not even caring for my opinion). I asked for a color change and she said that would be additional charge which I paid in full. But even after that I received a botched manicure with hurt cuticles. She didnt even clean the previous color off my nails and when I asked her to; she replied saying that it will go away on its own.I had to rush to another salon the day of my wedding to get it repaired because it looked awful. In total I paid more than a $100 for the botched job and I left the salon crying because she made me feel so bad about myself when I should have been excited for my wedding. My fiancé was distraught that I had to go through such an experience a day before the wedding.Please spend the money at a better salon for a better service and save yourself a visit to this worst place.

Pedi with massage was worth it. The lady did it really well. Mani was not good.

I used a Groupon and was very pleased! I had a few ideas in mind and used photos on my phone to help show what I was looking for. Ended up being inspired by one womans nails (owner/manager?) who enthusiastically assured me that shed take care of me and my nails would scream Christmas by the end of my visit.The melted wax was a nice touch. Never love it when I cant join in on the Vietnamese conversations but I had very friendly (and fun!) interactions with the staff members. They did a meticulous job and were patient with me when I took a little too long to make up my mind.

Ive been going to Night Light Nails for a few years now (sorry its taken me so long to write a review). They are awesome! Ive observed how they navigate when its really busy and they can navigate between clients easily and ensure everyone feels pampered but no one feels rushed. I find my visits relaxing and fun and I always walk out with great looking nails! Im pretty sure Van is the hardest working person on the planet. Ive never seen her stop moving! Shes also very kind and takes the time to stop by and say hello even if she is not doing your nails.

The service was extremely lackluster. The leg massage barely happened- one pass up and down the legs and that was it. The pedicure was the best part- though very fast and skipping steps.The manicure was the worst I’ve ever received. She had me reach over my self with dripping hands instead of changing sides of the chair, didn’t shape my nails, did not push cuticles- just touched the nail with the tool-literally, reached under my shirt collar when giving me a neck/shoulder massage, super awkward and not relaxing-then (again literally) two concussive strikes and done. She went and started with another woman, having me wait not knowing what to do next-then turned on the fan to tell me to dry. I was told “Good enough” and then told I could leave- my toes were still wet and now messed up.When I tipped each technician %15 she looked like it wasn’t enough of a tip.I feel the tip wasn’t earned really at all and I will not spend money at this business again. I would suggest anyone considering going there go somewhere else or at least expect bare bones treatment. No indulgent feeling- straight no frills mani/pedi.I may have gone there on a bad day, I hope so.

My boyfriend has never had his nails done before so he and I went out and we both got a set of full acrylics and lacquer. It was a perfect first time for him and a really nice experience for me at a new place! The staff was quick, efficient and very friendly. We walked away feeling very happy, him especially!

I always come here to get manicure and pedicure. They have loads of options for regular nail polish, gel, shellac, and dip powder. The pedicure has a menu in which you can choose which treatment you’d like during your pedicure. They recently raised their prices due to COVID and it’s almost double of what I have paid in the last 2 years of coming here. Van, the manager, is very sweet and the whole staff is very polite. They have WiFi and televisions. I also love the massage chairs during the pedicure. For students, there’s a discount.***I add photos to this post whenever I get more sets done***

The service was rushed. She never asked me what shape I want for my manicure. She cut my nails so short even after I told her just a little bit of trim. I used to come to this place all the time and their service quality became worst over time. I rather pay more and get a better service!

Honestly this was may have been the worst wax of my life. I called ahead to make sure there was availability and she said I could come in immediately which I did. When I got there she put me in the waxing area, but she was in the middle of doing a pedicure so she kept running in and out between me and the other customer. That wouldn’t have been an issue for me if the wax job was well done but it was SO patchy. I have a ton of hair left on my body to the point that I had to go buy an at home wax kit because there was too much to pluck. Everyone was kind, but the results were really disappointing.

