Very pretty nails. 4 days later my nail started lifting from the nailbed. I had a fungus that made my nail peal half the way back to the cuticle

I have a high functioning special needs little sister. She has autism that causes her to get overwhelmed in situations that she believes is stressful, even if it’s just a simple task. I let the ladies of the establishment know and they took very good care of her and made both she and I feel very important. She began to get overwhelmed when she couldn’t pick a color for her nails and her technician was very patient with her and started joking with her to make her feel happy and comfortable. My little sister eventually calmed down and picked her color and proceeded with getting her acrylic nails done. They turned out beautiful and she left feeling very happy. It’s stressful for everyone involved when she has her episodes, but both the manager and the technician did such a wonderful job handling all aspects of the situation and we both left with beautiful nails. Highly recommended.

I didnt get a particularly good service done. They didnt cut any of my hang nails. Also they tried to upsell a bunch of services. This was kind of frustrating because they wouldnt explain any of those to me because they didnt know English.

Good service. CJ was my nail tech. She did a meticulous job. Very pleased. I’ll be back.

I went this weekend with my boyfriend and his mom to get mani pedis. All of our nails turned out beautiful! I have deducted one star because my toe was cut pretty bad by the tech but I know he was just trying to fix a mistake I made on it the day before. Will definitely return!

Gotta love when the nail tech is looking everywhere but at your feet as shes filing. I was up sold for a pedicure that included a massage and callous remover. She did not do either. She was completely disinterested in doing a good job. Even the topcoat was sloppily put on. She dug her tool too far underneath my nail too and it hurt. My 13 year old son would have done a better job. Its unfortunate because its close to my house and in a beautiful shopping plaza. I may try again but definitely a different nail technician. For $48 dollars, I was expecting a better experience.

I have been coming to Happy Feet for my manicures & pedicures since I moved here almost 4 years ago. The service & cleanliness is always top notch. I will be honest, I was a little nervous to come in with the new COVID precautions but I had no need to worry. The owners & staff are doing everything they can to ensure all measures of safety are being followed. Masks are required (and available if you forget yours), social distancing & cleaning each station thoroughly after each service is strictly adhered to.As a small business owner, I appreciate all their efforts during a tough time. I will continue to support local businesses, especially those who are going above & beyond to ensure the safety of our community. :)

I went for a gel manicure, the person put acetone on my nails/wrapped them for less than a minute and proceeded to use a file to take off my previous gel.. i wish i walked out. the job at end shows filling marks, and my nails are incredible thin now.. Iim worried itll take months for these to grow back! Do yourself a favor and avoid these ladies - Im since heard about an infection..etc

Come here if you want a mani/pedi. They do an amazing job and their facility is super clean! If you go to any other nail salon in the area, youre making the wrong choice. Make good life choices and go to Happy Feet

I am so disappointed at the Owner of the establishment. She seems to only be concerned about making money. The last thing on her mind is customer service and the reputation of this Nail Salon. While Madison did an excellent job on my gel nails, the owner was constantly monitoring the time she was taking to do this excellent job. This owner is ignorant and has no idea how she is perceived by the customer. I care about the quality of the services I pay for and if it takes a little longer because the last time I was there the person didnt do a good job, then this is what needs to take place. The owner didnt even care to ask why, all she cared about is that her time and money was affected. What about the customer. Unfortunately, after 3 months of trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt, I most likely will not return.Madison did not have another appointment after me. I was her last appointment. You should admit that you were very unprofessional and made the customer feel awkward.

Madison was great with my mani and pedi. Very sweet lady and did a great job with the nails! However, I didn’t care for the owner at the front desk. She came off as rude and acted as if I was bothering her when I checked in. Just a weird vibe, not friendly at all.

After reopening from the Governor orders to close; very sad to see no social distancing between clients/staff. Booths were not cleaned once customers left. Supplies reused on different customers. Will never go back. Not worth my health....

Went there today to get my dipped nails off and get a gel mani. They were amazing. When I walked in I was greeted right away and Tina B took me back to get started. She was super sweet and did a wonderful job. Everyone was is such a good mood and it’s just a great atmosphere. I’ve been going to the same nail salon for 4 years (live in Peoria) but was in the area so I wanted to give them a shot. So happy I did and I will definitely be back!! It’s right next to my MIL’s home :)

Favorite nail place to just be able to walk into and get an appointment. Almost never a long wait. Everyone is great there. Tina is my favorite 😄

I never write reviews, especially for nail places, but I had to make an exception for Happy nails! The place is very nice but the service was exceptional. When I walked in on a Sunday at noon I was quickly seated and promptly offered water. While waiting for my nails to soak the old dip manicure off, my manicurist gave me a relaxing shoulder massage. That seriously set it over the top for me, as most places don’t even give you a hand massage anymore. The manicurist spent a lot of time on my nails and they were beautiful! Thank you so much happy nails!

