I booked this service for an airport pickup, called next day to confirm and the woman told me that “I would have to call back the 800 number” which was some life insurance number. When I called the main line again, some guy answered and I asked to speak to someone to confirm, he said “hold on” out the phone down (not on hold) and proceeded to talk to someone about something else. I would rather throw my money out the window than give it to this group

What a great ride! Awesome tour, with A-1 American Limousine and the limo was in great shape. seating was really comfortable and the lights/entertainment for the limo was state of the art. Our host was really friendly and knowledgeable about Chicago. Also, there was beer and champagne stocked!!! All around great time, cant wait for the next one!

Quite easily the best limousine service in Chicago. Not only are their drivers friendly and professional, the cars are so clean and comfortable to be in. On top of that, the rates are excellent. We were able to ride in a brand new Town car from Ohare at a great price. They really do offer luxury at a price that people can afford. I highly recommend A-1 American Limousine.!!!!!!!

A1 Limo was the ritziest limo service i have used. This company has the best limos and very courteous drivers. My limo came with bangin sound system & a led package. My friends were very impressed & so was I. I definitely recommend using A1 limo for your night out.

A-1 LIMO is top notch!!! I used this company for my sisters bachelorette party and these guys were unbelievably awesome. They were on time and so accommodating. After our pick up time our driver let us extend our hours. They are very reliable and I would highly recommend them.