Im going to start by saying I rarely leave reviews but this place was definitely the worst place and I felt like I needed to warn others.I came in with my boyfriend because we had a special summer trip coming up. He got me a leg wax, arm pit wax, and a Brazilian. He had a Groupon for the mani pedi as well.First off Ill say they definitely talk about you the entire time.For the nail option the lady was very rough. She talked in her language the entire time and never even asked me what shape I wanted.But what left me crying was the wax. Ive had other waxes that were potential and kind. This lady definitely hates people. She ripped my hair out in the wrong direction causing ripped skin and bleeding. She didnt hold my skin down to ease the pain. And at the end she said dont look and had me put my clothes on. I walked out sticky, wax all over me, no prep no after case. The wax was splotchy, the lady told me she worked in waxing for 25 years but I really dont believe it.I walked out in horrid pain. At 11pm I felt like Ive gained the courage to warn others.Please stay away for your safety!

Absolute favorite nail salon in Seattle. LOVE the neck & shoulder massage while my nails cure, dry or soak. Docked a star because techs here are Not specialized in nail art or gems. Whenever I ask for more elaborate designs and show a picture, even of something simple with a metallic ribbon across or a flower decal they say they don’t know how to do them, so I end up getting a simple color with no design or gems. I coordinated with my girlfriend’s sister to get her nails done here before I proposed because apparently that’s what you are supposed to do. Aside from generally bad service, they also did an especially bad job. I could tell immediately that the nails were not done correctly and there is a reason this place has received so many 1 star reviews.

The staff are very nice and very patient. Ive gone here approximately five times so far and Ill definitely keep coming back.Ive attached photos of my (fabulous) nails and of their pricing for their services. Hope this helps!

They do an amazing job at this place! Their professionalism and the quality of their work is impeccable. I got my first ever dipping powder manicure and a Deluxe pedicure done and Im completely in love. Plus theyre efficient (I was out in just under 90 minutes) without ever once making me feel less than pampered. And they also get top marks for their COVID precautions: the place was immaculate and they were constantly sanitizing. I felt completely safe there. Suffice it to say, I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else!

Wonderful group of ladies! I went in for a mani/pedi and had a wonderful experience. I will say that if you’re going for a basic mani you should go somewhere else. I’m not sure if how busy the place was had an effect on how my nails turned out but I was not satisfied. They didn’t clean under the nails, the nails were trimmed at different lengths, and the clear shiny stuff put on at the end immediately started to peel later that night. My pedicure - while a wonderful experience in house - also started to peel a few days later. I also had to take it off prematurely because similar to my manicure the nails weren’t cut appropriately so they were too long and bothersome. My partner got her nails shellacked and they weren’t as even as they could be, and they also started peeling sooner than they should have.

I visited this place hoping for a good acrylic set. I came towards the end of their hours, and it was clear they were rushing the whole process. I saw nail clippings from previous customers on the tables and under my chair. They didnt bother to clean off the station I was at, and used dirty drill bits on my nails. The woman doing my nails left a significant amount of the super glue on my finger tips, and as of writing this, I am still trying to remove it. My nails were uneven and look closer to circles than a natural nail shape. I feel so ripped off for the price they charged.

Got a mani pedi and they were wonderful. We enjoyed both our pedicures & manicures and the pampering that came with them

Probably should have read reviews before coming here, so my experience is partly my fault. Easily the worst mani pedi I have ever had. Probably spent 15 mins total on me and my nails looked like a 5 year old did them. I asked them to take the nail polish off and left without letting them put new polish on. Save yourself some money and do your nails at home

Came here today with a Groupon. Suuper good deal for a mani pedi. Services were good, staff were super nice, the only issue was there are advertisements for a variety of products literally covering the walls and a TV right in front of you playing like those half hour long paid advertisements for said products at loud volume the entire time. The products were like anti aging serums and supplements with wild claims and not anything anyone would actually buy in my opinion. The advertising definitely made it hard to relax, I docked a star for it, but overall was a good mani and pedi and the staff were warm and inviting.

