So far one treatment done and I could feel it and if that means anything it should be working. The staff was friendly and accommodating, I have limited mobility in one leg and wasnt able to position myself correctly my tech was still able to get the area with some help from me and changing positions. The only feedback I would have would be to allow more time to do the procedures so the tech and the customer dont feel rushed. I will update this as my treatments continue hoping to keep it 4+ stars.UPDATE!Second treatment was way better. I was with Jessica was awesome and she was friendlier and made some good conversation as we she didnt make me feel rushed. As far as the treatments after my first I still have to shave but maybe once a week so thats even better! I cant wait for my next appointment!

I love laser away! They always treat me so good and always have the best technicians! Today I had an IPL which has given me great results, and Jill who did my treatment made my experience there fun and painless and made so so happy that I choose to go to laser away!

I am very happy with my experience at LaserAway! I go there for laser hair removal and Jessica is the best nurse there! She makes me feel so comfortable during the treatment and its clear she knows what shes doing. I have done about 6 sessions spaced 6 weeks apart and only shave about once a week- 10 days and its pretty mild. They say to keep doing it every 6 weeks until you have your desired results, then go ever 6 months for maintenance. I have pretty thick, dense, dark hair so the first few treatments were a little more painful than I thought, but they do get easier and arent unmanageable. Much less painful than chronic razor burn!!!

From the moment I walked in everything felt right. The receptionist was so kind and welcoming. Sadaf was my nurse and she is absolutely amazing. She treated me like family. Sam is the one who did everything possible to find me available appointment that fitted my schedule. The whole staff are simply amazing. Thank you for your professionalism and care!!

What I love about LaserAway is that I have a few tattoos that I hate and thought I just had to live with because its too expensive or somehow too difficult to ever get rid of, and I simply asked about it and they make me feel like anything is possible. The payment plans make it something I can actually afford. And they make it all easy, put the cool air on it. They make it so simple, easy, painless, and possible. So Im step by step becoming happier with my skin.

The staff at my location are particularly professional. Not like the Tik toks you see the parent company post. Not sure why the brand is going in a millennial direction for their marketing. It cheapens the work these skilled professionals are doing. Very polite, friendly and informative technicians, support staff and nurses. Operation is run exceptionally. Definitely recommend. I had laser tattoo removal one other time, and I would have gone back but they went out of business...I tried laser away as they were close to me...I must say the difference in the two places was night and day. The first place was so painful. It literally felt like my skin was getting splattered with bacon grease. Not the case at laser away. Super professional, clean, modern equipment. The laser is certainly hot but the whole time there is a blower with cold air streaming at the same time the laser is doing its job. It was an awesome experience. I highly recommend this provider.

I called The Scottsdale location for filler pricing and scheduling an appointment I was transferred to the rudest person I’ve ever talked to in my life (filler consultant ) she was extremely rude and just a horrible person, they made up a story pretending to be headquarters and never gave me a name, that’s why Im rating it so low.

Very unhappy and no results! I did 10 sessions for underarms and brazilian and was still experiencing hair growth the next day following shaving and hair follicles showing. I requested the same technician EVERY time and EVERY time they still put me with someone else. I did share with them that my hair growth wasnt going away and they gave me a few complimentary sessions. But still here I am, the hair growth is still here! I ended up asking my aesthetician at a medical office I go to about why it wasnt going away.. Turns out the settings arent strong and now I am paying for it again at the office where results are proven. Thanks for nothing Laser Away!

I had a great experience recently at Laseraway. My last and final hair removal was fast, painless and friendly, I topped up my package with a maintenance package. I also purchased a Clear and Brilliant skin treatment package from Robyn. She was exceptionally knowledgeable and informative about the procedure and what to expect from the treatment. I have been getting skin treatment at various other competitor locations in Scottsdale including treatment at my plastic surgeons office and this experience was better than any I have had elsewhere.I highly recommend the treatment experience at Laser Away and think they offer excellent service.

I came in for my appointment which was scheduled for 2:30pm.. was told when I walked in “oh we were wondering if you were coming.” I asked what do you mean and the receptionist told me that my appointment was at 2:15 so they were only going to be able to do 2 out of the 3 treatment areas. I apologized and said I could’ve sworn it was at 2:30 and went in for my treatment. It was really bugging me so I checked my email for the confirmation and surprise, surprise.. my appointment was at 2:30 NOT 2:15. I showed the receptionist the email confirmation for 2:30 which I received 2 days prior to my appointment and she apologize and said “wow, that’s weird.” They didn’t even try to accommodate me or offer anything for the INCREDIBLE inconvenience, which ended up being their fault. I was there for my appointment on time. No one called to let me know the time changed or anything. Absolutely ridiculous and frustrating. This is nothing against the laser techs.. they are absolutely wonderful. It’s the front desk BS.

Avoid this business if you are expecting a good experience and professional services. My first visit was easy to schedule a BBL appointment, but when I arrived they proceeded to tell me I could not get the treatment that day and convinced me to buy an upgraded package of 3 Clear & Brilliant services, which I bought. When I tried to schedule the actual appointment to get the treatment, it was very difficult to find availability. They day before the appointment they called and said they double booked me, and needed to reschedule. I ultimately received 1 of the 3 treatments, and my skin looked burned, irritated and so red and crusty that I could not leave home for 1 week. I said I did not want the other 2 C&B, and eventually they agreed to schedule BBL, but would not refund the increased cost for the remaining 2 C&B services. I scheduled the BBL, but received a call 15 minutes before the appointment asking if I was coming. I said yes, but it would arrive right at the scheduled time. When I arrived, the person at the front desk was incredibly rude and proceeded to lecture me in a very loud voice in a crowded lobby about being 1 minute late - yes 1, and would not be able to treat me. I said I can’t believe we are having this uncomfortable conversation over 1 minute! I walked out and will never go back even though I have paid for 3 services, and only received 1. The amount I paid is not worth the horrible experience.

