Dawn was amazing! If you’re going to see anyone there, request her as your therapist. She was professional and kind and made me feel very comfortable. Unlike every other therapist I saw at the Scottsdale location. Every other therapist made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Also, be aware… they hit you with a big membership cancellation fee. So make sure you REALLY want to do the membership long term before you sign up.

I have been doing laser hair removal for about 6 months now, and have loved every bit of my experience so far. The Scottsdale office is very conveniently located, appointments take maybe 10 minutes (if you have multiple areas), and the results speak for themselves. The hair in my underarms started getting thinner and more sparse after the 3rd or 4th treatment. I just started doing my bikini line, too, which Im super excited about. The pain is not bad at all. Its like youre getting poked or pinched in one little place at a time, but then its over before you even know it.I definitely suggest signing up for their email newsletter and waiting for a deal to come up--they happen all the time. Especially for single area packages. Thats how Ive justified paying for a service like this. And then after 18 months of treatments, youre essentially hair free in that area. You may need a touch up here and there (meaning every couple years), but other than that youre good to go!If youre going to the Scottsdale office, I definitely recommend Desiree. She is super knowledgeable about the science behind laser hair removal and can answer any questions you have, plus she is very attentive and always makes sure you are comfortable.

Amazing! I’ve had great results with my laser hair removal — Dawn and Linda are wonderful! The Restorative Gel they recommend during your treatments is hands down necessary in my opinion too . I’m a hairstylist and I had a burn from a curling iron and applied the gel multiple times a day right when the burn occurred. After two weeks I was healed with very minimal scarring. Usually I scar so easy and take forever to heal. That stuff is the bomb! I use it all the time on my dry hands too! Hairstylist plus being a mom destroys my hands. Life saver!

Went to get hair removal on my upper body and face. I am currently transitioning MTF and they were very respectful of my pronouns and preferred name. They were very clear about expectations of the laser and were very kind enough to let me take breaks if I needed them. Very highly recommended if you need hair removal as a trans woman!

I’ve wanted laser hair removal for a very long time and I am so happy that I am able to see Linda for my treatments now. I am already starting to see results which is amazing. If your looking for good results and knowledgeable staff, this isnt the place. I purchased a full body 2 year membership back in July 2018 and still have about 60% of hair that I started with. About a year in, I expressed I wasnt seeing the results I was told would be happening. So I allowed more treatments thinking everyone is different and all bodies do not react the same. 15 months in the tech finally said I should do a review with the office manager as they have changed settings and nothing seemed to be changing. I went in for a review and all we did was talk and she looked at my arms and legs with me fully dressed. Mind you, I did laser treatments pretty much on my entire body. Fast forward to March, I was told this should of been a review where all body parts should of been looked at and it should of been in an exam room. After I found this out I wanted to speak to a higher up as clearly the one in charge/office manager didnt even know how to do their job and she kept insisting there was no one higher up then her to speak with. If I could give 0 stars I would. I was recommend to come here from a friend who ended up breaking her membership and leaving I should have left with her but wanted to give them a chance. In the end they got what they wanted, which to me all they seem to be interested in is money. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!!!!

My Simple Choice treatment results were about what I expected, so I’m happy about that. Over the course of my treatments, I experienced many frustrations regarding the lack of customer service at this location, but two employees made it worth it to finish my treatments. Dahlia is the most helpful employee at this location. She greets clients by name, is genuinely friendly (not fake at all), and thoroughly answers questions. Milli, from corporate, represents the company splendidly over the phone. She is very knowledgeable about all aspects (treatments, options, scheduling, payments, etc.). She was definitely my go to person for anything related to my appointments. Without her customer service, I would have canceled after my first treatment.

I love this location and have always had a great experience! Jessica is one of my favorite technicians! She is fun, but most of all she is THOROUGH. And gets all the weird little nooks and crannies you’re sometimes too afraid to mention. Highly recommend this place and Jessica.

🚩🚩Red flag🚩🚩Just had my first NON visit. The calendar information sent me to the wrong location, which was 30 MINUTES away from my apt. When I call and explain where I am the woman tells me to come anyway so I then drive the 30 minutes to the location only 10 minutes from my apt(where the appt actually was) only to sign in and have the woman tell me “oh unfortunately your appointment has ended and the next client has already arrived, you can stay and wait for a no show if you like”...... Why the hell would you tell me to drive all the way here in rush hour traffic if you knew I wouldn’t make it anyway!? Long story short the incompetent front desk girl rescheduled me so hopefully she’s the only idiot that works there... we’ll see

I love this Office Location! Everyone is highly energetic, very caring and helped me greatly. As a person with darker skin tone, I was nervous about how the machinery will affect my skin. There is not consistency in treatments . I dont think they know what they are doing . I dont know about the other locations, but the one in Scottsdale are not pleasant at all. I will not recommend this place to anyone . it took me a while to review this place, until my last session which was completely unpleasant . As many others too.I will definitely look for another place to continue my hair removal treatment in another areas of my body . Maybe because they are cheaper than others places .Bottom line, my experience was unpleasant .Don’t waste your money !