Friendly atmosphere and very energetic! The nail techs were friendly and went that extra mile. Me and the hub got the mani/pedi plus extra massage on head, neck, shoulders and legs! Relaxing and much needed after a long day in Seattle.

I wanted to feel special the day when I delivered my baby boy which was a suprise I ended up going into labor the very next day, anyways about the Night Nail salon the lady that did my nails was so depressing i walked out feeling depressed. She didnt want to do anything for me she jacked up the price for dip powder because she was to tierd to do more work for me she wasnt having it she was that lazy. I got gel manicure that lasted less than a week my nails were not finished the gel paint was everywhere. I just hated it. The day before I had my sweet boy. I wanted to feel special and I didnt. So I do not recommend going there, I would not usually wright a bad review but it was that bad. Do not waist your money there Plus they raise the price on things they shouldnt. Im so disappointed in that place. Please please please do not go here! These ladies do not care about quality- they just rush from one client to another. If you care about quality, service and human decency look else where.I made an appointment for a Brazilian. The lady who did my wax has probably never done a wax in her life. She was pulling large chunks in the wrong direction. Gave me several lifts and cuts and got wax everywhere, in the most sensitive areas. Then called another lady to help her finish, she was no better. I have never seen such a botched job. They never cleaned up the wax on me and just rushed off. I was bleeding in several places. I don’t think she even has a license to do a wax. I wanted to cry when I saw what they did. I had to use a napkin front and back for the bleeding from cuts and all the wax they left on me.When it was time to pay I talked to the manger and told her that I was cut in several places. She asked to take a look and when she saw what happened she offered to clean me up and give me a gift card. She said she was supposed to do the wax but had to pick up her daughter (when I called to make the appointment, she told me 330 and I asked for something earlier, she told me three would work) after she saw what the ladies did to me, she said well I told you to come at 330, but she told me 3 would work on the phone. After cleaning me up she offered me antibiotic cream for the lifts and bleeding. I was in pain for two days- had to use a antibiotic cream and dermoplast (pain and burn relief) for the cuts and lifts. I do not have sensitive skin and get Brazilians all the time.This manager was NEGLIGENT by allowing her probably unlicensed workers to do a wax an me. The lady who did my wax was just evil. I don’t understand how you can hurt someone that bad without being MALICIOUS or unnecessarily AGGRESSIVE.I was in so much pain I almost wanted to seek out legal counsel to see if these ladies that did my wax were even licensed. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT such a business that can be so cruel to its customers!!!!!!!!!

We are all so picky about out nails. This is one of my go to spots in the city. The color selection is small (which I kind of like. I dont over think it, but could a deterrent for others), but they are always perfectly shaped and even. Quick and long lasting shellac!. I cannot attest to the pedis tho

This location is usually buzzing and full of people interested in their services at least prior to Covid. Ive gone to this location a handful of times. Most recently, I returned back again for a gel manicure and deluxe pedicure. Before getting started you are asked to sign a consent form that asks you about your Covid symptoms and makes sure you understand your risks while in the nail salon.I did not mind doing this at all.The services that were provided typically sit around a low 4 star. The nail techs are typically nice, accommodating, and fast. However, typically inconsistent with the steps they take, a few times Ive bled from cuticle cuts, and the services were sped through in a way I would have to ask them to go back and do or redo something. Ive continued to returned due to price, location and ease of being scheduled.I would say though that services may be different because I am a groupon customer more often than not but I cant be sure. One perk if you are a groupon customer is the 20% off youre given after your visit to incentivize you to come back.

My first experience was very good.However my second experience wasnt great. The lady rushed me to choose a color and dint cover all portions of my nails. She dint even file my nails properly. Also horrible waxing experience.Aint returning again. The service really depends on who is doing it. It can be a good experience or a bad experience.