I love laseraway for my Botox and fillers. The are very experienced here and I have only had the best treatments. I have also done a laser series on my face and neck. Love it!

So happy I came here! It was my first time getting Botox and was pretty anxious, but Nicole and her team put me right at ease- they were very calming. They were so professional and very nice. And, the injections were not bad at all! I could definitely tell they were very knowledgeable and had experience. I will be back and recommend this place to anyone!!

Brittany, my technician, is great! If it wasnt for her I would give this place 2 stars. We constantly have issues. My name on someone elses chart. My appointment moved or cancelled with no notice, right before I leave town. Asking why I would never consider getting a Brazilian! Really?? Like Im some kind of monster for wanting to have hair in my private area! They need to get their act together.

Love this location, Michelle and everyone that works there are so friendly and knowledgeable. They Make you feel so comfortable and no pressure with anything. I will definitely be going back!

They’re always friendly, but this last visit was...much needed. I went in for the two week Botox check (everything is great btw as usual) and the kind woman at the front (Haley I believe?) asked how my holiday was. I tried saying it was fine, but embarrassed, I burst into tears. My sister and brother have both been diagnosed with cancer within a month of each other and the most recent news came the day before thanksgiving. I couldn’t hold back my tears—I hadn’t gotten upset about it before...I guess it just hit me right then. What happened though? She grabbed my hand. She let me cry and kept holding my hand. I needed it more than I even realized. Upon leaving, she gave me a big hug and told me to drop in if I needed anything at all.Like I said, they’re always fantastic. But this last visit shows you that they’re genuinely kind—they’re not just nice to you so you’ll spend money. Getting needles stuck in your face can be intimidating, but if you’re going to do it anywhere, do it here. Besides being real live humans, they know what they’re talking about and they know what they’re doing. LaserAway all the way.

Tried laser tattoo removal.. 9 treatments & pretty much as black as the day walked in. They actually acted shocked & showed me pictures of success stories.. nothing of which helped me.. But they said they would be happy to charge me for more sessions.. um.. no thank you

My experience at Laser away in scottsdale is always amazing. Even to the fact when I call and set an appointment they remember me and ask how Im doing. Absolutely the most awful staff! They all look like fake plastic dolls. Every time I have had an appointment they have called before to reschedule the time on me. They tried up selling me hard on going from an IPL to clear and brillant which is nearly 5x more expensive. Just go once and you will never go back.

Avoid as they are not credited by the BBB.

I have been going to laser away for quite sometime for my tattoo removal & Im loving my results! With just one session, I noticed the ink fading. Ive had multiple sessions & the tattoos are almost completely gone! Yes it hurts badly, but the techs at laser away make it as comfortable as possible! They know exactly when to stop for a break without you having to tell them! I love love love this place!

Phoenix location update You will get the run around and different things from everyone there. First i was lied to by someone who claimed they were high up then her manager called me and because there mistake they gave me free Botox and rescheduled my treatment. I get to there for my treatment and they said they can’t do anything waisting my time and money off work and to come back six weeks to reassess something i already pre paid for. Then the manager said she would refund me half since i only got half of what i paid for now to someone else telling me there refunding me less than half. This is fraud and ridiculous do not come here unless you want to give away money free for no product. This is stealing.

I just left my second to last treatment for hair removal and this is the first time I had the pleasure of having Ashley be my technician. She was working efficiently to help everyone that she could with the unexpected technical difficulties they were having. I felt she was the most relatable members of the staff there. Although everyone here is helpful she was helpful AND personable. As far as the treatments themselves, theyre noce but for me individually it would be more worth it if it was a little cheaper.

AVOIDif youre using it through groupon, you might think its a good deal because of the price...but ITS NOT!!They change the setting for the treatment so you come in for more sessions. For the first weeks, you will notice that the hair is not growing as much, but give it 6 to 8 months after finishing the last treatment and you will see that its growing back.Depending on hair type, skin tone.. you would need 4 to 6 sessions for underarms. They will tell you, you need at least 10...because they LOWER the intensity so the treatment is not maximized.Be careful and stay informed!!

BUYER BEWARE!They sell a cheap package and then turn down the settings for the treatment so that the customer must come back for results.They are very smooth talking and have an answer for everything.They WILL get you back there for 8 - 10 treatments so they can chargeyou instead of getting the job done in 3 (which their state of the art equipment CAN accomplish).If they just did their best - they would have ALL the laser business!But greed and unethical, dishonest practice is what they are famous for.

I bought a package for Brazilian lasar treatments. The package was for 8-10 treatments. I received 12 and still have 40% hair growth left. When I tried to book another appt I was told I would need to purchase a maintenance package...why on earth would I purchase more treatments when the ones I had didnt work???? I asked to have a manager call me and no response. Terribly unhappy with my results.

Dye to an accident my neck pain prevents me from manscaping. Long term solutions often result in temporary inconvenience. All the women working here could be my child or almost grandchild. They treat me like any other client and I appreciate that.

Hate this place waist of money!! I purchased a full body laser hair removal treatments did around 12 treatments I wasn’t seeing good results kept telling the staff they said the hair should be gone by the last treatment I get, so I waited till the last treatment I told them I was still getting most of the hair growing back not one area is hairless they said body’s work different blah blah blah so I requested more treatments because I was promised to be hairless by the end of treatments by Natly who sold me the package and that’s the laseraway fake promise on every post on social media she totally ignored my request didn’t hear from her so I called 3 times after each time they gave me a different excuse of her not being there and that she would call me back but never did! They just wanna take ur money they don’t care about what u think of thier business.
