Tracy the owner is amazing, i drive 40 minutes since I moved to go to see her for my SNS dip. Her work is great and her prices are low! Clean salon, friendly staff, comfortable chairs and great pedicure options as well! I highly recommend!! (Finger Nail photo is already 12 days since they were done!)

Unfortunately was so disappointed in this place. I called and asked for an appointment with someone who could do nail art - otherwise I wouldn’t have come. Lisa had never done nail art before and really shouldn’t have attempted - or at least shouldn’t have charged me $60 for this. She also took 30-40 minutes to soak off my dip polish and filed my nail beds down so low they hurt. It’s the next day and my finger tips still hurt from being soaked in a bowl of hot acetone for that long. I think you can only ask for Tracey or Amy here if you want a nice job. 2 stars because at least it was clean and they were kind. Photo of what I asked for versus what happened. Wish I had requested my money back.

I have been coming to NuNails for about 3 years now, & I always have a great experience. I don’t ask for anyone in particular for my gel pedicures because everyone provides a great service. Highly recommend!

I have been a regular at this nail salon for about 2 years now and my nails look so beautiful every time i go. the people there are always so kind, calm and professional. You can either chat it up with them or just stay quiet. Shalea (i’m not sure how to spell her name) does an amazing job with whatever obstacle i put in front of them. i 20/10 recommend getting your nails done here! you wont regret it. :p

I got an acrylic full set and my nails turned out beautiful but the lady put gel on my nails (i didn’t ask for it and wasn’t told that she did that). I was charged $15 more than expected, they also failed to mention that the shape i was getting also costed an extra $5 . They did refund me the $15 for the gel but if you go here be very specific about what you want ! Also didn’t take any sanitary precautions and not socially distanced if you’re worried about that !

I just moved here and a coworker recommended this place. I have been twice- pedi by Nina and gel mani by Thi (just today). Both did such an amazing job. They both really took their time on the services. I will definitely be back!!I had regretted not tipping more today, so I figured a 5 star review was the next best thing until I return again :)

Tracy did my SNS nails yesterday and as usual did a great job. I am always pleased by the service I receive here. The shop is modern looking, spotless and Covid mandates are being faithfully followed.

I moved back into town after 6 years & I am so happy to have my hands back in the hands of Nu Nails. I am very particular about the shape, love getting designs, & am always in search of the newest colors available. Nu Nails never disappoints. Tracy is my go to but anytime she’s been unavailable I’ve not been disappointed by any of the other techs (Tim & Tom). You can usually get in for a pedi if you walk in but if you want gel or dip it’s best to make an appointment. The salon is clean, staff is friendly, & front desk lady who makes appointments is always super sweet and accommodating. Not to mention all the compliments you’ll be getting on your nails!

The price and service is outstanding. Ever since Tim did my nails (dipping powder), Ive gone back again & again. He is meticulous and cares about the the end product. I highly recommend this salon.

As always, NU Nails never ever disappoints. I have been going to NU Nails for almost three years for my SNS and pedicures - I refuse to go anywhere else. The quality of their work is phenomenal. Loan is my girl for pedicures and either Tom, John or Tracy on nails are my go-to’s. I know the other employees are amazing because they constantly have regulars streaming in to meet with them. The salon just refreshed their chairs and furniture and it looks fabulous, but at the end of the day it’s the quality and customer service that is unbeatable. So pleased and I know you will be too!

Nu nails is the best. All the staff are so nice and friendly. Tracey does the best acrylic nails and Kim does great pedicures and designs. All the staff are good there too. They are trained really well. I have a 3 year old daughter that i bring most of the time and she is a little crazy at times and they are so sweet with her. I will be a customer for a lifetime. Great pedicure but the girl behind the desk is a complete waste of space. Unfriendly & Unhelpful & neglects to mention they’re not accepting credit card payments only cash. That would be nice to know BEFORE I sit down. I’ll never be back.

Been coming for a year. No complaints but recommend you always make an appointment. Been happy every time and if something breaks or chips on a nail they always honor and fix.

I called ahead to make an appointment and when I showed up for the specified date and time, I was told that I did not have an appointment booked. After proving that I had, in fact, called the right place (because they apparently thought I forgot where I booked my appointment) the woman just ignored me. Another tech stepped in to let me know she could do my nails as soon as she was done with her current client. I politely thanked her, but left anyway. The woman I originally spoke to was so incredibly rude that I didnt even want to give them business.

Friday was my first time visiting this salon and I loved!! I’ve been living in Scottsdale now for about 4 months and have yet to find a great salon in the area. I called ahead and made an appointment. I was put with Tammy. She did such an amazing job on my coffin nails. She fixed the mistakes from the last salon and I left feeling so much better. Very friendly, clean, and detailed. The hours listed on Google are incorrect. They are open to 7pm during the weekdays not 5pm as listed or else I woukd have tried this salon earlier!!

This was my first pedicure and I was impressed. Plan on getting them regularly. Place was busy, but it is well ran. Felt like I was the only one there, because of the great service!

I live right around the corner so the location is great for me! My nails look great!!! however I did smuge one but it wasnt that bad. Overall experience was fantastic, friendly staff, and clean. Will be back in 2 weeks!!

Kim did a fabulous job on my pedicure! I will come back anytime Im in the area. Everyone in the salon was kind, but Kim really gave amazing customer service and an awesome pedicure!

Love this spot. Im a repeat customer because they do a good job with your paint and technicians are great. The polish selection is really broad and facility is clean. Prices are average with different level pedicures ranging $25-$45.

Went in for a fill with regular polished and when it was finished the polish was all bumpy. I called in to get them fixed and they did, however the polish still turned out all bumpy and was not at all any better then the last time.

Lisa is a wonderful Lady and an excellent Nail Professional.

You could call me a nail salon snob for sure. I have a salon in Washington thats done my nails for the past 3 years straight, every 2 weeks. Im extremely picky. I called and got in NU Nails right away today. They did a great job on my ombre gel nails and a beautiful pedicure also. I will be coming back whenever I visit Scottsdale 😊

Tracy did my nails with the SNS system. She does a beautiful job my nails look fantastic! The SNS never cracks, chips or looses its shine. Nu Nails is the only salon I use. The staff is friendly and professional.

My favorite nail salon. They do great work on SNS and gel. Only reason I knocked off a star was because one time I got SNS I actually came back 4 separate times because different nails would break each day right after the manicure. It was horribly annoying and they didnt offer a discount or anything for my next service.

Too expensive for there basic nails

Been here twice. Each time, Ive had a terrible manicure. Both manicures were rushed, and the male nail tech butchered my cuticles. Soaking water was cold. I would drive a block to another.

Friendly staff and accommodative especially on such short notice. Will come back for a pedicure for sure but I wasnt impressed on my manicure.