I waxed for almost five years when I decided to give laser a try. I wish I would have switched years ago. Not only is it faster and less painful than waxing in my opinion, but I am actually seeing results. With waxing, I still had to go every four weeks with no change in the amount of regrowth but with laser I noticed a huge difference in the amount of regrowth after the first treatment. The staff at simplicity is very friendly and professional, the facility is clean, and the appointments run on time. If you are thinking about trying laser this is the place to go.

Started getting laser hair removal in Texas before I moved to Scottsdale. I appreciate how Sarah helped me get right back to where I was while making sure I’m comfortable throughout each appointment. She is kind and efficient!

A tech told me/implied that when you buy groupon services they use low laser settings so that you dont get great results from the groupon treatment packages, which helps them get customers to agree to buy their membership packages. Also, the service at the front desk is horrid. I had an instance where I woke up feeling sick and when I called to reschedule my appt the girl told me I had to get a doctors note to excuse me for a same day cancel or Id lose a treatment (which I had purchased a Groupon package of 6). Later they refused to reschedule my appt w/o me paying $20 upfront for the repurchase of a treatment they had to reschedule. The front office staff needs customer service skills training and their policies need to some work too.

You can look anywhere you want but youll be hard pressed to find these prices for laser hair removal. A few sessions and youll find yourself not needing to shave much if at all. You can also do monthly payments unlike other places where you have to pay a few thousand upfront to be seen. Just make sure you listen when they say dont tan. The laser is intense and gets the job done but if you dont listen to their requests then they cant safely treat you. But they work with you so well. Once you sign up for a plan theyll accommodate to what you want removed. I LOVE these guys.My skin feels so much more smooth 😁❤

Linda at Simplicity Laser of Scottsdale is incredibly talented. I have been seeing noticeable results on my legs thus far. Throughout the entire laser process, she checks in with me to see how I am feeling and how my body is reacting to the laser. She has clearly educated herself on laser procedures, protocol and hygienic methods. She also has my best interests at heart. For one of my appointments, I had remnants of tanning lotion still on my legs. Rather than taking a chance and burning me with the laser, she simply rescheduled my appointment. I was charged a late fee for cancelling due to sun exposure( which they cant treat if youve been exposed) and to reschedule is very hard theyll reschedule for 2 weeks out and youre still getting charged every month even if you dont go to your appointment. I cant wait for my treatments to be over and I will never buy another package here again.Do not recommend!

Dawn is the best laser tech out there. She’s very thorough, super professional and does an amazing job getting my stubborn hair gone! I highly recommend going to her!

I have tried laser hair removal at various locations, but it never seemed to have lasting results. Then I tried simplicity.I have been seeing Dawn for my laser hair removal. She is extremely friendly. She helps to put me at ease and always makes sure that I am comfortable. She always asks about regrowth and areas that we may need to focus on.I could not be happier with the results! I rarely shave anymore. If you are on the fence about laser hair removal, do it!

Simplicity Laser is amazing!!!! I’ve been coming for various treatment areas over the last 2 years. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. I even got my husband in to get his back treated. The best part are the results I’m seeing. Bye bye dark hairs. So nice not to have to shave. And you see results so quickly! Lastly, it’s so much more adorable than Laser Away. And if paid in full you get a 10% discount! It’s a no-brainer.

This location of Simplicity is awesome. They are super clean, always run on time and Linda the laser tech is great- she makes the experience as painless as possible and given the volume she cranks through there it is amazing she is able to keep that smile on her face every single time. My underarm treatments are complete (8) and I have almost complete elimination of hair. My bikini line is about halfway through. The results on that are not quite as good but I still have 3 or 4 treatments left! I would highly recommend Linda and this location. Reasonably priced, too!

I have been going to Dawn for almost a year now and I couldn’t be happier—I had just moved back to Scottsdale and was worried I would not find a place that was going to give me what I need. Dawn has been nothing short of checking everything off that list.