I am on vacation from Texas and decided to stop into this nail salon as a walk in. They were very friendly and quickly got me seated for a manicure and pedicure. Overall the nail technicians did a wonderful job and the massage was very relaxing. I will say that it is a little higher priced at this location and the shop looks very outdated.

I used a groupon here a month or two ago for a pedicure, and now Ive just set up an appointment with a podiatrist to have my ingrown toenail surgically removed.When my big toenails were cut in the shape of a semi-circle, cutting deep into the sides of my toenail beds, I was initially concerned because thats specifically what my podiatrist said caused my ingrown toenail last time (Ive had it once before, years ago). However, I assumed they knew what they were doing. Now its extremely painful to walk and I have no choice but to get it surgically corrected, something that couldve been easily avoided if they had cut it flat as youre supposed to.Im extremely frustrated and would recommend avoiding this place for pedicures. Theres absolutely no doubt that their pedicure caused it, as Ive been cutting my own toenails correctly for years to avoid this from happening.

Do not waste your money. The lady who did my nails, her name is Van does not know what shes doing. Shes bad and not professional, the design I got for my nails was different and ugly as compared to the one i showed her. Everything felt rushed and the chairs are not comfortable. Worst service ever.

The worst experience I’ve EVER had at a nail salon.- looked like there was no tool sanitation process- drying time for gels nails weren’t respected (resulted in lumpy texture and bubbles; chipped)- color chart versus bottle was different so I requested a change and was met with great displeasure/attitude- wasn’t asked if it was okay to touch my face - sloppy work; had to ask for clean up around nails and it was a half done effort- 4/6 staff were in standby with only one other client in the room so why the rush in service?- paraffin wax was oddly applied after colour, not evenly coated, and removed prematurely- was told to tip more than the 10% I was comfortable with based on the level of service I received

Great nail salon. This is my “go to”. You can always find good discounts on Groupon. They use lots of OPI colors which last and last. Clean salon and you will see them open your tools in front of you. Skilled technicians. English speaking (as well as native). Friendly service.

Alex and the rest of the techs are amazing! It’s the little things, like always offering me water, giving me a shoulder massage while my nails dry, and making sure I’m satisfied during the process that really makes this place wonderful. I was skeptical at first since prices are so affordable, but with that in mind, it is the best nail salon in Seattle.

I’ve been to this salon 4 times. The first two times were great and the staff was wonderful (although I haven’t seen those same people since). The third time was after they reopened since COVID restrictions, and none of the staff were wearing masks when we got there. They eventually put them on but it was still enough to make me weary. This last time was awful :( a girlfriend and I had appointments, got there and the place was packed (during COVID!) we were sat and absolutely rushed though the service! I’m talking a 15 minute mani/pedi!! My nails were just finished being painted and I was immediately kicked out of the massage chair. My nails are SO smudged. Then when going to pay with a Groupon the lady literally took the phone out of my hands because I wasn’t pulling up the Groupon fast enough for her. She was then upset because I gave one bill for the two nail technicians to split verses leaving each of them their own tip... Its sad that the service is so hit or miss. But this last trip there was enough to send me looking for a different salon.

This place (Night Light Nails) has LOTS of room for improvement, but it’s a decent option if you’re in a rush🤷‍♀️

The entire experience was very comforting. I’ve had bad experiences with nail salons as I’m very hard on my nails. I usually drive an hour and a half away to get them done. The boys at work suggested I go here and I was cautious. I was so happy with Alex and his work. Very efficient and effortless. ( he even brought my ring to me that I left) Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be going back...

Dirty.dirty. dirty. From used towels on the station top to attempting to use nail clippers with old nails in them. Not sure if they even sterilize (did not see tools come out of a sealed package, tools came from under the table out of my sight). Came with a friend and she and I used the same bowl to warm soak our fingers - was definitely not washed in between users. I asked for a certain nail scheme and the technician totally ignored it (how hard is 1 accent nail).Was told I would pay one price by one person and then checked out and charged a higher price by the technician.Not sure why I didnt leave after the nail clippers thing... Im an idiot. Dont be an idiot.

