Friendly people but terribly messy nails. Never coming back.

My technician was WAY too rough.She hurt me by cutting and digging into the nails on my right foot.I cried out several times in pain,and finally pulled away when she didnt stop relentlessly gouging out the skin of my right big toenail.I wouldnt be surprised if I get home to discover Im bleeding.Definitely will NOT be going back. The massage was fairly lame,as well.Usually the technician will use fragrant salts;this was an upgraded pedicure and she only used lotion and what looked like cooking oil.

Everyone there was super friendly and accommodating! Ryan did my nails and did such an amazing job and his design was beautiful. This was my first time there and from the second I walked in I was greeted and assisted right away and made to feel welcomed. I also had my eyebrows waxed and I appreciate that the woman who did them really took her time on making them perfect. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Gave me the completely wrong color on my toes in shellac. I also wanted a manicure on my hands but no polish... all she did was file them for 1 min and said I’m done. Didn’t touch my cuticles or under my nails, no hand massage either. Not coming again!

Love this place. I have tried other places for convenience but I always end up back with Jay. I will really miss this place when I move!

I went to Anns nails today to get a full set and I love it. I had Steven he takes his time, and does an excellent job. They closed at 730 and he just waited and talked to me patiently until my nails dried. They also offer drinks whether it is water or wine...the prices are reasonable and you get what you pay for. I will definitely be back in Stevens chair

Me, my husband, and my daughter have all gone for pedicures and enjoyed going here every time. My daughter has done acrylic nails a couple times for good grades and they are always super cute and well done. I did dip nails for the first time and loved how they looked. No complaints from my family we like going to Ann’s Nails.

Great nail salon. Customer service is awesome, and I enjoy going there. Havent had a bad experience in the past 2 years.

I went this past Saturday and did the dipping powder on my fingers. A lady that doesn’t normally do my nails did them and cut me bad on multiple fingers with the buffer. I will not be going back

I rarely post reviews but this is experience was crazy. Just moved to town and was told this was a good place. But this was one of the worst blatant ripoffs Ive ever experienced. They jacked up the price up at the last minute $15 for a particular nail color that was just a basic pink. Nothing special. Said they did extra service I never received and tried to charge me for it. When I told them I wasnt paying for something I did not ask for or receive, they threatened to take polish my polish off which I gladly agreed to. UNBELIEVABLE!! I will not be forced or bullied to pay for something I didnt ask for or authorize. Terribly rude. Will never set foot in this place again!!

My Tech was heavy handed. She cut my cuticle while buffing and pressed down too hard with the hand held device which burned. She did say sorry. I just hope their devices are clean and safe.

Went today and had a pedicure, manicure and a eyebrows waxed. Hanna was awesome very nice made me filled welcome she didnt rush. Good place to go.

Love this place!! Ive gone here for years. Ive never had an infection or other issue with the cleanliness of the salon. Love the staff!!!

I wanted something glittery and ombre. The nail tech didnt like the colors I picked so she suggested I use colors she picked. I ended up with traffic cone orange nails! No ombre! No glitter! She didnt even cut my nails! They are all different lengths! One nail has a long strip that was completely missed! Every nail is scuffed or scratched! Then, when they rang me up she accidentally hit 4 instead of 40, so she asked me to put a 36$ tip to make up the difference. Terrible!

Ive been going to Anns Nails for about 5 months now and I enjoy their service. Ive never been dissatisfied and theyre the only place that Ive been in Schertz that does Ombre Dip!! Today Ryan did the ombre look on my nails and I love it!!! I definitely would recommend Anns nails to anyone. They have good prices, good service, and a variety of nail selections.

Hannah is the best and I always love it when she does my pedicure.

The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable. We love going there.

The only reason I am giving a 5 star is because of Jay. I love the work he does, he is the only reason I will not go to another nail salon. I have gotten my nails done by the other techs there and they dont compare to the way he does my nails. He takes his time and every manicure I get is flawless. He is also HILARIOUS! Dont get me wrong the other staff are vrey pleasent and helpful however I prefer Jay.

If you want a good pedicure, this shop can do it BUT if you want a peaceful, relaxing good pedicure, don’t go here. First and last time I will go here. The entire time of one hour the three technicians talked In Vietnamese. Chatter, chatter, chatter. And on top of that, the man had the back door open and the alarm beeped about every minute. It was so distracting and irritating that it totally ruined the pedicure.

I would never go to another nail shop. They do amazing job!!!! The employees are very caring and compassionate people. Anns nails is the only place I will ever go for a mani, pedi, and nails done.

I have been going here for years and love my nails each and every time. I have done acrylic, gel, shellac, dip, and gotten waxing done. I have never been un-satisfied with their services.

Quality service and my nails always look fantastic!!

Incredibly rude to both my mother and myself. Shamed my poor mother for her large fingertips. Made rude comments about the state of her nails and totally did a terrible job that took two hours. Gel was smeared and tips were poorly shaped. AND both of our manicures chipped after two days. Shame on this place. A mother daughter outing that ended negatively because the employees here feel its their job to judge your appearance. Openly. We even tipped ahead of service!

Great customer service and I am always satisfied with the quality of work that is perform. I have gone to other nail shops and they cannot compare to the service I receive here at Anns nails.

I had been coming to Anns on & off for over 2 years. Usually been friendly & good service, I never complained to them, even when got cut during a pedi 2 visits ago. Yesterday I was asked if I wanted to try the dip, I had never had it, appeared they are fairly new to it, so I agreed, selected a color, asked if ok as tips. Sadly, the color was way off compared to sample, very faded, tacky results. I was UNHAPPY. My discontent however was the attitude of the tech, she insisted it was due to not using on whole nail, insisted on payment, no offer to fix at all, started talking in hwr language, the other staff just sat there showing no interest eventhough I kept showing the sample, it was obvious the color was not the same. I pointed & asked for the Complaints Austin number and finally 1 of the staff in the back who heard my discontent, kindly came over & offered to fix using shellac. Extremely humiliating, for almost 15 munutes as I re sat in chair they ALL in their language a convo over ME. All you heard was Shellac, Shellac. All other customers got quiet, very embarassing to say the least. LOST CUSTOMER 4 SURE.

It was a great experience, we are repeat customers.

This says they close at 7:30, but when we called at 6:45 to try and see if we could get an appointment before they closed, they said every one had already left.

Disappointed...First manicure was outstanding - because of the quality service - went back for another manicure, started peeling the next day, -,two days later, nails and cuticles look ragged - little attention to detail - no other customers, but rushed, lack of quality customer service. Will not be back.

If I could rate this place a negative 5stars I would. This place is nasty and service is horrible. Not only was the nail dip job horrible looking, it was painful. Please have look at photo posted in their pictures of the yellow nails.
