This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a storage center. I met with Lucy there the customer service from her was outstanding you would’ve thought I was at the Apple store. I honestly thought they would be miserable since that’s my past experiences with other storage unit centers but no this was amazing. I was in a hurry and had to move out quickly and I was very stressed about that but they made the experience so wonderful that my stress level actually went down. I recommend this to anyone and everyone needing storage.

My unit was broke in, all my personal precious were stolen. The management keep telling me and police investigator the security footage is not available due the technical issues. Ive had storage unit in mission viejo for over 10 years, never had this happened to me. First year I moved here, this happened. Think twice before you make the decis.

They held a unit for me and let me know when it was available. Sign up was easy and straightforward. Daniella was a pleasure to work with.

Great customer service. I was not able to get a unit there because they don’t allow vehicle storage. Lucy however was very helpful. I will be back when I need a unit for my household goods.

Jessica and her team are great! Responsive, forthcoming, and helpful whenever I’m on site. Their prices are very competitive. I love the drive-up units and easy access to the upper floors if you’re trying to save some money.

Property management is not very helpful. This is first place that wont wave a simple fee unlike the other places. Shes very strict and impossible to reach. Very dissatisfied. Although David is very helpful and answered all my questions without rushing me. Thanks David! I really look forward to editing this review, but thats up to them. Thank you.

Very well run self storage facility. I own Shred Bull document shredding service, so I am at different storage facilities every day, and Crown Valley self storage in Mission Viejo is one of the best!

I have had nothing but great service and all around great expirience . The facility is well kept, friendly and great service,couldnt ask for more. I recommend this place to anyone. I have read a couple nasty and bad reviews online . And have found them all to be false and baseless. So before you give any credibility to anything negative written about this place, come down and see for yourself. For the people who posted those bad reviews stop blaming others for your life being the way it is, and maybe it Will get better. I been here almost 2 months cant find a thing tp complain about and love it.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING! However, company policy makes it very obvious who gets the majority of the focus. It isnt the long time customer vacating their unit. Which is unfortunate because the last year has been fantastic, and to have it all tainted by a silly thing is just........... well Im just indifferent.

Be aware they raise the rent when they feel like without communicatingThe place has gone down in cleanliness.Urine smells all over garbage all over.

Manager on site is fantastic.

Its okay but sometimes the code doesnt work in the gate makes it a little difficult to get in or out if no ones inside the building to let you in manually
