This place is awesome. I visited here to find out expected cost to repair the underhood of my car. The service manager inspected my car and fixed it immediately. They did it without any cost, since it was just simple fixing. It was awesome. I really became a big fan of this service center. Other service center requested me that I should cost $150 for just inspection with appointment visting. But this center fixed without waiting and cost. I will visit this place when I need to change oil or tires as well as to fix some parts of my car. Thank you Josh for your kind words and services.

Tried to do a major service. Jeff Auto gave me a repair list after inspection; it offers less services than dealer but asks for a much higher price (more than double). The dealer later told me to postpone some items -- my car is simply fine for now. Some dealers are underrated!

My Highlander came screaming into my repair appointment - a loose belt was making quite an unpleasant noise. In short order, the repair was made and I was quietly back on my way. Brought the car in to get the oil changed. They either did not put the oil cog back on or left the filter not screwed in correctly. Incredibly inconvenient and expensive

Used to take my car here when I lived in Seattle and they did good work. Recently our window blew out on a drive up there and they did their best to get a contractor in to replace it. Unfortunately he screwed up multiple times, but since it wasnt Jeffs fault and I believe they tried their best to make it work, I think they still deserve a good review.

Solid repair shop, have taken my car there twice and it’s been straight forward and fast service. Only negative thing I have to say is the lack of follow through when setting up an appointment. Been told I would be caked back twice and never heard from them.

I use Jeffs for a variety of repairs. This time it was a windshield washer on an older car. I had great communication before, during, and after the repair. If only all my professional organizations communicated like this ! They continue to be top notch. As an aside, their covid workflow was great, and I could find no holes it.

Always a winner when you deal with Jim. I took my car in for a tune-up and a loud noise ( low oil) come to find out. Jim fixed the oil leak and said my car didnt need a tune-up. How many mechanics on the planet wouldnt just do the tune-up and charge me anyway? Thanks a lot Jim. I feel safe in your hands.

Took my car here for 4 new tires, oil change/ fluids and other much needed maintenance during COVOID-19 virus....The staff was very helpful over the phone, did a tremendous job on my vehicle and saved me a lot of money (under budget!)I had the honor of working with Tim and he was hands down the nicest most honorable mechanic I have ever met.Since this was done during the quarantine period in Seattle, everything was “touchless” to keep the both of us safe while practicing social distancing.I would come back here time and time again if I was not moving out of state....Give these guys your business, whatever you need done, and they’ll knock it off of the park!

I love taking my Subaru to Jeffs Windermere, my local shop. They are always efficient, fair, and never charge more than what I expect (and often less). Great group of folks. PLUS, they are being smart and careful about COVID19, while still being available to help out their customers.

Twice in the last week I have called at 7:30 in the morning and have been able to bring in my vehicle and have it fixed up before the day was over. Friendly, knowledgeable staff that are able to explain cars in a manner that I understand what is going on. I am definitely going back for any future needs, even if it is just an oil change. Jeffs Auto Repair did an excellent job maintaining my 2003 Subaru Legacy Sedan; and it was super convenient for me. Its also helpful that they send friendly reminders on maintenance due.I will continue to use Jeffs Auto as their prices are fair and they explain all my questions.It was very helpful that Jeffs Auto Repair gave me appointment the next day and rendered their expert opinion on my brakes. Although the cost if high it was good to know that it was safe to delay the repair for a couple of months so I could afford it.

Tim and the crew at Jeffs Auto Repair were recommended to me by my boss. I called and talked to Tim. It was easy to make an appointment and I got in the next morning. He was communicative about the process and the costs associated. He called me that day to tell me the details of the issues with my engine. He explained it in a way that I understood what was wrong and what steps needed to be taken. They completed the work before their estimated time of pick up. I made an appointment the day before. They didnt keep it and dismissively suggested I drop my keys in an after hours drop off box and wait however long it took them to get to it. I left

Asked them kindly for a quote on some heavy work that needed to be done. The fact they couldn’t offer the proper mechanical help I need isn’t the issue. But completely ignored me to refer me to a shop that could. The only response I got was and I quote “ ya I get it. Good luck”. Thanks for ignoring me because you’re not gonna make a buck off me. If that’s not how ya ment it. Definitely how it came off as. I’m not some big shot or loaded with money but when asked for a good shop to take a car stay clear of these guys. They’re greedy.

