If I could help one person out by telling them not to move here I would be happy for the rest of my life (seriously). If you like scorpions, loud neighbors, construction, bad management and snakes in the pool this is your place. I wish I could say something positive, there are some mountain view’s on some of the apartments but it’s scary here. Scottsdale is a great place to be but this is honestly the worst place I’ve ever stayed in my life. (And I’ve lived in some bad places before). If you have kids, or dogs, or even care about your well being don’t move here, there are lots of beautiful places elsewhere that are much better. Please don’t do it.

I have enjoyed living here for the last 2 years. There is a new manager in the leasing office, Joie. It has been such a pleasure having her as the new manager. The team here is great. The Maintenance is superb. The apartments are A+.

Went into the office to try and get information and the lady was rude and could have cared less to answer any questions. There were no units available so her goal was apparently to get us out of her office immediately. Save your luxury $$ and look elsewhere, at least have an office staff that is kind and accommodating.

The main office is okay... had quite a few issues with reservations falling through or lost things in the system when first setting up. However though it was a rocky start it has been great since, pretty quite community with a nice pool, And the maintnance staff is top notch, quick and extremly nice.

Ive lived here for 2 months now, and I absolutely love it. For one, the location is amazing. I love all the trails nearby, makes dog walks and runs extra fun! Plus you get to see tons of wildlife. Pretty birds, lots of deer and rabbits; weve also seen a bob cat, and the occasional javelina -- which I think is awesome!The apartment management also does a great job. When we moved in and were having internet problems, Wendy went above and beyond to help us and they even followed up to make sure it all worked out. They are very quick to answer questions and help in any way they can.The apartments themselves are also beautiful. I cant get enough of the marble counteracts and the flooring. Tall ceilings and nice windows with views of the McDowells 🙌 its perfect!

I’ve lived in many many apartment complexes in the last 20 years in the Valley. I’ve lived here for seven months and I can honestly say I’ve never been happier. The property is gorgeous and always kept up, very quiet area. My neighbors are friendly, no problems with the pool or other amenities. Most importantly, I’ve never had a problem with management or maintenance. I don’t care what the other reviews say, this is an awesome team and I’ve always received first class service from all of them! There are going to be problems with any management company, however with a reasonable approach you get a very positive result!

False advertisement! They listed a 2bd 2bth for $1,170 per month. I immediately called and they said the cheapest they could go was over $1,550. They were rude about it when confronted. Catfish scam for sure.

Beautiful complex, but rattlesnakes on property just was a dealbreaker.

I moved to Desert Parks Vista last month and must say the management staff has been very helpful in helping me to get settled and taking care of minor problems quickly. I love the unique design of the apartment complex. Neighbors are friendly.

They don’t care about maintenance issues. Fridge has literally been leaking for months and could easily destroy the neighbors downstairs. Do not recommend this place.

Unfortunately this complex operates in the business of listing apartments on their website as available while still allowing tenants to extend their lease up to the 10 day window for new tenants to choose a move in date. So yes, one can do all of their due diligence and apply for an available apartment (paying the nonrefundable $50 app. fee) and find out a month later that the apartment they applied for has now been removed from availability. I only caught on to this after my application was unwillingly altered to a different apartment I was not interested in. These sort of shady practices do an extreme disservice to potential renters and communication about these issues is nonexistent.Update: And to clarify the comments of management, at no point did anyone ever reach out to me with options. All I ever received were generic, automated emails. Any other communication I had to initiate.

This place is amazing, my experience was nothing but positive. The staff here made me feel very comfortable. Customer service is key and this place exceeds what I expected. Its in a great location close to kierland, desert ridge, high street. I have my Safeway grocery delivery and AJs fine food nearby. Killer views too! Our unit is a renovated unit and I love the waterfall design countertop, its bright and cheery. Great pool area with bbq grills and new firepit. The property is well maintained and I can see how the owner really invested some money into the Desert Parks Vista. All in all I think Desert Parks Vista is a bargain compared to all the other complex around. Lots of style in an awesome location paired with great value and awesome service.Props to sergio for handling all requests by himself past few months and you all doing a great job!

Been here about 7 months now and haven’t found a thing to complain about. I’m a firm believer that a good experience in an apartment complex begin with the staff who manage it. I have had zero issues with them and always gotten any issues resolved quickly. They’re always hosting events to bring the residents together which enriches the culture. Some may feel the prices are a bit steep and that is true if you compare to the rest of phx but this area is one of the best locations around and leaves you with a sense of safety and convenience that is hard to put a price too. Maintenance has always been good and timely and communication with all staff is good and professional. I’ve lived all over the phx area and can say this has been the best stay thus far.

I was a former resident there at the complex and it was a nightmare to deal with the residents and staff, there was one particular staff member there named melissa klob and she was so rude and so disrespectful towards my family it was so uncalled for, just to name the few things she did, melissa would get mad if one of my relatives were socializing in the club house there and would roll her eyes at them and constantly thought that one of my relatives liked her and she kept bringing her boyfriend and friends there to intimidate them which i did not appreciate at all, another thing that i thought was weird is melissa would leave her car parked all night every friday right outside the office so she could go out and party with some off the other staff and what made me upset about that whole situation is she would repeatedly do it and would take up public parking there which is so weird and on top of that the office was running that place like it was a motel 6 It was really strange and the residents there were just as bad, and there would be constantly cop cars every weekend at the community and some resident would always fighting there. I dont recommend this place to anybody there

Complex is great, but the management is awful. If you move in, dont expect to leave without a legal and financial fight.
