I was very happy with my service with VIP in Topsham. Another garage had told me I needed new shocks and an alignment for my car but when I took it in to VIP he looked it over and said I didn’t need new shocks just an alignment saving me about $400. I really appreciated the honesty and excellent service. I am definitely going to continue to use this garage. I would definitely highly recommend them.

Super happy with my experience at VIP. I was able to schedule an appointment within the same week for an unknown squeaking sound. Unfortunately turned out I needed new brakes, and tires. I am so appreciative that the manager took the time to show me why and what needed to be replaced, definitely eased the mind. I was also quoted prices before work was done, which is great. They were even able to do the work all the same day! Despite the busy waiting room and non stop phone calls, all employees remained happy and pleasant with their customer service!

Very impressed with the service I received yesterday. They seem to care about each customers needs and give you price quotes ahead of time so there arent any nasty surprises. They took pity on me having a flat tire on a Sunday and squeezed me in earlier than was convenient for them, which allowed me to continue with my plans that day. Very polite, kind, and professional.

I’m always skeptical when going to have my vehicle serviced, always feeling uneasy because of past experiences at dealerships and being overcharged etc. etc. However, to my amazement it was something that I was not even charged for at VIP Tires@ Service in Topsham Maine. They were honest enough to do the right thing. Had I gone to the dealership they would’ve charged me, I am positive about that. I appreciate VIPs honesty they’ve made a new customer. This is the only place I bring my car for inspections or repairs. Todd does a great job helping his customers pay the lowest price and he and his team help their customers understand exactly what’s wrong with their cars (like bringing them out on to the floor so they can see underneath their vehicle). They also give back to the community.

These guys are top-notch! Friendly, informative, straight-forward! When I asked that they check my air filter for squirrel habitat, they cleaned that up---and let me know that the vermin were living in my cabin filter. My oil change, alignment and squirrel riddance took an hour less than planned. am, and will definitely be, a repeat customer!

Went in to schedule a oil change and a sticker on a vehicle no one at the counter waited around and no one came out. Obviously they do not care for anybody’s business or time.Not a business that I would recommend

Another good day at Topsham VIP. Elizabeth L. service advisor explained everything in detail that needed to be addressed. Had state inspection at no cost VIP special for the month, front end alignment at no cost because I had enrolled in the lifetime alignment. This is a great program I would recommend to anyone.

My son took his car to VIP for an inspection sticker and was told he needed a brake job and some body work. He was given a quote for a $400 brake job on a set of brakes that had been replaced less than 500 miles ago. When my husband took the car back and asked about the brake job, they acknowledged that it wasnt necessary. I am completely disgusted that they would try to scam a kid like this. I will never take another vehicle back to this store.

I was super impressed with the service I received at the Topsham VIP! I wasnt sure what was needed for my vehicle and they were able to show me exactly what was going on and explained everything to me before they proceeded to fix it. Great service!

Todd the manager was great. I called him because we had a sidewall leak on a tire. Mind you we were 3.5 hours from home.... he told me get the truck there and he’d take care of it. We were in and out super quick. I have a lot of respect for a manager who’s honest right from the start and did what he needed to to get us home. Thanks Todd!

So Were do I begin was on the Phone with another VIP close to Were I Work, Which I have had all my Work done On my 2008 Honda, was Speaking to a Manager who I had never dealt with before was giving me a Real high and somewhat inaccurate Estimate on Work I needed done. I decided to call the Topsham location and I spoke to Ashley Applebee ! She game me the Correct EstimateAnd was a great salesperson in regards to service at her location so I made an appointment and just Spent over $600.00 on Work that was needed thanks to Everyone at Topsham VIP !

I have been very happy with the service at VIP auto both in Topsham and Brunswick - the two if frequent. The staff has proved to be very friendly and professional. I recommend VIP to all.

VIP in Topsham is great. Todd is awesome and is very diligent about getting customers convenient appointments as soon as possible. Every time I get my oil changed, its quick and easy. Wouldnt go anywhere else!

