Used their one way limo service to ohare for a recent vacation. I made the reservation over the phone with no problems and was invoiced as initially quoted for the fare/taxes/gratuity. I received a couple emails and a confirmation phone call the day before. Driver then arrived to my house on time 4;30AM and was courteous and professional. Once we got to the airport, driver took out our luggage from the trunk and we voluntarily gave him an additional cash tip because it was the crack of dawn, but its not necessary since gratuity was already prepaid.very happy with their services. The limo was clean and the driver professional. I definitely recommend them.!!!!
