I was referred to Rieman Music to purchase a guitar. I had absolutely zero knowledge on what guitars cost or anything else about them. I walked in and was immediately assisted with honest and sincere advice. He understood I was a beginner and directed to me straight to the most cost effective guitar he had and took time to answer all of my questions with even adding some extra education to help me better understand what I was purchasing as well.
