Ive been to Hava Nails twice now (once as prep for my wedding)and loved my nails both times! I get the dip, deluxe manicure and its so worth it. I chose this business originally as I was searching for a salon that had COVID protocol in place. Their location is clean and everyone is wearing a mask. Im docking one point only because at my second visit, another customer was not complying with their mask rules. I understand its not Havas fault and they did give her a mask when she didnt arrive with one. However, this customer sat in the pedicure chair without the mask on and they let her stay. For a location clearly caring about pandemic safety, I would expect theyd say she needs to comply or hit the road!

Jennifer did an amazing job! She fixed the nail shape, cleaned them up, and was able to recreate this nail design based on a photo I showed her. I am definitely coming back!

Best place in Ballard! Very nice, clean, modern, and pretty fancy looking inside. From the couches to the desks to the stools. Very friendly and extreme competent staff. I had a split toenail under my shellac I didnt know about and she did some magic mini fiberglass overlay to save it AND make it look good! They did my feet and hands at the same time. Very efficient! Did a fantastic job on everything. I would have liked a few more options on non-shellac hand colors but that is very minor.

Great quality manicures, both dip and regular The customer service leaves something to be desired though and there are long wait times. Even with appointments, I’ve needed to wait and have been left to wait between services too. I’ve also signed in as a walk in to be told 30 minutes after waiting they can’t see me at any time. If you book ahead of time, just note the services still might take longer than planned but the end result mani/pedi will be high quality.

This place is amazing! The staff are excellent, listen to what you want and ensure you are happy when you leave. The place is modern and very clean. Complimentary drinks provided and always a relaxing experience. Would definitely recommend, especially Tran for acrylic sets. She is excellent!

I usually dont do google reviews but Hava Nails more then deserves it. I had never had a manicure and I was looking to get a manicure and pedicure for my wedding this weekend. Due to covid stuff I went solo to this appointment but the ladies at Hava Nail made me feel so special and were amazing the entire time! Even though they closed at 7 the wonderful woman doing my nails stayed an extra 35 minutes after to ensure my nails looked perfect! I am not the type to get my nails done often but when I do from now on Hava will have my business!! Thank you guys so much for such a great experience 😊

A friend and i got a pedi. and a new set. My friend was satisfied with her pedi but not her nails as for me it was the opposite. The place was clean. We were treated with dignity and offered drinks as we walked in. Great customers service! My friends nails werent bad and neither was my pedi. Details where missing; Like my paint job could have been way better and her nails could have been a tad more even. My foot Massage was very relaxing and took a lot of tension off my feet. All the way around after two years of not pampering myself the experience made me want to keep up the pampering. Thank you Hava Nails!

This place seriously needs to improve their customer service and nail techniques.I had been going there for a year, however, last three visits were terrible. I don’t want to go back there again.1. A nailist who did my dipping powder was very rough. My dipping powder nails cracked after a few days.2. When I went back to the Hava nails to fix my dipping powder, I had to wait for more than 30 minutes. However, they let non-appointment customers be seated, who came after me.3. I made an appointment online with a nailist. However, she was day-off, and they didn’t let me know about it until I went to the salon. Not only, I had to wait long to be seated…4. A nailist who did my nails was terrible. My fingers were bleeding because she buffered too strong. Also, she accidentally put gel on my finger tips. So, I asked her to wipe it out because my finger tips hurt and got hot when I put my hands under UV lamp. She didn’t understand what I said. Instead of wiping it out, she cut my skin with scissors to clean the gel!!! She almost forgot to apply topcoat, so I asked her to use topcoat on my nails. She seemed very upset and had an attitude. I’m dissatisfied with my nails… My shellac nails are already peeling after a few days.5. The staff were talking about their customers in Vietnamese while they are serving. They should be aware that some people understand their language..The salon has many unskilled nailists. I’m very disappointed about this place.

My favorite nail salon in Ballard. Very clean and every employee seems so talented and diligent with their work. Go here!

My daughter and I went in to have full sets of acrylic nails done. Mine came our wonderfully but my daughter ended up in tears about hers. She wanted a single color V design on her nails, which based on the pictures online they were able to do. The nail tech who did her nails refused though. So instead he did a French manicure on her nails and she was very disappointed. I dont know if he treated her that way due to her age or what the reason was, but it really was frustrating spending that much money only to find out after that he made her feel bad and refused to do what she wanted. I will say, my personal experience was great and the woman who did my nails was nice. I also liked the aesthetic and how extremely clean the place was.