Passing through for work and needed an oil change on our Sprinter. They were awesome and managed to get us in before our scheduled appointment.We checked under the hood before we left and they had forgotten to re-attach a part (air filter piping). Had we not checked, we would’ve continued on without it. Super disappointing.We had some time while they did the oil change, and I observed they aren’t enforcing masks indoors.. which is mandated by the state/county as well as the corporate headquarters.Customer service gets an A+, but sadly everything else gets an F. Please do better. I’m glad we double checked your work. Will not return.

We fully trust Todd, Ashley and the VIP team to take care of our cars and our business. No matter what our situation - they do whatever they can to accommodate us as though we were family. I’ve been coming to this VIP in Topsham, ME for about a year now. I’ve never had an issue with anything I’ve brought my vehicles in for. They are always friendly and knowledgeable whenever I ask a question. They don’t try to up-sell or push any non-essential service. They are always willing to work with you with scheduling and trying to get your car serviced quickly and correctly. Todd is a great manager of this location and I always enjoy working with him to get things done. I will continue to come to this location as long as I live in Maine.

I like to work on my vehicles, but sometimes a job is best left to someone with the skills, experience, and tools to get the job done right. Todd and his team have taken great care of us and our multiple vehicles. They take the time to explain and show you what needs work, how involved it is, and an estimate that they stick to when the job is complete. I live a half an hour north and pass two other VIPs to get there but they’ve earned our business and we’ll keep coming back. Highly recommend.

I have had nothing but great experiences with the Topsham VIP. The waiting area is clean. Prices for services are easy to find. The wait time doesnt seem horribly long and the staff is friendly. This is the only place I will go for my oil changes.

Went to get an alignment done today, great shop with knowledgeable techs. Im a technician myself, but dont have the alignment rack at the house, so for this and other things i dont feel like doin, they got my service.

Been going here since 2004. Always good mechanics. Recently (6-7 years ago?) Todd took over this branch. He is smart, tells the truth and runs the business with ethics. I do my own struts and brakes in the driveway sometimes. I’ve always sensed they tell the truth with tie rods, ball sockets, mufflers, alignment issues etc. go here, it’s safe.

They were great. Our first time here and they were very nice and quick.

I have always had great luck and service at this VIP. Friendly, knowledgeable front desk, easy to make an appointment, and fair and honest when it comes to needed repairs. I actually drive further to get to THIS VIP rather than the one closer to my home.

Todd and his team were very helpful in assessing some damage to my car. Within 30 minutes of having my car towed to the garage, his team explained to me what was wrong, what needed to be done and when it could be done. Being from out of state and it being the weekend, we actually ended up having the car towed to my home. (If we lived locally we would have been more than happy to have them do the work.) In the meantime, he assisted me in finding a rental car service. I was very impressed with the service I received.

We were on our way home tonight and our car decided to need a little TLC before getting on the highway. VIP car center just closed but thanks to the mechanic, he let me pull the car in, do a quick fix and allowed me to get my amazing family home 25 miles away. Tried to fix a misfiring 6 cylinder made my car stall out and run worst than before. Had check engine light pop up so made an appointment to get it checked out and they told me nothing was wrong and cleared the codes. Drove out and my engine started stalling went back and now they cant even look at it. Need to make an appointment I thought that was the first thing I did where they did nothing but reset the codes. Paid them over a 1000 bucks and left my car for a week to get a car thats running worst and no one to look at it.

My timing belt broke on my Honda! Luckily they were right there. Chris showed me under the hood what had happened, discussed concerns and what work would need to be done, then gave me the estimate. When I picked up my Honda, the price was a little under and my car done right. He even answered questions I had about future maintenance and new tire choices. I am very happy with Topsham VIP! Thanks guys!!

I have worked with VIP for many years and have always been treated fairly. However, the Topsham location has a completely different feel. Todd, the manager, does an amazing job at keeping his customers happy. I have purchased tires from him, had inspections done, and oil changes. Never once did they try to up sell me, over charge me, or quote me on things I didn’t need (like some others have in the area.) They once did an inspection on my car and after they slapped the sticker on the break light went out. Since they already checked it as working and put my sticker on Todd went out of his way and changed those lights out at no charge before he even brought my keys out to me. Trustworthy, friendly, and reasonably priced. Could not recommend this location more. Great job turning things around Todd!

