My friend lives in an area where the garages back up to an alley way (as you can see in the photo), which makes it very difficult for a towing service to back right up to you. My car was dead and inside the garage, so I needed someone with expertise to get it out safely and tow it to my mechanic. I simply googled towing Scottsdale and came across these guys-- and Im so glad I did. They were able to get my vehicle out quickly, safely, and loaded up on their tow truck in no time. And to top it off, the driver was so friendly and actually cared about my concerns. I now have their number saved so that if I ever need towing in Scottsdale again, Ill know just the local company to call.

I rarely review services or products; however, this towing service was exceptional! My car wasnt safe to drive, and I was about 45 minutes from home when I called the service. He said hed be there in 20 minutes. He showed up on time and had my car on the flatbed in 5 minutes and drove me to the dealership. Thank you for your courtesy and for a great conversation 😊

This fellow answered my 8:00 am phone call and met me promptly at a grocery lot where my Toyota Rav was unresponsive. I asked for a tow to the local dealer, but he suggested first we try a jump. That worked like a charm (he had cables with him, of course). He then recommended a local business that would be able to replace my battery at a reasonable rate. Which was true -- I was home with my new battery by 9:00 am. Absolutely outstanding service! Reasonable price. Prompt. Yay.

This company rocks, after I try to load my lifted truck on a trailer, with a broken tie rod so now steering, I had to tap out and call these guys to save the day, he was able to load it on his truck and transfer it over to our trailer which was a pain but he did his magic and did the job much thanks

Cheap and they dont try to run it up

$100 to jump my battery. It took the tow truck driver longer to generate my receipt than jump my battery.

Great service was left on the side of the 17 by 2 other companies that refused to travel out to new river. Mike was great friendly and knew his truck well only took him a couple minutes to get me loaded and out of the heat thats guys

On time and great service. Made a reservation for a same day flatbed pickup of our vintage mustang which needed to be put into storage. Scottsdale Tow Tuck showed up exactly on time and did a great job of both loading and unloading our vehicle at the storage unit. The driver even got it as far into the unit without our having to push it as possible commenting I hate for people to have to push. Happy to have used them and would recommend or use again.

I was at work and got the dreaded call from my daughter that she had a flat tire in North Scottsdale - Im over an hour away.I called a couple places but only Scottsdale Tow Truck Company could be there in 30-40 minutes so I went with them.They show up and have the spare on in a few minutes. Definitely the best towing company in Scottsdale. These guys helped my friends and I out when we were in a bind visiting AZ a few weeks ago. My friends vehicle broke down and we had to search for a tow truck Scottsdale residents would recommend. They quoted us a great price and got there faster than they said they would. We called a few other towing companies first and then found them. Other towing service dispatchers were rude and unaccommodating... but not Scottsdale Tow Truck Company. We could tell from the friendliness over the phone that this was the tow company to give a chance to. I would never recommend this tow company for anyone. I called them three days ago for a tow. They never came by or called. Had to get someone else to do the job. They are extremely rude and disrespectful.. They also like to hang up on you when talking to them. Im all for the mom and pop compancompanyines. They mean alot to all of us. But this company isnt worth anyones time. I deal with customers everyday. They ask me about tow cocompanies and who is the best to call. Greenway towing isnt ever going to be one of them. They are also part of the old Sun City towing company... Good luck and stay clear of Greenway towing..

The truck arrived in a short time. Tim, the driver was a likeable guy besides being professional and very careful with our little sports car. I was most impressed with the effort he went to in order to park my car exactly where I wanted it in the garage, which is on a substantial uphill driveway. I will request their service by name when using my insurance companys tow benefit from now on. Highly recommend.

Had a nasty blow out on 101 and 64th street. Called multiple tow companies and they all said they would be 3 hours or more before they could get me. Dean said he was on another job but could be there in 35 minutes. He showed up is 17 minutes. Was fast, friendly, and really well priced. I would Highly recommend using him over All City towing or any of those big companies.

My tire blew while I was on the freeway. When going to put my spare on, my jack broke. I had called about 10 other places. Wish I would have called these guys first. Told me it would be about an hour, Dean got out to me in about 20 minutes. Got the spare on and once he lowered the car realized the spare didn’t have enough air. Dean then offered to drive me to work and said once they had a truck available they would tow my car for me. Mel brought my car to my work with air in the tire and said she had also checked all my other tires for me. They went above and beyond. Thank you guys for making a crappy morning a whole heck of a lot better.

80.00 to come give a jumpstart and I was less than a mile down the road.

To begin, I needed a tow on friday night after work and being the victim of a fender bender in a hit and run. It was within 2 miles of the Phoenix Open, so super serious traffic. Two other tow companies wouldnt even come to the area. Brandon was very courteous and changed the outcome of my evening. He allowed me to leave my vehicle completely safe while I left. Then he stayed in contact with me until my vehicle was delivered. This is my new go to tow company!

I had a classic car with 4 flat tires that needed to be moved to a restoration shop in Mesa. After sending photos of the vehicle to Dean and discussing the situation, he came up the next day as scheduled to tow it. He jacked up each axle and after several attempts to fill the tires with air, decided not to pull it onto his flatbed in fear of damaging the wire wheels or undercarriage. He left without even asking for payment, and told me we would have to install new tires before it could be towed. He returned a few days later and placed this very low profile vehicle on his truck without incident. He completed the tow and got the vehicle to the shop and offloaded perfectly...... and at a very reasonable price. ( this was his second trip to N. Scottsdale). Id recommend Dean and Scottsdale Towing to anyone. Great service at a great price.
