♥️♥️♥️I’ve been a customer since Tina took over the salon. I have never had a bad experience at any of my visits. The women who attend you are super friendly. I am always greeted personally when I come in. When I come without my partner, I am gently interrogated of where’s Micheal? We were so happy to return two weeks ago. If you want to be pampered, there’s no place for a respite from challenges we are enduring are experiencing on a daily basis. ♥️♥️♥️

Homely Establishment with great service and very relaxing demeaner. It is very strange to see people underneath complaining about their services, this location provide repair for broken nails and color match if anything were to go wrong within a reasonable time frame. Have you guys tried talking to the staffs?

I got a gel dip, but didnt specify manicure so I guess I cant complain that my cuticles werent touched but the gel job was fast and looks great! I was seen immediately and worked on immediately. Not tons of pleasantries, but there is a pandemic so Im sure everyone in customer service is a little nervous right now. Tons of ventilation they kept the door open, and pandemic precautions were in place!

Its ok. A friend took me here to get our nails done. Service was fine and as expected but actual quality of work is a bit below average. Theres quite a bit of nail that they didnt actually apply polish on in the edges, so I was a bit disappointed.

It took me 2 hours there while the total time they worked on my nails was probably 40 mins. Each staff served 2-3 customers at the same time. They got your service started, and kept you waiting while they served others, so I just kept waiting them to come back to finish my nails. Worst experience ever. My nails were done poorly. They rushed through it - for gel, they only gave less than 30 seconds for every light time. When I asked for more time for the gel light, they said the light is stronger so no need to use it longer and unplugged the machine. Not only you would take longer time than any other manicure places but also you would get poor service and not so pretty nails in the end. I would rather spend time walking to other manicure place in Queen Anne than coming back to this place.I’ve never had such a bad service in any manicure place. They only want to make money from as many people as they can like all others describe in the reviews.

Newsflash-. We come into the nail salon to relax and enjoy getting pampered. We dont come in to be a burden on you, we are paying for a service. Dont be rough, be gentle, if you tag team somebody, fine, be gentle and kind and dont rush them. Dont talk about us, dont burn my thin nails with your Dremel. Anything else??? Common sense and customer service is so hard to find. Smh

I got a fill and was told it was $35. I paid and tipped and then they ran after me and said it’s actually $50 (even though the price on the wall actually said $25). I asked how it could be $50 because the price on the wall said $25. They said shellac is an extra $15, and I said that still is only $40. They then claimed it’s an extra $10 for “long nails” even though they cut my nails shorter. They just made up an additional price out of nowhere. The nail polish also doesn’t look good or clean.

After moving from South Carolina to Washington and leaving my beloved nail tech I have been on the hunt to find a salon here in Seattle. Tinas was the fourth salon I visited and the manicure was the best. I have had my current polish for two weeks (gel) and I do not have a single chip. I will be visiting again to get a refresh! I went in on a Sunday afternoon, there was no wait and I was home within the hour. I would not suggest Tinas if you are looking for the glitz and glam of a spa (they are very friendly, but this is not a spa!), but if you need a regular nail salon to keep your nails up I would definitely suggest this place!

I went there for the eyebrow and I had terrible experience last weekend. The person who did eyebrow for me left two scars on my right eye. That was painful. She cut my skin very deeply. I will never go there again and would not recommend anyone to visit it. The scar is still in my eye now after one week even though I use medicine to make it disappear.

I have been going to Tinas Nails for almost 2 years now every 2 weeks (I bite my nails so I need to go frequent). I wont go anywhere else in Seattle. The pricing is very reasonable and the quality is great. I get acrylics filled every 2 weeks and get shellac on top. They looking amazing every time and last until my next visit. I have referred many of my friends who go just for manicures/pedicures/waxing and they are now continued customers. The shellac stays on the expected 2-3 weeks unlike every other place we had tried previously in Seattle. Each of the nail artists are darling and very accommodating. I would HIGHLY recommend this place.

I went to get a removal and dip manicure. The attendant pulled the old nail polish off by sliding a nail tip underneath. Definitely lifted up some of my old nail when she did that. When she buffed my nail to make sure the polish would stick the drill was waaaaay to high. It was rushed and my nails look sloppy. They didnt file my nails until after the nails had polish on them which means they dont wrap the tip for longer wear. The spots around my cuticle are uneven and not neat at all. All in all, the only positive part was that the salon was well ventilated and didnt have that nail salon smell.

So you spend around $80-$90, which fine by me. But when you come there you expect the service to be exceptional and caring, ok. And rushing to do your nails as if they are competing who’s going to finish faster and yell at each other in their language is absolutely rude. At least pretend you care about the customer that’s paying to have this business open and for you to make your wages.