Everyone is so friendly. Get you on right away. Lots of choices in color and design. I especially like the dip nails stays on forever and lets my nails grow. Prices are affordable and they have a punch card. They even include a great massage. Go and enjoy.

Been going there for years and I am always satisfied. Last time I was there I only got a pedicure and the service was great. It was very busy so it took a while to get started but I didn’t mind and once I was done it didn’t take very long to pay and I was very satisfied with the result. Would definitely recommend coming here if you want a manicure or pedicure.

Great massage chair, super clean and covid procedures made me feel safe

I went in to get a full face wax, I had an appointment. The woman rushed through it, being more rough than I have ever had, doing very large areas at once.Someone came in halfway through to speak with her and then she was talking on a phone. When she was done she did a one quick wipe of my face but I had some much wax left on my face my hair was sticking to it and she just left.I am not a sensitive person and have no allergies, never had any type of reaction to waxing the years Ive done it. I made sure to do my nightly face routine and woke up the next day with the worst rash all over my face. The wax was NOT clean. The store was cramped and very chaotic. Never going back here again thats for sure. Little ventilation available, I know salons smell like chemicals but this one was overly pungent.

LOVE getting my nails done here!Van is extremely friendly and hardworking and always does a great job. The hours and prices are great, and it’s always busy, so don’t go if you’re in a hurry.I like to try different shapes and designs and I recently got this pink confetti tip design. I love it!I can go 2.5 weeks without it fading, chipping, or breaking, too! Excellent service!

Ive never left a bad review but this was the worst experience Ive ever had at a nail salon. I usually tolerate a lot and attribute poor service to cultural differences but this was over the top. My mom and I came in because of gifted Groupons. They rushed through, used stained and cold towels, cold water, were rough, and not very sanitary in general. We couldnt hold a conversation because they were talking over us. When we went to pay, we waited a long time. My mom didnt want to leave a tip but I felt bad so I wanted to leave something. She made it a point to say the total was 120-something so when I said 8 dollars she asked if it was 8 for me and 8 for my mom. When I responded no she huffed and made it clear she was annoyed. She yelled across the room in english that I was only leaving 8 dollars for 120 and for four people! trying to shame me. There were at least a handful of customers there. She handed me my receipt and repeated 8 dollars for 120 for 4 people in an extremely irritated voice. At that point I told her she was rude and that the service wasnt great. I ended up coming back in and asking for my 8 dollars back. It didnt feel right leaving them anything at all after being treated like that and it obviously wasnt appreciated or wanted anyway. I will never return. An insane experience for sure.

I would pay one price by one person and then checked out and charged a higher price by the technician.I paid for $116 for nail and foot care.I used go to Bellevue down town nail shop but I never paid for high price like that with full service with $116 plus tips.I hate this place, and so dirty place.So waist my time.

My boyfriend and I had a terrible experience. We got a groupon for two delux pedicures. My pedicure lasted 13 minutes total and the nail tech used cold stones on my legs. They didn’t start on my boyfriend until 10 minutes after me. His pedicure was just a short but he did not get any hot stones. The paint job looked like a child did it, we had paint on our skin and missing spots on our nails. At the end when I was leaving. The nail tech demanded a tip, when I gave her five dollars she demanded another tip for the other gal and I refused telling her that was for both of them. She was extremely rude and did not except any sort of feedback. We will never be coming back here again. Save your money!!!!!

I got a manicure and pedicure...they did them at the same time! Parking in front of their shop is one hour parking, so it worked. It is a crowded, busy place but I was sitting in a chair so it didnt matter. Pedicure included a warm wax treatment. The manicure was done well. So, overall a good experience!!

You get what you pay for here.My sister and I came here when her usual place was closed, expecting a positive experience based on the reviews. This was not the case. While everyone was friendly, the service was rushed, my nails were barely painted, and there was polish on my skin and cuticles that was never cleaned off. Hers were the same, even though we had two different employees work on our nails.Very fast, very cheap, but not really better than what I could do at home.