If you are having problems with your car and want to actually know what’s wrong with it... don’t come here. They are all very nice and friendly. However, not thorough. Paid to have my car inspected at 80k miles and my engine light was on. Knew I probably needed an air filter replacement. Got the filter replaced and then turns out I need to replace an expensive pulley (because of a previous oil leak). Bummer but ok. Pick up my car. Engine light was ignored and they wanted another $200. Took my car somewhere else and this shop was very thorough.

Ive been taking my cars to Jeffs for 10+ years a mix of sedans and vans from Toyota and Subaru. Theres never been anything seriously wrong, so its mostly been oil and filter changes or mounting tires for spring or winter. Theyve always caught the little things like burnt out lights or wipers that needed to be replaces.Getting appointments has been easy, usually the same or next day. Prices have been fair, and especially so with a variety of discount coupons or points earned from previous services.

Forrest and the crew at Windermere Auto are fantastic. They have won us over with their attention to detail and the fact that you dont get the sense of dread that you are being taken advantage of (like some dealership-based service operations). I can usually get a car in with just a day or two notice. We have been loyal customers for 10+ years and they have kept our cars running well. A great local business that deserves your patronage!

I have taken my car here twice now within the last two weeks and these are the most friendly staff I have ever met at a auto repair shop. I cant tell you how many times I have gotten unfriendly service that just makes you nervous about the repair service. But every time I have been here, they have given me a full list of what was wrong and what was fixed. They tell you the price up front with everything included and will let you know if something will cost more if needed before they do any work. I also had to spend a lot of money on my car to get fixed, and the guys there let me know what things I could fix later because i didnt want to spend so much money, so they gave me a list of the things that should get fixed right away and took off the things that I could wait and do some other time so I didnt have to spend so much money at once. Every time I call they let me bring my car in right away, which is very convenient.

I have live near Jeffs auto repair for 6 years. In that time I have had service on two different vehicles. Both cars were taken care of efficiently, professionally and I had no problems. Many in the neighborhood go Jeffs with no complaint. Forrest is a gem. Always helpful and professional.

Best auto repair shop I have been to in a long time. You guys provide top-notch customer service. But I guess Im not the only one saying that!

Simply put, I would not go anywhere else for service on my 1998 Ford Explorer. This car is getting up in age and to keep it running, I count on Windermere Auto Service. I have never to a shop that gives you a heads-up on preventative maintenance to avoid problems as well as taking care of immediate safety needs and repairs. I give it a five-star rating.2016 Update. Forest and his team have continued to keep my wonderful car going. Now, off to Pender Island, BC. I asked Forest to give me a list of what needs to be done in future service appointments and the estimated costs. It is great tool to plan ahead. Wouldnt go anywhere else!!!!!!

Another great maintenance experience for us and our car. Just needed an adjustment and cleared up our problem. Got a reminder to get our A/C serviced before we really need it; and there is appt. space available now.

Like all the Jeffs Auto shops, the staff is friendly, keeps their commitments and Ive always felt like they are being honest. There is no high pressure upsell for extra services. They will give recommendations based on the the age and miles on your vehicle but dont push work that isnt urgent.

I took my car in with no coolant leak whatsoever to get a drive belt fixed on my 98 contour and when I got my car back it had little to no coolant because the radiator house had been moved and not reattached properly and as a result the hose was damaged. I called the shop to let them know and see if they would replace it seeing as that is the only way it could have been damaged and they refused to even look at my car and claimed that old cars break all the time and that it wasnt their fault and they had nothing to do with it. They refused to fix a problem that THEY HAD CAUSED TO BEGIN WITH. I will never be coming back there and now I need a new radiator hose and MORE work done after taking in my car to get fixed. With customer service like that I dont know how they are AAA certified.
