From day one I discussed with Cindy about getting a deep laser treatment to remove most of my acne scaring. I remember at one point I asked Cindy about wanting the most aggressive laser treatment, I even told her, I was looking for depth and a very aggressive laser one step below getting it done in an operating room you assured me thats what I would be getting with her 20 years experience. As the conversation continued she stated she would do the first pass over my face then reapply the numbing cream to my face again then continue with my neck and chest then do a second pass on my face which clearly wasnt done. I feel you mislead me to buy your laser service not knowing I would continue to research on laser resurfacing,  also a  few of my acquaintances whom have had various laser treatments assured me I didnt get a laser treatment with depth and aggressiveness I needed.  If I had known the truth about the type of laser treatment I was going  receive from her I would have made an informed decision about what laser treatment I needed and who preformed the laser. The condition that my skin is in I clearly needed two passes with a third pass on the areas that are the worst. If I had known all this from the very being I would have went elsewhere, I feel as if I was mislead from the very beginning. Wasted 2000.00 for incomplete laser treatment with one pass to my face with several missed areas and well over half my neck that was not completed and my chest that wasnt done at all. I noticed the door bell rang she then proceeded to tell me my chest looked like it was in great shape, then she wanted to sell me 1 IPL for my chest, when I know it would take a minimum of 4 treatments or more to do what 1 laser treatment could do. I felt as if she was rushing me out the door to get to your next client and thats why my laser treatment wasnt completed properly. Ive waited 25 years to get this done and was clearly ripped off. Bottom line I definitely did not get what I thought I was paying for. Im in complete devastation!!!!!!!!! I was NOT sold the WOW FACTOR I was sold the WOW IVE BEEN RIPPED OFF FACTOR..................... Ive given 5 months and still see absolutely no improvement in any area of my face and partial neck that wasnt missed.Thanks for nothing but being RIPPED OFF

Cindy is absolutely fabulous! I almost don’t want to leave this review due to attracting more clients to her and reducing my chances to book with her when I want. Finished my 2nd EndyMed treatment and my skin looks flawless.Cindy listened to my concerns and gave me a well-informed run down of what the procedure entailed. I was kept comfortable and relaxed during my treatment, in a pristine, professional room that was cozy, and well-lit. The lights are dimmed during service, unless she needs to use the overhead bright lamps to really zero in on minute flaws. I received a couple of holiday goodies from the spa and scheduled my maintenance appointment 4 months from now. (She said my skin is good for my age of 41 and I don’t need to return so frequently.)As much as I’d like to keep Cindy as my best-kept beauty secret, it would serve her and so many others for me to boast her from the mountain tops. You definitely will not be disappointed!

Ive been seeing Cindy for about almost a year now, maybe about once a month. I have always cystic acne growing up coming back repeatedly even after taking Accutane for a year+.I started seeing Cindy to improve the scarring and texture on my face- I must say, you have to be patient through this process. Having only one session will not produce results you may want to see right away. First, you have to rebuild the lost collagen in your skin and can do this by having consistent laser treatments. I have been going in once a month for treatments and I can only say my skin has been getting better and BETTER. Not only is my skin texture improving but my acne has seemed to start going away!Cindy has also made proactive recommendations as well like lasering off some spider veins on my nose and cheeks which has definitely brightened up my skin! Ive always been self-conscious about my skin growing up and now I am ecstatic about the results!Looking forward improving my skin even more!

I had several laser procedures done at Scottsdale Skin Institute with Cindy. Laser hair removal, IPL, and a collagen stimulating laser. I was very happy with the results of the IPL and collagen laser. It removed my redness, reduced the size of my pores, and gave me a more youthful appearance. I had several women comment on how great my skin looked! Needless to say, I have referred several people to SSI. You wont be disappointed!
