I was so happy here. They got me in the day before my wedding and my nails were short and I really wanted a French manicure. She did an amazing job of making them look elegant without having to get tips put on.I would definitely go here again. They were all so sweet and professional

My family and I came after 4th of July and we had an amazing experience. They took at 4 of us in at the same time. I got a gel manicure and pedicure with Kim and loved every second of it. I have been doing my own acrylics for 35+ years. I am a perfectionist when it comes to my nails and it ends up taking way too long.When Ive found someone I like, Ill occasionally have them done and Ill shape them more to my liking at home. Ive been here 3 times and had Amy do my nails. The first time i was unhappy with how they looked. I came back within a few days and she gave me a perfect new set at no additional charge.Communication is key here. She speaks perfect English. Tell her exactly what you want, show pics, etc. In my case, I like an almond shape, with a very slight natural looking curve. Apparently this is called California Curve. Theres not really a curve, but the tips are pressed a bit more downward when applied, rather than looking like they point up.The last time I went in, I showed her a pic and asked if she could make them look exactly like the pic. Once again she made them perfect. And, even better, I dont have to fix them when I get home.Not only is Amy great, so is the salon. Its clean and relaxing. They have an impressive selection of colors and they dont try to sell you on extras, like gel polish or a more expensive pedicure. Both pedicures Ive had there were wonderful and they give customers a lovely lotion as a gift around the holidays :)

I give this salon two, nicely sculpted and buffed, thumbs up. Very professional staff, unhurried, like other nail salons. State of the art massage chairs with foot whirlpool tub. Clean well sanitized. Covid-19 compliant great location.

This is the first time that Ive been to this salon, and my visit was great! I initially requested an appointment for a gel manicure + pedicure, and ended up getting an acrylic manicure + gel pedicure. Top notch!!

Hands down, the best nail salon experience Ive had in all of the Scottsdale/Cave Creek areas. I highly recommend this place. The people are friendly, nice and courteous. Nicole did a great job on my pedicure. I loved my manicure as well 😍.

They do a great job! Have been having my nails done for 24 years - and this place does a very good job with good pricing. I get a refill & gel and my nails stay perfect for 2-1/2 weeks! Highly recommend!

Horrible experience.i had lash extensions. Expensive and didnt last 24 hours. With in A two day experience I lost 90% of the extensions and almost all of my eyelashes. Technician said she may have used the wrong glue. Im sure she was not experienced in theField. I spent $225 Dollars on latisse to help regrow Damages.worst experience ever.

Owners wife did my manicure. She was directing activities at the shop instead of watching what she was doing. She worked quickly to get done. Nicked my cuticle. The polish was applied unevenly at the bottom and sides of my nails. When I complained she said it was the polish I chose, which was from her shop. Id never go back.

Pedicure- they did a nice job with relaxing and putting it on, however they weren’t careful with putting the shoes on when STILL drying. Then didn’t even let them dry so well!Mani- they were laughing at me! i was looking to see what they were doing, but the lady that was doing my nails laughed at me! and I have taki dust on my 2 fingers. She acted like she had saw a bear!! Like it was a new discovery. I think their coustumer service was ok, but needs work treating their customers.Also, they need more communication with arranging times. We went in, and they were like: “all manis and pedits?” but we said “no we had an appointment for Noon.” she didn’t even look and just asked what we were doing. and my 2 family friends didn’t even get their facial! it was a lil crazy, sorry for the rant.
