My experience with this building has been absolutely fantastic. Moving from Chicago to Seattle in the middle of a pandemic isnt exactly easy, but the management was always on top of any issues or concerns I had while planning a move thousands of miles away. They definitely make the building feel like a small community. The unit was also spotless on move-in and everything has been of the highest quality. I cant recommend this building enough, it has been a great home for me in my short time here so far.
I have spent over a year here. The experience is amazing. The staff and the community managers here are very supportive to hear any concerns you may have and get it sorted. The place has many different activities and events for holiday. This is the best experience I have stayed in Seattle. I really enjoy the time here.
We lived here for a year and I enjoyed it a lot. We had a tour for about 10 apartments and chose O2 at last. We feel like its a wise decision.Location:The biggest advantage of this apartment is the location. Close to everything and you can easily walk to restaurants, shops, and even your work place if you work in SLU just like me.Unit:We got a brand new unit (yes, nobody lives in the unit before) and we pretty like it. The hardwood floor make it easy to clean, a big refrigerator, beautiful drawers with nice finishes. One thing that needs to be mentioned is they have A/C in the unit, which is rare in other apartments.Price:Considering the location and its a new apartment and, the price is good. Although I wish to have a bigger parking spot, I know parking here in the town is expensive.Management:The best thing that we like here is the management stuffs, both Chris, Rebecca, Jason, they are very friendly and help us in a timely manner. Its always a nice experience to see them and greet each other when you go to work in the morning. With them, the apartment is clean and things are organized. They also held some interesting events before COVID19.In summary, Id definitely recommend people go by and take a tour of this apartment.Jay & Nichole.
I moved here a year and an half ago. It’s been great till now. The amenities are absolutely wonderful. The view from rooftop is beautiful, it’s worth penny you pay. The maintenance requests are handled quickly. Staff and management are extremely friendly.
O2 apartments are the go-to golden standard in Seattle. It is a beautiful building in a wonderful area of Belltown, but most of all - the staff are truly exceptional. They have been so kind to me throughout the process of finding the right home. I have toured many apartments in my extended search, and I am happy to call O2 home.
Management is great - anything that breaks in the building or in my unit (rare) is fixed quickly! The staff are all wonderful and friendly. The roof deck has incredible views and is rarely busy. The pricing of units is really fair for the quality and location.
I would give 10 stars if I could! From the leasing process to being a resident for 4 months now everything has been amazing! Everyone on the staff is super friendly and helpful. The very few work orders we have put in have been addressed almost immediately and efficiently. The building is always clean and the amenities are amazing. This is our first apartment in Seattle and it has definitely wowed us. You cant beat the views from the roof top.
I have been a resident of O2 for 7 months and I don’t think I have seen a worse apartment management ever. I was away from my apartment for a couple months due to the pandemic and within that time I had ordered multiple packages/friends had sent packages over. I had emailed the concierge to keep my packages in storage for me and they said they did. After having come back to the city— I went to the concierge to pick up my packages and they told me that there was a break in and all my packages were stolen. There wasn’t a single email sent about this in the entire time/there was no correspondence of the same. When I asked for security footage they said that they did not have any cameras there. Every building in Washington is suppose to have a camera at every entrance and exit. Please do not stay here
Ive lived here for over half a year now. The staff are genuinely friendly and very prompt regarding inquiries. The entire complex is high quality. Ive only had one maintenance request and it was minor/self-resolved. The rooftop is gorgeous and other amenities are top-notch.
Moving from Denver to Seattle and so my entire leasing process was basically virtual; that said, Rebecca couldnt have made the process any more seamless. She was top-notch through the entire process and made it so convenient for me to get my leasing signed off on. Looking forward to calling O2 home next month and getting to experience firsthand the professionalism and courtesy of not only Rebecca but the entire Staff.
Love living here. Very friendly staff always willing to help.
Just moved in, and the staff is so helpful. Rebecca helped me coordinate my move from 1500 miles away without any issues.
Tl;dr This apartment is overpriced, and the management is below expectations.Pros:- The rooftop amenity has a good view, and a lot of residents use it.- The walls, floors, and windows are sound-absorbing.- The elevators and lobby have adequate hand sanitizer for COVID.- The apartment has centralized AC.Cons:- The staff charges hidden fees. Without our consent, they charged us 55$/month for storage and 200$ for an amenity reservation.- This building is managed by Avenue5 Residential which has a very low rating of 1.8 / 5.0 stars on Google with 300+ reviews.- The management team uses an immature rent portal. It lacks features, charges a service fee, and it doesn’t allow scheduling split rent payments.- The onboarding process is hardly fleshed out. There is no centralized information on items like: guest parking, quiet hours, disposal, mailbox, shipping, etc.- The gym, media room, and yoga room have ambiguous closing hours that are not communicated to residents. The reservation fee is $200+.Other:- Our unit only has lighting in the kitchen and bathroom. You’ll need to buy lamps for each room.- We only have one small closet in our 750 sq apartment.- Violent crime in Belltown is 3x higher than the city average of 2k per 100k.
Very pretty and the starscape roof lounge is unique
