I called Twenty20 Mad home for four years and can’t say enough good things about this building. Having lived at Twenty20 Mad since it opened the community and the residence have changed a lot! One thing that remained constant, and honestly was a big reason why I stayed so long, was the staff. The most recent community manager and assistance manager (Duran and Krista) are wonderful! They were always super accommodating and helpful throughout the pandemic and would come up with really cute and original ideas on how to keep people’s spirits up. I particularly enjoyed the local cookies from Low Rider Baking Co as well as Bagel breakfasts on National Bagel Day!I would also be remiss if I didn’t mention the one person who has been there since the beginning and has ensured that the property and all of the units are kept in top condition. Over the course of living at Twenty20 Mad Diloc was always a friendly face not to mention the most efficient and effective facilities manager I have ever encountered. He knows all of the residence (and their furry friends) by name and goes out of his way to make you feel at home.I loved this community and cannot recommend it more! The only reason I moved out was due to a recent home purchase.Thank you Twenty20 Mad!!!

I have never felt more at home at an apartment complex than I have at Twenty20 Mad! Ive just renewed my lease for a second year and have also transferred into a new apartment. Duran and Krista really bent over backwards to make sure that my needs were met and even took my personal hobbies into account when suggesting this layout to me. I love to bake so they worked really hard to find a layout with the best kitchen space for what I wanted to do as a home baker. My new apartment is absolutely stunning and fits me perfectly! I really appreciate that even with everything going on with the current pandemic they took time out to help place me into a home that would bring me happiness. Also, the maintenance staff are absolute stars,too! I never have to wait long after submitting a maintenance request before I hear from Diloc or Sky about when they can come and fix it. Thanks for making my experience here great!

Car break-ins are a BIG problem in the parking garage! My car was broken into sitting in a garage which I paid a huge price for each month. The management was nice enough to inform me of the break-in and sweep up the broken glass outside of the car. However, they did nothing to assist with the costs or prevent it in the future. In less than a year, there have been multiple incidents afterwards including my friends car being broken into. I simply cannot recommend this place to anyone I care about.

Thats a great place to live. I feel that Stephanie, leasing office member, is part of my family. The amenities are great and the location is good. Highly recommend!

In the brief time we spent as residents of 2020 Mad, we felt nothing but welcome and at home. The office and maintenance staff both work together to make 2020 Mad a truly special place to live. They are very responsive, and make it very clear that they care about their residents’ experience. I would recommend 2020 Mad without reservation.

I dont often review apartments, but I feel like Twenty20 MAD earned it. Been living here with my significant other for almost a year. Its a wonderful place to live. Rooms are quiet, almost like sound-proofed and I cannot hear my neighbors next to me or above me. I actually got my sleep schedule back in just a few days after being sleep deprived from other apartments for many years. No seriously, you have not lived in thin walls apartment if you cant hear whispers or snoring at 1AM from your nextdoor neighbor like I did before living here, and even footsteps! This place literally eliminated that. Its bright, lobby, hallways, elevator always smells nice, apartment is very modern, amazing and friendly staff, dog/cat friendly, the building and parking garage is secure, tenants are nice, friendly, lookout for each other, and an overall fantastic location with Safeway and amazing bubble tea/dessert across the street, and closed to many of Capitol Hills wonderful food places just walking distance. Bus stop is just outside (and theres also a bunch of other bus stops just a few blocks away). The UW Arboretum and Volunteer Park is a short mile walk, and if youd like a mini forest/nature trail hike experience without driving all the way to Snoqualmie/North Bend, the Interlaken Park loop is also just a short mile walk too. The overall neighborhood is just safe to walk even at 12AM or 2AM at night, unlike other parts of Capitol Hill. Also, it gets dead quiet outside by around 10PM almost daily with barely any cars and pedestrians, so you get the city vibes but also suburb vibes (except youre still in the city). Most of the folks that lives/rent here are working adults from nurses to Amazon/Microsoft big and small corp employee, so no need to worry about loud and outrageous freshman college parties if thats not your cup of tea. There is a roof top to chill/grill/eat with decent view (you can see Downtown Bellevue) and a lounge area for a change of scenery in case youre working remote/hybrid. The main folks like Duran, Krista, Diloch, and Skye are nice, quick to respond, and are very helpful. I guess the only con I can think about, and while its very minute, is it gets a bit hot in the summer months, so an AC or fan is definitely needed, and the gym is not big enough so theres no squat racks and bench press area, but theres RCF Barbell Club and Anytime Fitness just walking distance. Overall, highly recommend Twenty20 Mad.

2020 Madison is a great place to live with bright, modern apartments, friendly staff, and a fantastic location. The whole crew of Doran, Krista, Diloch, and Skye are great. And your dog will love them all, especially dog whisperer, Diloch. Doesnt get a whole lot better.

Rent here!We have Kavette and Diloc!As the community manager Kavette does an EXCELLENT job! I have had 1 complaint and she made sure to take care of the problem with ease while being prompt. Diloc keeps the community spotless and bright with his friendly face and pleasent conversations. They truly are the backbone of the 2020 family.

