Amanda and Rachel are professional and efficient. They are very friendly too! I have only been to the Tempe location but it’s easy to find and in a central location. I highly recommend Smooth Laser and Medspa.

I have been going to this place for couple years now, started with full face, bikini and underarms. Now, i only do touch ups for my face. Laser treatments do not completely remove hair but for me, it has decreased the hair growth by 80-90%. I, personally prefer to go to Rachael, she is amazing, always smiling and very professional. Listens well, when i have issues with certain areas and always tend to follow up to make sure i am happy with their services. Their business is amazing, and i have seen it grow well in the past couple years. I have nothing negative to say about them as i have always been a happy customer! I would recommend this place to anyone who is in need of laser hair removal or facial and any of their many wonderful services, that they provide to their customers.

I have never had any type of treatment like this before but was referred to Rachael by a close friend. I finished three treatments over four months. Have not needed to go back for treatments. Hair is permanently gone!! I’ve been so impressed with the results.I thought something like this would cost a lot of money but it was very inexpensive. Im very amazed by the technology nowadays!The staff there is so professional and friendly, made me feel very comfortable.I would recommend smooth Medspa in Scottsdale to anyone looking to do hair permanent removal.Finally I’m going to try other services they provide too!!

I have been meaning to schedule an appointment for a facial and laser hair removal treatment for about a year now.I’m so mad at myself for waiting so long! Rachel was very friendly, knowledgeable, and we had a ton of things in common!I love that this is t like a normal spa where you get pampered, you get the work done and then go about your day.The laser on my underarms was pretty easy, and only tingled right in the middle of the armpit. I told Rachel about maybe getting more work done if this helped and she did a complementary patch on my leg so I could see.I am excited to see the results and can’t wait for my 1 month follow up!Highly recommend this place!

Absolutely the best place for all your laser needs!! Nervous DONT BE these girls make you feel welcomed, they actually talk with you instead of making you feel weird by not saying anything...I will never go anywhere else ❤️
