He even goes out of the way to tell me what I need/ don’t need/ and will need in the future unlike dealerships who overcharge me for anything and anything. Honest, fast, communicative! My whole family has been taking their cars to Peter for 10 years and we LOVE him. I dont even live near his shop anymore and I still find a way to drop my car off there when it needs work because I dont trust anyone else as much.He always makes time to get our issues solved right away, calls me as soon as he figures out the issue to discuss options and be sure I understand them all, and never overcharges. This is a good place to go to get your car serviced. The prices are very reasonable perhaps 1/2 of what you would expect to pay at a dealership. Service is quick, polite and complete. Peter Tran is the owner and his focus is on completing the job and making his customers happy. When you see the bottom line in dollars that you will pay, you will not be surprised because of his timely estimates and no surprises. Each time I go there I am completely confident of getting the best service at a very reasonable price.

Peter is the best! Ive been a customer of his for about 6 years and he is always honest, fast and takes the time to explain to you whats going on until you understand. He is the only mechanic I know that is able to get me in same day or next day almost every time. His prices are very reasonable compared to other mechanics and always gets the job done fast. I just got my car over the weekend after paying $500 after being told I would charged $400 for a water pump and my is still car overheating due to the water pump. I am not certain if Peter put in a new one or if he fixed the problem because my car is worst now and I drive able... bad for business and it was my first going to him very disappointed in my service

I needed the rear spark plugs and ignition coils on my minivan replaced, Peter didnt try to argue with me to do something different or get more work done, though he said hed check to see if my exhaust leak may be causing power loss as well. He got it done in a few hours and charged me a very fair price after working out how much labor and parts would be in my presence. Peter let me know the exhaust leak was far back enough it shouldnt cause power loss, and he even gave me some fuel injection cleaner gratis after I paid the bill. He let me know my brake pads needed changed (which I know, Ill do it sometime in the next few weeks), but didnt try to pressure me to get them fixed then & there. Very friendly, professional, not overpriced, and fast. Probably the best auto repair experience Ive ever had.

Hes the sweetest most honest and trustworthy mechanic Ive ever encountered!. Without him, I wouldnt have a car to drive. This shop is not good place to fix my vehicle, my timing belt broke, he didnt put in a new belt to test the engine. He just took out some parts and tell me to fix the hold engine, i have to pay 2900 dollars to fix my car run. Then I call another shop, they fix my vehicle only 1200 dollars. Its a big difference money to fix my vehicle. He doesnt do anything to my vehicle and charge me 290 dollars .i say we both vietnamese, he didnt do anything my vehicle, please charge me less money. But he charged the same 290 dollars. II really feel bad this Peter shop, please carefully if someone bring your car here to fix vehicle, you will be get charged more double money to fix your vehicle.Please carefully everyone.
