Carried my son in for his haircut, he really likes the shampoo/conditioner, hot towels, and massage after the cut and then the final styling last thing. The stylist are great, they put in the computer how he likes it cut. So each time we dont have to explain it all again if theres a different stylist.

Nicole took her time and did an excellent job.Update 8/27/2021I been a customer for several years at this location. The last 2 months I was very disappointed in customer service. Last month when. I arrived on schedule I was told I had 30 minute wait because of a lunch break. I left and returned. Once again I received a nice cut. Todays experience I received a text that my stylist would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived the board stated 45 minutes. I questioned Nicole and told her I received a text that she was ready. She told me that was a mistake and she had to take lunch in 1 minute. I told her the same thing happened last month and asked if she had to take her lunch now. She said yes. Told her I would not be back. My customer would come first under this circumstance.

I’ve got to be honest here. A couple of years ago my boys had a couple of issues at this location. Rather than speak up, I myself, went to another location and the boys didn’t want to go any longer. When I had trouble at the newer location, I went back to the same Lake Worth location again. Believe it or not, had an issue and this time I spoke up via email. The issue was resolved immediately. Since then I haven’t had a problem and it’s been 5 star rating. Although, she may not want her name mentioned, Nichole is amazing at what she does. She’s attentive and caring and is an asset to the SportsClips team!!

Workers do not know how to use the online check in system. Wait time was estimated to be 82 mins for a seat time of 6:11pm. At 5:43pm received a text that I had 15 mins to be there by 6:00pm, then got a text 2 mins later sayin I was up @ 5:45 pm got in the store at 5:47 and was already skipped which moved my time to 30 minute wait so nee time now 6:20pm. Please teach staff to correctly use the check in system.

I bring both my boys to this shop its clean and on time. They are professional and give the best haircuts we have found around us. Angela does the best faded mo hawk and Nicole does the best fades.

I really like this place a lot. Their work is consistent among the stylists. The only issue I have with this place, thus the 4 stars, is the wait. Most of the time now it seems like they only have 2 stylists working on the floor. Ive tried to go at opening and I am still behind 3 people waiting to get their hair cut. You will spend about 30 minutes waiting. I am now in the process of looking for another hair place due to the wait, unfortunately.

MVP is a must. Sure you can spend less money at another place but the quality of haircut is almost always less as well. Online check-in is the way to go and has been a long awaited addition to this franchise. If you get lucky you will find a stylist you trust and you can check in with them online and arrive when it tells you to.

I went there just as a walk in, I was looking for a place to get a haircut, I’m really surprised by how nice and clean the place look, April was so friendly and super polite, explained to me all the good things about the place, What a great experience and the most important April did a great job, very happy.

I’ve been to this location twice and the third time will be my last. A gentlemen came in after me and put in first available. I had an appointment with Sophie. However, the gentleman went ahead of me. Never coming back.

Walked in mid-day with little wait. I came in with a coupon with no plan to come back, but the service from Sophie and management was so great that i will have to come back. I definitely recommend this Sports Clips!
