I have been living in this building for 4 years now and it’s been great! You can walk ANYWHERE, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, the building manager and maintenance employee are incredibly nice, would definitely recommend!!!

Loved the location and the building. My apartment had a panoramic view of the sound and city, air conditioning, and secure garage. Apartment manager (Nnesha) ensured a smooth move out too - eternally grateful for her help :) Thanks for everything! Ill miss this place.

Staff and neighbors that stay out of your way, great amenities. Seattle center and key arena events really make parking a pain in the ass though.