Excellent service all around. Customer service was top notch. Brought my Tacoma in for tire balancing, rotation, alignment and oil change. I had an appointment and they pulled my truck in the bay and began work immediately even though they were extremely busy. They completed all the work inside of 90 minutes. Very friendly and accommodating service. They have a customer for life! You wont be disappointed.

I called VIP because my vehicle had been shaking horribly. I was terrified to drive it home nor did I know if it was even safe to drive. Come to find out the company who previously put my tires on never balanced them. Todd and Alex did a amazing job the got me in quick took care of the issues quick and made sure I was safe and good to go! Best customer service!

I came in with a flat (one of my recently purchased tires) and in a hurry to get North for the holidays and I was greeted by Todd Farrington with a “Hey Olivia!” They have that small town feel and it’s appreciated! I have been going to this VIP since I moved up here about a year ago. They always explain what is wrong and what needs to be done. They only charge for what needs to be done. They provide excellent service and have your vehicle done in a reasonable amount of time. Todd Carrington is an excellent manager and knows his stuff.

I have purchased my last 3 sets of tires at the Topsham VIP and have received great service each time. I wanted to write about the most recent, as it was a very good experience. I went in for tires and an alignment on Christmas Eve. They did the work in record time, and Todd (the manager?) was able to get me a great deal that fit my tight budget - a huge relief! Todd, youre a good human and I thank you.

I have relied on VIP for work on all our vehicles. We live in Bath, and have used several of their stores. The personnel are great, knowledgeable and are good communicators. I was in need of a new alternator for my truck today, called the three closest stores and got in today!! Its all fixed and Im grateful they were so accommodating. You will not be disappointed!

The Sunday after Thanksgiving, my car got a flat tire and everywhere was closed. I had to drive back down to Baltimore that day and was panicking. VIP fit me in and repaired my tire in record time, and didnt even charge for the simple repair, just wished me a safe trip and sent me on my way. I will always go to them when Im in the area, theyve gained a customer for life!

This service site is a fresh experience for me. After my car was towed to the site when my engine light went on and my car had trouble on the road, they identify the problem within 10 mins and fix it in 10 mins. I haven’t had such a good experience with my car repair for a long time. Everyone is friendly and super helpful there. And of course, very professional!

I cannot recommend the Topsham branch enough!! Todd is always easy to talk to, and eager to help. I had been driving without power steering for over a month and I took my car in to get an estimate. When I took it in for service I ended up paying less than the estimate and i couldn’t be happier with the results! Thank you to everyone who worked on my car, it took longer than anticipated but they didn’t give up on it! You guys are the best!! Won’t go anywhere else!!

Garrys communication with me was good. They didnt try to upsell me on anything. I got an early appointment when calling the afternoon before my appointment. No complaints from me!

Went in for a oxygen sensor replacement and they did it quickly and cheaper than I could have done it myself. They also asked if I was a Vet and gave me a discount. These guys are awesome.

VIP team always on time with checking you in for a scheduled appointments. Service offers a no pressure approach to defects and recommendations to repair/replace. I always feel as though I have total support in decisions for what needs to be done and what gets done. Free tire change seasonally is plus!! And, they offer coffee while you wait!!

Received courteous, quick service when having some tire work done. Plus they saw my Veteran license plates, acknowledged my service and told me about discounts that are available! Highly recommend them.

They are all very kind and helpful people and got my oil change done quickly and efficiently.

They performed a free multi-point inspection on my older Subaru before I drove it across country and they essentially said Id make it no problem. I did make it back to California, and having them inspect it gave me the confidence to drive the vehicle because the mechanical shape of the vehicle was questionable. Thank you.

I just moved to the Brunswick/Topsham area and had a leak in my tire. These guys fixed it quickly and cheaply so I went back for my oil change. They fit me in right away and did my oil change and service within the hour. I find them to be totally honest and trustworthy, and I have never felt like they are over-selling or trying to get me to pay for things unnecessarily. I highly recommend and will continue going back!!!

I have been using VIP for years. This year I had a light out during my annual inspection. It Yuen’s out it was a complicated short deep in the car. The technician didn’t charge for it he said it was part of stand inspection service. The team there never overcharges and always look for ways to minimize the cost and deliver great service.