Hava nails is a gem! I get long acrylic nails and both times I had different stylists and they both had amazing attention to detail and were super quick as well! All my nails are smooth, match up and aren’t bubbly which sometimes is hard with the longer acrylics. They follow covid procedures to a tee and it feels very cute and clean in there as well. I’ve been to a handful of nail places in the Ballard/Interbay area and I definitely recommend Hava the most!

Just finished getting a manicure and pedicure, it was a wonderful experience, I feel so relaxed, and my nails look fantastic! The staff are amazing! I cannot recommend coming here enough.

They were able to give me holographic opal nails and I couldn’t be happier! Such a clean, friendly, organized environment, super relaxing. They seemed super efficient and fast too for quality work. Will be coming here more often!

This place is so cute and clean. Theyre very good with COVID precautions and take care when doing your nails. I love it here! Also, I love the owners outfits!! Such a fun place

Excellent skill and customer service from Tin on my ombré dip nails! He has very high standards for his work - even when I thought the nails were great, he’d redo them if he deemed they weren’t absolutely perfect. He’s advanced in experience and especially experienced with dip! Great color selection, too - they even carry dip that’s made for ombré in addition to regular dip. Agree with the previous reviewer on the good hygiene and cleanliness at Hava, which is super important to me. Everyone there is so nice and the owner has extensive wine selection now so you can sip while you’re getting your nails done! I’ve been in twice and both times the owner was so friendly and fun as well as the rest of the staff. Beautiful environment. Thank you again, Tin and team!

This is easily the best nail salon I have been to. The staff are super friendly, the service is great. Clean, they provide you your own tool kit that they store for you. And serve a glass of wine while you get your pedicure.They also do amazing designs on your nails.Cannot recommend enough.

Well done pedicure. Perfectly painted toes and relaxing massage. Comfy chairs and nicely decorated. Staff friendly and courteous. Only thing no drink offered.

The tech that did my nails was really rough, three of my fingers were bleeding. and i got a full set of acrylics and there was a big gap between my thumb nails and the acrylics.

Love this salon! It is probably one of the best ones my husband and I have been to for a pedicure. The staff is super nice and very accomodating. They also are very clean and safe especially with covid protocol. We will definitely be back!

My experience at Hava Nails Spa couldn’t have been better. The team members were quick to get me checked in, and I appreciated that the manager wore a mask and face shield while interacting with me. She also checked my temperature!I’d recently had my nails done at a different salon, and was seeking a last minute color change before my wedding. I rarely have my nails done, so two artists took their time to help me pick the perfect dip color for my skin tone and engagement ring! They never made me feel pressured to choose quickly, and they steered me in the perfect direction.Linh was wonderful, and I honestly don’t think my nails have ever looked better. She was both precise and gentle in her technique, pointing out that my hands were sensitive from them being done recently. The other sweet artist who helped me came to check in a couple of times while Linh was working.The price was also extremely competitive. If I were local to Seattle, I would go out of my way to go back.

This place is awesome! My husband and I had pedicures done and were super surprised at the spa like experience. We got offered free snacks and drinks and the service is next level. I got my manicure and dip nails done by Johanna and it was a lovely experience and the best my nails have ever looked.

My husband and I just treated ourselves to a much-needed couple’s pedi and couldn’t have been anymore thrilled to have found this gem. The staff is incredibly accommodating, attentive and thoughtful. A bonus was that we got to enjoy an extra nice Valentine’s week holiday special discount, and I came out with a balloon to enjoy as a parting gift. We were both welcomed with a complimentary wine and the best chocolate options in their candy bowl. While all these things are just extra, we are both so pleased with the full Signature Spa investment and experience. Incredibly relaxing and fine, quality work with what you can tell is a very genuine and personable set of individuals. We look forward to coming back!

Great service & kind staff. Took precautions for Covid well. Very clean, temperature check, plexiglass dividers, etc. They spent a lot of time and care making sure my nails were perfect. Will definitely be back.

This is the nail place to go if: a)you want to feel pampered and b)you worry about hygiene. The owner her takes pride in making sure everything is sanitized and clean.I also enjoyed a glass of wine and snacks with my pedicure.

Holy wow. This salon is amazing. The owner and her employees and amazing and you can tell they have a lot of fun working together. She has literally any and every color you can think of in every format. Regular, schellac, SNS and they have a matte top coat option. Like wine? She has a ton of selection. Coffee tea, and a cute treat plate as soon as you sit. My new favorite nail salon in Ballard!
