They aren’t very friendly. I had an appointment for my lash fill and decided to get my nails filled and pedicure done at the same time. They didn’t have me down for my lash appointment so I had to wait, my pedicure was so rushed it was done half a****. She didn’t even scrub my toes and my foot massage consisted of a couple rubs here and there. Another time I had taken my significant other there and we both got pedicures, the older lady that did his, I swear she spent 15 minutes massaging his feet and calves, enjoying it way too much. My boyfriend even said he felt violated. Very unprofessional. We have taken our business elsewhere.

I had originally written a review about how great this place is, but after the last time I went, I am changing my review. Yes, my nails look great, but they completely destroyed and cut up my cuticles. Every time I even bump my hand on something, my cuticles start bleeding because they cut them up so many times while I was in there. After going here so many times, I will never be back because my cuticles hurt so much.

I came in for a full set two weeks ago, and even though the work looked good, two of my nails broke within a week... I came in later that week to see if they could fix them, and they did (with no extra charge) but the attitude of my technician was terrible. Today I came in because another of my nails broke (this time was my fault) and I told them I’ll pay for the fix. Same technician attended me with the same terrible attitude and filed my nail until I jumped off of pain. I told her I am not usually the kind that complains, but the service has been so far the worst service. She offered me not to pay, I pay for the fix of my nail anyways, but I won’t for sure come back.

These people are really great here they’re very nice and they know what they’re doing. I would recommend them to anybody

Saw Michael today for my SNS manicure. What a beautiful nail salon! And he did a wonderful job on my nails. This is my second time visiting and I am very pleased!

I wish I could tell you how their work actually is however I stood at the front door for over 5 minutes had two employees make direct eye contact with me and nobody acknowledged my existence at all so I turned around and left.

Tech was Very very SLOW at SNS and MESSY- took over an hour with no soak off. This young lady was not polite when I asked if the powder would come off of my skin. (She skipped the hand washing part) She continued to be very argumentative and insist it would wash off of my hands and purse- she was annoyed. She was clearly not in a good mood. I tip well and I’ve been laid-off permanently. I will go back to Fountain Hills nails. I’ve known Lee, Anna, and Helen for 5 years and I’ve never had a bad experience.Too BAD!!!

The girls are extremely polite and nice, the services are excellent. The store is super clean and relaxing. The staffs are talented and very amazing. We will definitely come back.

First time here and had a great experience. I came during my lunch and Stacy ( I hope I got your name right) did an amazing job!! Definitely will be coming back to have her do my nails again!

Great service and very clean! They were so friendly. They also did not use the normal bowls that collect bacteria, they use a new straw method which seems much cleaner! Glad I found a new place close to home!!

Awesome place Amy is always there to help me and my girlfriend get our eyebrows waxed and it’s hard for me to trust anyone due to past bad experiences. But I have never been disappointed here.

Horrible experience for a first time client! Half star would be My rating. My neighbor referred me and I had never been. I called Sunday around 1 and was advised they could get me in at 3:30 or 4. I took 4. Showed up 5 minutes early and the lady says they are all busy - likely took walk-ins instead of my booked appointment. Then she asks if I can come back tomorrow. By the time I got to another nail place - WI-FI issues - they were booked.

It took 3 hours for a fill and pedi 🙃

The staff was very friendly, I had multiple people come check that I was pleased because the girl doing my nails seemed to be new. She did a wonderful job. I was very impressed with how she shaped my nails, I have had problems finding someone that does that well. Unfortunately, I am not sure what her name was.

Pedicure prices go from the basic 25 to 55 and up. What?First time in and no one was friendly. I mean not even a smile going on. Then the pedicure was basic..at have been this guys first day, Im not sure, but was mediocre at best. I could have done a better job at home! Then I went to pay and he says, Pay with check, it is better for business.Im sorry 1990 is gone and I dont have checks. Lol

I used to come here all the time to get my nails done, but decided to stop coming because I my nails were never coming out how I asked for. Today, I couldn’t get into a different salon so I decided to give this place another try. I asked for a full set of acrylics and I wanted to do a natural look for the color. First, they don’t look natural at all. They are very thick, and blobby. In addition, when using the electric filer, the woman destroyed my cuticles. I even told her it was hurting me but she continued to file my skin and told me not to move my hands back. (I was pulling them back because it was hurting so much)This nail salon is VERY over priced. The polish is outdated, and the tools are outdated and not worth the money. I will not be returning to this nail salon. I was very disappointed. I wish I could get my money back. Would not recommend.

Never in my life have I been more unsatisfied with a service and nail salon. Why on earth an elderly male manager is doing my pedicure, I have no idea. He clipped my nails with a nail clipper and thats it. Didnt file or shape or buff my nails at all and it looked like a 4 year old did my pedicure. I was better off not going in the first place.

The nail salon I originally planned on going to was closed so I stopped here instead. Very disappointed. Usually when I get gels done they last me at minimum 2 weeks. After 3 days they started to chip. Barely lasted for the week I was in vacation. This salon is also more over priced than any others in the area so I figured the quality would be better but clearly I was mistaken. Definitely not worth the money. Especially since my thumb started bleeding while the lady was trimming my cuticles.

Tammy is extremely rude and provides horrible customer service. I would never recommend coming here!!! And I have received services from Tammy!!!! And she is rude!!!!

Terrible experience, Kim and one of the other younger girls need some lessons in customer service! They were rude and did not listen. Paula was sweet and did a nice job. She had to apologize for the behavior of the others. Won’t be back!

Always do a good job here. Friendly and clean. The prices are $4 - $8 higher than most other places.Lowered to three stars. Last visit, no massage of hands or legs and no hot stones and still charged me full price. Ouch. Not feeling the love here

Very pricey and you dont get what you pay for either! One hundred and sixty dollars later my gel is chipping & lifting like never before, my pedicure hasnt lasted past 4 days and my eyebrows were not even done the way I asked for them to be done! I will be finding a new place to get my nails done.

What happened to Elite nails? Havent been there for a while, and things seem to have gone downhill! I had a pedicure with a lady who barely spoke English and was asking me questions the whole time about what I wanted regarding my pedicure, I dont feel I should have to direct the service and as a result I didt get to relax and enjoy the treatment. The place in general seems lacking in customer service. Wont be going back there again!

They did a nice job. The girl at the front was kind of rude, but the ladies who did out Pedis were very sweet and made up for it. Good price too

The person there rushed my nails, they only spent 10 minutes doing it and it looks terrible. He didnt even cut my nails. On top of that, he pressured me to pay before it started when I didnt want to and would have rather paid after. Overall a terribletter experience and want my money back.