I’ve been coming here for the past year, lately I’ve noticed the prices have gone up while the quality of work has gone way down. My gel polish looks messy and sloppy. I was shocked to discover callus remover on a basic pedicure is an additional $10. They are constantly trying to paint my fingernails while in the pedicure chair (which NEVER works). Further more they always seem to be out of all of the popular gel polish. I’m very low maintenance but lately I end up leaving annoyed and feeling ripped off. I won’t be back. Lesson learned. Do yourself a favor and drive ten minutes further into town. 👎🏻 If you do go, take note how much you are charged, you’ll pay a different amount every time for the exact same services...

This place is awful. We started coming to this location just after they opened and the service was great at first but ever since they started getting business and decided that they didnt need to be nice anymore to keep people coming back, there behavior has been disgusting. They will openly laugh and make fun of customers, and the gel and regular nail polish is so cheap and poorly applied that it started to chip in one day. I got gel on my fingers and regular on my toes. This place use to be amazing but now I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Marietta delivers a first class facial. She is the best I have had in Scottsdale. She was trained in Beverly Hills California and has customers flying in because of her high quality of service and results. I highly recommend her and am glad to have discovered her!

One of the most pretentious no THE most pretentious places Ive ever been in. Not one word was ever spoken to ANYONE ever, not a smile not a laugh the nail techs were just as snotty as the upper crust customers. Thank God Im poor. This PLACE SUCKED 😖

The worst- very unprofessional- gal cut big toe cuticle- bleeding- then next toe bleeding I yelled to stop but she did not understand till I made the jester to choke her! Then I was escorted out by a witch called may Lynn and reprimanded and told not to come back ! Ps I had to stay for an hour to stop bleeding - i☠️☠️☠️

Rude nail techs and upcharged for Vinylux weekly polish and right products were not used.While on vacation, I brought my sleeping newborn in her car seat. The nail tech rolled her eyes when my baby cried and I had to rock her car seat for 15sec to get her back to sleep.On top of that, I paid up for Vinylux weekly polish, which I get every week at my home salon. It has a special top coat that seals and hardens the polish quickly. The nail tech used an OPI top coat and when I told her this wasnt right, she told me it was better. I pushed back, but ultimately decided it wasnt worth it.Final take away... rude techs who dont know their products and dont care about their customers. My manicure lasted 2 days and looked like my 4 year old did it.

Popped in on a Tuesday afternoon. Waited for about 10 minutes before I was seated....water in the foot bath was super cold. I recieved a rushed, mediocre pedi. Save your money and go someplace else.

I have been coming to this salon for several years and had previously been very happy with great service. However, my last 3 pedicures have not been worth what I was paying. Once I had to redo the whole pedicure with reluctance from Mailynn. Another I had to have the color taken off and redone. The gel polish was old and sticking to the brush. Even the nail tech mentioned that it was old and kept showing me how it was sticking to the brush. Mailynn came over and told me that it was the second time I had problems with my pedicure. I didn’t disagree because she was correct. She told me to stop choosing the orange/coral colors. I tried to explain how the polish was old but she kept interrupting me saying the polish was not old. I ended up with such anxiety that I just chose a color I hated and left. I was shocked she told me to stop choosing the colors I liked. I have been seeing Tina forever for my nails and she is amazing and I adore her. At my last visit I asked Mailynn to check to see when Tina’s next appointment was and she rudely told me she was not scheduling Tina right now as she was walking away. On top of that, she raised her prices way up. Needless to say, that was my last visit. It’s very disheartening that I was treated in such manner after being a loyal customer for several years. At one point she followed me outside to ask if one of the nail techs was leaving. At the time I didn’t think anything of it but after I thought about it, it was very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. After all of that, and then raising prices, that was the last straw. I did not feel respected or appreciated even though I have been loyal. A friend of mine knows I go there and had mentioned how expensive it had become and was no longer going there as well. I’m sad I will not be seeing Tina anymore but the way I was treated there last few times by Mailynn is not worth it. The prices are absolutely ridiculous for what you get.