This is by far the most well maintained and beautiful beauty spot in the neighborhood. When the sun goes down, the pedicure stations glow, causing Tinas Nails to emit an eerie, cool sapphire glow.

Service was good I walked in with a regular and was helped right away no complaints about anything except that when I got home after the pedicure I saw that my Footwear had ruined the pedicure on both feet. This was strange since it seemed like they took an inordinate amount of time with the dryer on my toes and then even sprayed afterwards with some kind of drying spray. Check with the person I was there with and the same thing happened to her although she said that it was unusual.

They just do not pay attention to their work at all. Ive never had nails break on me the way they broke when I had my nails done at the salon. I would mention it every time and I would bear the responsibility and cost of every nail I broke and they never suggested they do it for free even once or twice after 10 nails. Just dont bother

Slow service. Nail technician spilled a drink on me and then burned my leg with a nail buffer - not even sure how she did this but it was pretty painful.... when she tried to put my feet under the lamp to dry she accidentally rammed the lamp onto my wet polish and had to redo two of my nails. What should have been a 30 minute pedicure took an hour and a half and left me with a burn on my shin :/ the only positive thing about the whole experience was the glass of happy hour champagne

Tinas is the best in Seattle! My manicures always last for weeks when I go there. Ive tried to go to other salons, but now that Ive experienced the magic of Tinas, I always regret it when I do. Tina and her staff are friendly, non-judgemental and they pay attention to who their regular customers are and show their appreciation for the repeat business. Plus their selection of colors is more comprehensive than most salons. Added perk: you can get a glass of wine while you get your nails done if it strikes your fancy!

My usual nail place was closed so I had to go here to get an acrylic nail removal. The girl had no idea what she was doing (she kept asking the other girl and had my nail dust flying on her face so she kept rubbing it off and looking at me like it was my fault) then she shaved them so thin that my skin showed through and often hurt me as she went all the way through the nail. I’ve had acrylics for ages and have never experience such pain.

HORRIBLE . For one they aren’t used to woman of color coming into their establishment and they made that VERY CLEAR with their customer service . Over priced and my nail technician obviously didnt understand my request on how to fix the nails she was messing up on. I tried to be patient and not complain . She Would say okay as if she understood and nothing was fixed, nails are all different shapes, and some still lumpy. Would not recommend this salon at all.

Came here for the first time last week to kill time with my cousin since it was during traffic time. I came in and LOVED the atmosphere but things went downhill after that. The nail tech asked me to pay upfront first (which was a red flag to me) but i brushed it off since i thought its a store policy thing. I really liked how she shaped my nails, but it was so thick! I told her but she said it would be better thick so it wouldnt break off as easily, so okay whatever brushed that off too. The thing that caught me off guard the most was when she said my FILL (not a new set) IS A WHOOPING $30 (not including tips). Im vietnamese with a mom that works in the nail industry (I dont go to her since she works so far) and even SHE says the price was too expensive. Talk about that Seattle rent! I know im not coming back here OR recommending anyone else.

I absolutely do not recommend this salon. My shellac manicure chipped and then peeled off after one week. I was literally able to peel it off of my nails like a tape, which could only happen if you use a very low quality of gel (not shellac). I asked for 3 different shades and they charged me 10$ more for it!! As if applying 3 different nail polishes required a lot more effort that using one.. I mean you still have to paint each nail individually right? Overall it was a really bad overpriced service and Im def not going back ever again!

Completely dissatisfied with treatment in the salon today. Ive gone to the snow shop for many years off and on, however today was not the best day to be there. Staff has changed and so has the service. My daughter got a pedicure was not offered the little flip flops are given any assistance with her shoes I had to ask them. I asked that they give my daughters manicures all they did was painted their Nails Granite are 5 and 7 when I ask for a manicure usually theyll give it. I also asked to have my fell what color change. They told me youll be an hour I figured that was okay because my daughters were getting their nails done in the meantime after the hour they asked me to wait another 20 minutes understandable because they were very busy. But then two female customers walked in and asked to get a manicure and pedicure and they immediately jumped to serve them I then told him I no longer wanted my manicure because they had asked me to wait and only paid for the services they gave my daughters.

The staff here butchered my nails! I wanted to have my shellac manicure soaked off professionally but the woman I saw just carved the polish off with a metal tool. Even when I actually shouted in pain because she was taking most of my skin with it she just smiled and carried on. DO NOT GO HERE!

Rude and slow staff. The first time I was there is was a mediocre shellac that peeled the next day. My appointment was at noon and she didnt get started because she was busy gossiping. The next time two months later, I made an appointment, but she was working on another woman and moved back and forth. I had to leave before it was finished. She tried to charge me for the manicure and shellac, and a broken bottle of shellac, like 40 something. No. I would pay for a manicure and nothing else.