Wow does this place over exceed my expectations on pedicures! For a great price, you receive a manicure, pedicure, massage, warm stones, and hot wax. Everyone is so happy and friendly. The music is great. Definitely my favorite Seattle nail salon!!

Always a wonderful experience

Just left this place today and I normally dont write reviews, but this business should not be supported. This one lady was incredibly rude, she demanded me to tip ( was subpar service, but I just wanted to leave asap so I agreed) and THEN charged tax on top of that I said I would tip because I didnt have cash. Afterwards I wanted to wait a little longer to let my nails dry but she rushed me out of the shop and now my nails are already bubbly and chipped. Ive need been so disrespected at a nail salon in my life and I hope no one has to experience this terrible service like I just had.

All of my nails are uneven, jagged, asymmetrical, crooked and misshapen. She didn’t prep them properly and she cut so many corners. She slapped down sloppy, overly wet acrylic while chatting on the phone and looking everywhere else and there’s acrylic and gel stuck on my skin. My nail art is sloppy and rushed and looks horrible. It was $95 and I just have to go somewhere tomorrow and get them all taken off and replaced with a whole new full set. It was dirty and unsanitary as well, which, if the nails are fire I would honestly take my chances but, nah. Never again here.

I love my local nail Salon! These ladies work so hard and give you great customer service and tips on healthy hands, feet and nails! Very quick and efficient, but they don’t shy in great service. Thanks for always giving me great nails.

Inexpensive for a quality pedicure. They used a scrub on my legs, did a hot stone massage which was AMAZING, great smelling lotion, and wax. The manager (I am assuming) was so friendly and immediately learned my name. My friend got a full set and was so pleased with it. It really did look great. Glad I tried it, I will continue to come here!Only negative is that it was super busy, but what can you expect in a great place like this? The lady who cut and filed my nails was not talkative, almost unfriendly. I will just ask to have someone else next time. It wasnt enough to make me feel like I should change my rating from 5 stars.

What a great experience! My friend and I tried a different salon first. They didnt have enough staff for the both of us so we came here. This place was clean. The people working seemed happy. The atmosphere was upbeat and positive! I dont get my nails done often, but Night Lite Nails felt like the perfect treat. This will be my new place for sure...when I get my nails done twice a year! :)

I had the worst experience ever. Such a careless job. Very unprofessional. They didnt know how to remove the old shellac and tried to scrape it off with cuticle scissors on my feet. I had to tell them how to do it. When they put the new color on my hands, they didnt pay attention to the details, when you check it from the side of the nails it is not covering the whole nail. They put very thick layers, and it looks horrendous!!! Dont come here if you like a nicely done job.

I booked this on Groupon and seriously needed a pedicure. I called ahead and was told to come by. Upon arrival I was offered hot Jasmine tea or water. The tea was nice and just what I needed. The service was pleasant and my manicure was beautiful. They gave me a hot stone rub down pedicure and paraffin wax for hands and feet. They even gave me a head and shoulder rub. I wasnt expecting the perks and along with great customer service, I highly recommend this place.

You get a lot for your money! Pedicure: $20 with hot wax, hot stone, hot towel, foot massage, and massage chair. They even serve you tea if you want. (plus if you find a place with better prices they will match it!) Friendly people and beautiful nails. :)

I come to Night Light for shellac all the time. They do a great job and have plenty of colors, not to mention the paraffin wax dip you get. And all that for 25$?!?The owner is a wonderful lady who makes it a point to get to know everyones name.Even on busy days Ive never had to wait more than 10 min, since the place is huge and they have so many stations.

This is the only place I go to for pedicures. Its always clean, workers are nice, prices are fair, and service has been great every time. They also have a good selection for colors and have complementary tea and water.

