Chapman Ford in general has been good to me, the Quick Lane is no exception. Ive always had good luck getting my car in for oil change first thing in the morning even without appointment. Staff is friendly and not pushy, recommended for all your servicing needs.
Took my 2019 Mustang Eco-boost in today for The Works (oil change, tire rotation, etc.). Jesus Cuevas did a great job of getting me in and out quickly. Wifi, coffee and you can actually see them work through the windows in the waiting room. Didnt try and upsell me on anything. Great experience.
Was in and out in very timely manner as Miguel is my service adviser and has always does outstanding job.
So it was my first time coming here as I was recommended by someone. I went in a for a simple oil change and then decided to do a coolant flush. I had made no appointment so I had to wait a little longer which was fine by me. When it was all done, I noticed that my vehicle was not washed. I overhear everyone else’s car was being washed but not mine. Whatever, as soon as I get home I check their work. Check the oil; looked good. Checked the coolant and it still was dirty. It still had contaminates in the reservoir!! I was shocked! I asked for a complete flush not a coolant change big difference and I did not receive that. Now I have to do it myself and redo this all over again. Thanks for nothing. I Do not recommend coming here at all!!
I stopped by last week but they didnt have the correct oil filter in stock. I figured I would give them another shot this week. Excellent and efficient customer service.
Kaylee was probably the most professional one and i can’t say the same about the rest I had an appointment and then I was told I didn’t have one yet I showed up a few mins early and just for a check engine light was on and I all I wanted was it to be turned off and I’m waiting here for an hour Miguel didn’t put it through til my fiancé asked for the keys back and still got everyone out before me and I had another appointment at 1 and it’s an hour away. I’m tired of being treated like trash just cause I’m using my points and they didn’t have a problem before with me when I was actually paying, sorry I haven’t but I had point for a reason right 😡

What a great place! I was passing through this area and needed an oil change. I utilize a Quick Lane in Texas so I am familiar with the services this company offers. The personnel were very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, complete with coffee, hot tea, water AND a popcorn machine. Wait til I tell my Texas folks! :)

Great price and service. The building is not attached to the main maintenance building though so you have to find it if your coming from McDowell
First there was no greeting for an empty lobby. I was in for a quick tire mount but ended up going to the dealership (Ford) which was literally right next door. No customer service, just a thats all I can do attitude. In that case Ill wait that extra half hour to be serviced right.
The guys were awesome and fast! They paid attention to my one concern and followed up with me about it. Very clean and professional!

I enjoy the speed and convenience of quick lane. They service all of my 13 commerical trucks as well as my personal as well. They also do a derailed and efficient job. I would highly recomend.
I always overpay to come here and have them do my oil changes thinking theyd be able to take better care of my car than regular shops (seeing as its a Ford). However, this last time they didnt touch anything extra (not even the tire PSI) that they claim to have done on my receipt. I was also told by their service department that only two techs work on the weekends, so it would take one weekend to diagnose a problem and one weekend to fix it. That seems like an odd time to have such a low amount of techs. I recently had a much more pleasant experience at Autonation Ford in North Scottsdale. No shortage of techs on the weekend, and they actually do what they say theyve done on your receipt.

Very professional customer service..
Nothing quick about it. Scheduled a service online for 8:30 and was told that it will take 2 to 2 1/2 hours for a regular oil change. I mentioned I have an appointment for 8:30, the guy replied that its only for dropping off the car and doesnt mean that the car will get looked at 8:30. Not going there anymore.
It wasnt busy when I got there so, I got right in. Desk person was okay - just doing his job. Just as the ones actually doing the work on the cars.
