I lived here in 2016 and then came back in 2020. Avanti is one of the best apartments in and around downtown Seattle. Its convenient, spacious and within affordable range at the same time. The apartments have good sound insulation as well.The elevators are fast, available most of the times and any issues are immediately fixed. The courtyard is a relaxing retreat. Luxer One locker adds to the convenience.The staff is awesome as well. My move-in and move-out experiences were equally good, which is rare in Seattle. Harriet and Cher are doing a great job and have been very accommodating. The maintenance staff is great as well, including Dallas - problems are fixed within a day or two. Highly recommended!

I genuinely love living here. I moved in during winter and the pandemic and had a difficult time finding the right place. Harriet was warm, informative, and upfront about the community, neighborhood and property. I have had only good experiences with Cher as well and have found they are quick to answer my questions and offer solutions. Maintenance is also great. Dallas fixes things quickly, orders the parts needed, and communicates well.

Harriet and Cher are both outstanding hosts! Every aspect from the move in, to help with finding documents were meet with haste. Very outgoing and friendly people. Kept the place in remarkable condition and were very understanding to any issues that arose. I can not say enough great things about the team at avanti, Highly recommend!!Great job you two! I recently moved to the apartment, and have been extremely satisfied with the process. I find them truly dedicated to make the living for residents as comfortable as possible. Sadly, because of some issues, my move in day was Saturday, but Harriet and Cher even in midst of ThanksGiving weekend ensured that its a comfortable one for me. Thank you guys..!!

I just moved out of Avanti for personal reasons, but I would have stayed if I could. The management was the most responsive, friendly, and helpful of any apartment I have lived in. When our outdoor light broke, they sent a guy to fix it within a few days, and the onsite managers have always responded to emails within 1 business day, if not immediately. We went out of town for a while and the managers generously placed the packages we got inside our apartment. The building itself is nice and quiet, and is in a great central location that is walkable from downtown Capitol Hill and from Pike Place. My apartment itself was nice, with modern appliances, and had a small patio with a little patch of dirt that was perfect for my dog (and there are also a couple turf-covered dog runs in the back of the building for everyone to share). The only downside would be the lack of amenities but that wasnt a huge problem for me. Overall, I loved living here.

I was a resident at Terrace View apartments which is a sister property of Avanti and I was 100% pleased with my stay there. The building was well maintained and my apartment had spectacular views of my rainier and the mountains. The sunrise and sunsets were always such a treat.The property was safe and I never had a problem with my packages. Management and maintenance were responsive to our needs and immediately assist my roommate when she got locked out of the apartment. I would have loved to stay longer but my roommates decided to move out of the city so I decided to downsize to a smaller place.Would 100% recommend!

Spent 4 years at Avanti.- The biggest attraction is the location - walking distance to everywhere - Downtown, Capitol Hill, Belltown, International District & South Lake Union.- Has a garage.- The units have laundry/drier combos.- Recommend selecting a unit looking toward the inner courtyard. Boren gets a lot of ambulance traffic and gets noisy.- The staff are cool.- Has a hotel feel to it; in fact, half the complex is a hotel.- No amenities like gym, community center, etc.- Rent is not cheap but is not exorbitant either.Very much worth considering if you work Downtown.

Great leasing office and management team, theyre all very nice and willing to help with whatever problems you may have. The maintenance team is also great and will immediately try to solve any issues you may have. Overall great place and location, could not recommend this place enough.

Harriet provided nothing short of a wonderful experience during my apartment search. I was relocating from out of state and unfamiliar with Seattle. Harriet was thoughtful, proactive, and quick to respond to my many questions. Though I didnt ultimately move in to this community for reasons that had nothing to do with the complex itself, I would recommend it thanks to Harriet providing excellent customer service. Avanti has a lot of cool floor plans for a unique unit. Both the office staff and the maintenance team has been very helpful and quick to respond to any question or needs I may have.

I lived with this company for three years at all three of the buildings they manage in Seattle and they were wonderful and always willing to help with maintenance issues or questions, great locations around the city and quite and secure facilities. I lived there as a student so one summer I went home, ending my lease and in the fall I was welcomed back into a new lease and apartment with new roommates. I was happy to live in their very nice apartments, all of the units I lived in and in their buildings had in unit washer dryer which is a BIG plus, and they had parking available at various prices based on which location and the type of lot.Overall great place to live.

I have lived at the Avanti for 20 years. I will probably remain a tenant for several more years. The building is quiet, easy to access, and has good management. The common areas are very clean. The maintenance crew at the Avanti is top notch and will go way out of their way and beyond the call of duty to help a tenant and make the residents comfortable and safe. The management staff is also committed to excel in anyway they can to bring positive results for tenants that require assistance or have any issues. The building is located between the capital hill district and downtown Seattle with most desired locations within walking distance. As I have lived her a long time and have seen many staff changes, the staff currently in place has proven the best at what they do and I have always been grateful for the privilege of being a long term tenant at the Avanti. 5 stars.

I previously had a negative review but it seems as though my issues were seen by management and resolved. The new staff, specifically Faith, has made living at the Avanti such a pleasure. She brings such a warm and friendly vibe to the front office that it makes me want to stop in daily and say hi. Also, we are finally doing a holiday party and I cant wait to get to know my neighbors.