This has been a fantastic place to live!!! I love calling this place home every day. Ive even made a few close friendships during my time here that Ill forever cherish. The amenities and location are more than ideal for anyone who is considering moving here, especially with the grocery store being right across the street and also not being too far away from all of the local restaurants and bars in Capitol Hill. Kevette is an EXCELLENT community manager; Her overall friendliness and vibrant passion for her work and the community was my main reason for deciding to live here and Im glad that I did! Diloc, John, and all of the staff here are amazing people who are not only professional, but also very welcoming and make you feel at ease - they have always made sure that Ive been taken care of if any issues arise and have done so promptly. Im glad to be apart of the Twenty20 family!

Great place to live. Awesome location with ample amenities in walking distance. Extremely friendly staff that have always been patient, professional and helpful from even before we moved in, especially Stephanie. My wife and I really appreciate all the extra care. Maintenance tickets have all been resolved to complete satisfaction in 24 hours or less. Really couldnt ask for more.

Living at Twenty20 Mad was a complete joy for my pup and I. The staff was professional and the building itself was kept immaculate. Any time I had visitors they loved the style of the building (as did I, naturally). The price you pay to live here falls in line with the cost of living in a centrally located neighborhood in Seattle proper. You can legit walk or easily catch a bus to anywhere in town - which is a HUGE PERK. Thank you to the fabulous staff for all of their hard work in making living at Twenty20 Mad an awesome time!

I was recently in Seattle touring dozens of apartments. This was the most memorable building that I visited. Janet and Cody really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. When I transfer there for my new career Twenty20MAD Will be my first choice.

The community is absolutely beautiful and the location is great. But what really makes is special is Stephanie and Kevette, they have always made me feel welcome and are like family to me. They genuinely care and Im always greeted with a smile and a hello

BEWARE.The leasing office showed me a very nice unit and promised that the exact same unit would be available for me next month. I was very excited and put down $300 to hold the unit. Stephanie and took 3 weeks to complete my application and then took me up to an apartment that was different than the one I was promised.When I told Stephanie I was expecting to have the apartment that I looked at before, she had no comment.When I didn’t take the apartment because it was not what I was promised- they took my deposit and left me out to dry. I had already set a move out for my other apartment.Kivette was very professional and nice.Stephanie gave off a bad energy and is untrustworthy.

I felt welcomed the moment I walked into Twenty20 MAD. Cody was friendly, gracious, and gave me his full attention and lots of time as I went through the apartment rental process. Extremely happy with my choice of new apartments and all the support staff there!

Cold and amazingly uninviting. Like moving to the morgue. People here are real nice though and very satisfactorily convince you that you are on the best slab in town!

I was relocating to Seattle about a year and a half ago for school, and had the hardest time finding an apartment to work with me from another state- until I found Twenty20! Steph was awesome from the beginning and I flew up to sign my lease & move in the very next week. I’ve been here ever since and truly love my little city apartment- from the second I walk in my front door the noise fades away and even though there is a dog right next door that can often be heard barking in the hallway, I can never hear him in my home! The leasing staff/management greet us all by name, and notice when you’ve been sick and they haven’t seen you for awhile- plus they throw great events every month!! I’ve had many friends and family come visit and they all admire my apartment. Of course nowhere is perfect, but my problems have been very minor here- nothing worth even complaining about. I feel lucky to call Twenty20 Mad home!

My husband and I lived at twenty20 for a little over a year. Everything was great when we were a tenant. The community is pretty quiet which we loved. But after moving in for a few months, there’s a new apartment construction right across the street which caused a lot of noise as early as 7 am. Janet was amazing, very personable and professional! Stephanie was great as well.Move out experience was the absolute worst! Our lease ended on October 31st and have basically moved out by mid October as we started a new lease elsewhere. We received the final statement in December and noticed that our utility bill for October is more expensive than September! How is that possible when the apartment has been vacant for half of October?! I saw other tenants also left reviews regarding unclear utility charges.The most frustrating part is we’ve tried contacting Kevette and Stephanie several times regarding our final account statement. We’ve called during leasing hours, left voicemails and emails but still have yet to hear from them. At this point I feel like the only way to even speak with a Twenty20 staff is to show up at the property! Which is ridiculous! We just want them to explain the charges so we can make the final payment.

The building itself has quality, thoughtful, modern touches, great view from the rooftop, and feels super clean all the time. Love the security features to feel safe and conveniently let in guests by seeing their face on the app. And really enjoy the location feeling quiet, but close to everything.Managers Kevette and Melissa have been friendly rockstars! They feel more like friends than building Managers and you can tell from their every conversation that they care about this community that they also live in. Shoutout to Diloc as well, I’ve never met a more approachable and efficient maintenance worker!It’s the people that make it feel different from just a building, thanks for making the choice easy to feel at home.- Dan and Shawna

I moved out from Twenty20 Mad a while ago. Until the end of my lease, my experience was mostly positive. However, I just lowered my rating two 2/5 since the move-out was such a horrible experience. We were billed hundreds of dollars worth of unexpected utilities, month-to-month charges, and extra rent. Only after several emails and a call to the leasing office Twenty20 Mad corrected the bill, yet still the final statement included higher than normal utility charges with unclear item names. This all made me feel like we were scammed.
