Worst place Ive lived in my entire life.
Too expensive for the neighborhood, too many break ins, (our bikes were stolen, storage broken into, vehicle broken into in the garage), daily weed smoke overtaking our unit with windows and doors closed, 7 different property managers in 2.5 years, very unsafe Air BnB units during a pandemic with known immunocompromised tenants even though it was against lease stipulations, Violence outside resulting in bullets shot through lower level windows. Constant need for police presence outside due to drug trafficking, constant panhandling from drug addicts outside your front door, many mornings leaving out with human feces outside the front door, based next to a major bus hub (every 2 minutes during rush), and being charged for cleaning for leaving a unit cleaner than it was when you first rented. Oh, and if there’s a police involved matter or very important emergency during non office hours, good luck, you’re on your own with no emergency contact for a manager. that’s just the start. Happy house hunting. GO ELSEWHERE!!!
Nice place
I just renewed my lease at Emmons on 3rd because it has been a great experience thus far. It is a very convenient location in downtown. The property managers have all been extremely helpful. I have really enjoyed living here so far and look forward to the next few months.2nd review - I just moved out due to a work reassignment. Updating my review from 4 starts to 5 stars.I lived in this apartment complex for 2 years from Mid 2018 - Mid 2020. I have no complaints for the complete duration of my stay. I renewed my lease here twice and have no regrets. The only reason I left is due to a work transfer. The price is very fair for the space and amenities and the location is fantastic. On certain floors the view is beautiful. You can see both the Sound and the peak of the Olympic peninsula. There are plenty of bar and food spots around and a bus station right in front of the property. The property management company and their agents have also been extremely helpful. I have personally refereed 2 of my friends to this building as well and they have both lived there for over 6 months. All in all, this apartment has made my Seattle experience extremely enjoyable, I would highly recommend.
Emmons on 3rd is a great place to live. It is convenient to most everything with several good restaurants nearby. The building is well managed has good amenities and the property is kept clean with any issues being attended to asap. The neighbors in the community are friendly and show respect to each other. I would recommend Emmons on 3rd to anyone looking to move to the Belltown area.
I strongly do not recommend renting this place. You can certainly find better and safer places in Belltown. One or more residents illegally smoking on premises.Smoke enters your rooms and you have to live with it.Homeless people will usually gather at the entrance of this building. Unsafe in dark.Occasional robbery of packages left near mailboxes.Smokers and drug dealers in the alley behind this building.Unclean (even urination by homeless people) and polluted (smoke and marijuana) front of the building.
I am a current resident at this facility. The location is very unsafe and there are a lot of homeless people at the entrance of the building. My package has been stolen as well as there have been a lot of security issues with unauthorized entries. There have also been incidences of gun firing as well as glass shattering as a result.
