This Team is terrific. They have been managing our units for almost 2 years. We had our first emergency and of course it was after hours - AND on a weekend. They have a staff on call at all times. The problem was addressed and fixed in less than 24 hours. We are an out-of-state owner and need a Team like this that works for us and the Tenants. Its worth the minimal higher cost when compared to other management companies. Highly recommend them.

I rented a home from the folks at Sage for a year. The signing of the lease and set up of automatic rent payment was seamless. Their use of a portal for notification of maintenance needs was also easy to use and allowed me to contact them at my convenience and schedule. The Sage contact person was responsive and things were fixed in a reasonable, timely manner. They take care of their properties and the tenants thoroughly and thoughtfully.

Has been a pleasure working with Sage. I’m a landlord that lives outside of AZ and they were able to handle remodeling projects, getting house ready to rent and finding a qualified tenant very quickly. I’d recommend them to anyone that is looking for someone to manage their property. Very professional.

Unfortunately our rental experience with sage wasn’t as pleasant as others. We rented a home for only nine months. The refrigerator leaked all over the kitchen, the AC would not cool below 80 in the hottest part of the summer. The pool guy didn’t come for about half of the lease, leaving the pool filthy and useless. The maintenance requests were a dead end. We had to leave the lease early as my wife and I are expecting and needed to buy a house. They did allow us to break the lease for a cost as long as new tenants agreed to move in. You wouldn’t believe the damage you can do to a house you never spent any time in. They really helped themselves to our massive deposit. We treated the house like our own and left it in as good if not better shape than we came in. They replaced baseboards, stove tops, all things that were in very poor shape when we moved in. They also promised to replace the carpet before we moved in and they didn’t. Promised to replace the broken closet doors. Didn’t. I replaced all the closet door runners on my own dime, and also spent hours upon hours cleaning the pool when the pool guy failed to come. It’s not that I expected much better, but with these other positive reviews I had my hopes up a little. Disappointed.

I worked closely with Lori, Jon and Andrea over 1.5 years while we rented our apartment. They were always quick to respond and resolve any issues that came up. I appreciated working with them more than any other property management service I have been with before! Highly recommend.

I rented with them for close to 5 years. Nothing but class acts and true professionals. We went through a rough patch for a bit, and Andrea and Jon bent over backwards to work with us until we climbed out of it. They treated us like people and not clients. I will definitely rent with them again if need be and recommended them highly. Great company and great people.

Best made plans do not always work out. When my wife and rented a house thru Sage, we intended to be there at least four or more years. She passed away 6 months ago, after only 2 years of a 3 year lease. The owners and management team at Sage were fantastic and most considerate in helping me find a way out of the lease that gave me time to find a smaller place to accommodate me and my dogs. During my stay, Sage was there to take care of simple issues from time worn leaky pipes to typical lawn sprinkler problems. Always there to assist with any issue.Only wish you had a smaller home.

Couldnt have asked for more when Jay and Jon at Sage connected me with a dream condo in Scottsdale, they were upfront about the requirements and respond so fast to any questions.
