This building is in shambles while the management company runs out the clock until it’s demolished next July (2022). Definitely a poor fit if you’re looking long term. And short term, would recommend looking elsewhere.

Great, if you can choose pick rooms 200 and up, the 100 rooms are you in the basement and there are no views

Great Area, great views nice apartments. It can be a bit loud though, the noise echos between in the courtyards quite a bit.

Really great location but the management is horrible. They dont secure the doors or respond in a timely fashion to maintenance requests.
