I took my Maserati here three times. The first time I took it there I was told it would take 2 days and it ended up taking a week. I decided to give them a third chance and took it here. I was told it would take about a week and it ended up being two weeks with nothing even done to my car. They never bother to call their customers to update them and the communication is horrible. All I ever heard was excuses from this place. I ended up taking my body kit that they were going to install to another place. When the other place looked at it, they started laughing at what a horrible job was done on painting. The whole body kit has to be sanded, painted and properly finished and fitted now. The easiest thing I had on my list for them to do, they didnt even finish. I simply wanted them to connect a wire for my radar detector to come on automatically and they didnt even do that. I rented a car which ended up costing me almost $1,000. I basically paid $1,000 for my Maserati to sit at their shop and have absolutely nothing done on it for 2 weeks

Corey, Carl, and Kyle have always helped me and walked me through what they would be doing. I recommend this shop to everyone! This shop can wrap your car beautifully and get it running correctly. Only place in AZ I trust with my car!

Love this shop!!! All of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Most shops would try to up sell on the spot but these guys cleared all repairs the car needed with me and even gave me a time frame for when other repairs would most likely be needed. I appreciate this shops attention to detail and their down to earth yet professional atmosphere! I wouldnt take my car anywhere else! Thanks VMG!!

These guys keep surprising me. I didnt think it could get any better. I was about to spend 6 - 7 hours of labor at a different shop for my Lotus. Dont go anywhere else for accuracy on shop time. Corey and Carl are honest about what it will take on labor. They were able to perform the work for half of the time and also had some of the parts I needed in stock, which is unusual for a Lotus in Phoenix.

This shop is fantastic. Everyone is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. I was expecially pleased with Casey and how well he treated me. I cant wait to go back for not only parts but regular maintenance.

Fantastic facility- large, clean and state of the art. Outstanding, knowledgable staff took care of my car from start to finish with no issues along the way. I had car issues while visiting Scottsdale from CA for a couple of days. They were able to get me in and fixed my car before I was ready to head back home! Awesome service!

They did a half ass ppi for me!!! Just sent me pictures. I called several times and even tried to have them fix a simple thing. Unfortunately Cory can not call customers back!!! They just want to take your money and are a horrible shop!!!!!!

The team here is very experienced and does excellent work they are very true to their word and I would recommend them to anybody