Room itself not to hot or cold. Crazy huge selection of nail colors; Twin Tower style!!We brought in & drank our own beverages. They are so sweet & accommodating that we couldve split a 3-tiered wedding cake between out two chairs and not have raised a perfectly waxed eyebrow.

This salon is ok. They get the job done quick and I think some of the people there are trying hard. The reason why I leave a low rating is because after months of coming here I got fed up with leaving with nails that were different shapes than what I asked, nails that were different lengths, and super thick acrylic applied. Not to mention that they would actually place the acrylic gel on wrong, and it would overlap my skin. This place also is not sanitary. I always see them pulling their tools out of dusty containers and I am scared that they do not wash or sanitize after every client... even with pedicure kits. Your nail tech should be sanitizing those metal files after every client. I’m not sure those tools EVER got sanitized. There is a difference between making a salon LOOK clean, and then it being sanitary. I had to go to a salon and get a new fresh set because they had gotten so disgusting and separated from the acrylic. There was only one woman in there that had good customer service, maybe the manager. The rest of the people who worked on my nails sometimes wouldn’t even say hello, and unless I asked them a question they probably wouldn’t have said anything for the entire service. I don’t expect someone to be super enthusiastic... their jobs are hard! But at least say hello, how are you doing?

The owner is an amazing woman- Van, I think. My sister brought me while I was in town and we had a great experience. She knew my sister by name when we walked in, got us water, we didnt have to wait, and she learned my name too. At one point, I told her that she was really good with names and she said something like People are important. I like people. I was so impressed by this place. I felt pampered and respected. I will definitely return!

Hands down my new favorite nail salon in Seattle. Friendly staff, very great work, and extremely affordable prices. Highly recommend this nail salon!

The pedicure was amazing! Other reviews said they felt rushed but I never did even when it was very busy in the salon. Everyone was super kinda and paid great attention to detail!

Purchased 2 Deluxe pedicures on Groupon to find out the day of service when checking out that the normal foot/leg massage you get with a deluxe pedicure everywhere else Ive been, cost an extra $15 per person. Wasnt told this was extra when they were doing our pedicures.

Not a relaxing place to go to get your nails done. Good for a fast nail service

One lady that did my pedicure was super nice & the one that did my nails was not.

They got us right in without an appointment even though they were busy. Theyre always busy, so I guess that in itself says something. Friendly and fast.

LOVE ❤ Night Light! So many extras, and polish that lasts for a couple of weeks. Staff are all sweet, open late, great prices, what else would one need?!

UPDATE: After about a month, my toenails have started to chip. Given, thats a month of hard wear on my toes. But I will also say, my toes ALWAYS withstand at least two to three months before they fully start chipping away. Again, not a very deterministic factor whether you should come here, but I felt like it was worth adding.I felt like my pedicure was rushed. I mean, my nails are great, but it felt rushed. And I had two women working on them. I dont know if thats normal, but I wasnt a fan.

Terrible nail service. Tried this place for the first time and I highly regret and will never return. My pedicure was ok but my nails look like a joke! I got a full set but it looks like I just dipped my fingers in the acrylic powder and let them dry then slapped paint on them. They’re horrendous. Absolutely no shape to them.. she didn’t even bother sizing the nail tip to fit my natural nail. She just went ahead with applying glue to all my fingers then using the first nail tip she grabbed. Because she did not fit them, some fingers look exceptionally wide. I requested she make the acrylic thinner about 3x and then finally I just gave up because I knew it was a lost cause. Couldn’t wait to get home and shape and file my own nails.

Stopped in with my daughter for a shellac manicure. Quick service, offered drinks several times, got a small massage while I waited for the polish to set. And reasonably priced.

Great job, they were very thorough with the pedicure I received and, since they werent too busy, they also offered a nice mini massage for just $15. Definitely recommend

I think the owner did my nails. She was least interested and didnt do my nails (acrylic + gel color) properly! I asked for some color and she painted a different shade. I think others are good except the owner.
