My daughter Shanell who used to frequent Kims (she lives in Ohio now) told me to try Kims Nails as I was in desperate need of a pedicure as the last 2 salons I went to were not too thorough and did not spend any time on my feet..well I love love love the way they treated me and they did an awesome job on my feet! Will definitely be going back!

BEWARE! Please save your time and money. This place is very unsanitary and honestly should be evaluated by the health department. The quality of my nails and service were very poor. The gel polish chipped the same day. I went back three days in a row and my nails continously chipped. I was also charged the price of a new set for a fill.

My nails look good. I got really good service from employees.

Know several people who’ve gotten repeat ingrowns here. Unsanitary and just plain nasty. Sanitize your instruments and bleach them pipes please with appropriate chemicals because you are harming the community

This is my first time going to Kim’s but I always get gel nails, but with them my polish started peeling off the second day. Never in the many years I’ve been getting my nails done, does the polish start peeling. Also not very clean no shields for protection. And they just started wearing mask. Poor quality never again. And $40 damn for a fill in. I can get a full set for that.

I LOVE Kim Nails!! I have been going there for 14-15 years. I am constantly asked “Where do you get your nails done?” Very professional, clean and great service. I won’t go anywhere else! I also get my pedicures there as I am a diabetic and have to take good care of my feet. Kim waxes my eye brows regularly and I’m considering trying another service they offer: shading. They do eyebrows, eyeliner and lips. One stop in and come out beautiful! 😃👍

Love Kim, John and Tia they all do a great job on my acrylic nails and my feet. I dont feel the least bit rushed while in their chair, and if theres a wait when I get there its well worth it. Also, they have really great prices.

Cant beat the price! got a beautiful set of acrylics for only $30. the male tech was a pleasure to talk to.

This is my favorite nail salon! It doesnt matter who does your manicure or pedicure. However Kim, John & Angie are my favorites. Kim also does great on eyelashes! Also, their pricing is great! Very friendly atmosphere too.

(DO NOT GO THERE)Went there because I didn’t want to drive and they are 2 minutes away from home!!!I have been sitting and waiting till someone gave me service for about 70min ...no one gave apologize or said anything..started my service (the manager) did my nails (acrylic) I swear it was the worst and they don’t have enough nail polish in the bottle !!! It was so dry and he did my nails very cheaply!!Didn’t give any tips because they don’t deserve and paid 25$ for simple acrylic!!!!

First time at Kim Nails. The Technician did good job And the price was even better. I got regular pedicure for only 20$. Definitely gonna visit again

Not enough service providers when I went (there were only 2) and 4 people waiting. This was on a Saturday, and as more people arrived, many like myself, opted to leave. I went back several hours later hoping there would be additional service providers, and to my dismay, there were not. I was able to be serviced the second I went and overall it was fair at best. I am used to way better service and will not be returning.

I had a awesome experience for my first time. My technician was awesome. I had a blast talking with him. I will go again :)

Dont let the insignificant clutter fool you. Kim and John will treat you like family and the quality of their work is unsurpassed.

Kim and John own and manage this wonderful nail salon in Georgetown. I have been their customer for over ten years, and cannot imagine going anywhere else. I am always amazed at how clean and neat their salon is, and how I am always complimented on how great my nails look. I never have a problem with them between visits, and always look forward to a relaxing time, whether for a pedicure, manicure, or just a fill-in. I enjoy my drive over the marshes to get there and really love this hard-working young couple who take such joy in their business and in their family, church, and friends.

I got a gel nail manicure. It’s very sloppy. And started peeling in 2 days. Pedicure was slightly better. I won’t go back.

Long wait times and no organized system for people to sign in and secure their spot in line. Salon is filthy. Male worker is rude when flustered/busy. This nail salon is decent for convenience but it is worth going elsewhere for quality work, better customer service, and a clean environment.

Was told there was a 20 min wait...cool, but 40 mins later I was told that I wouldnt be serviced because the guy was unable to do designs and there was an issue with him turning my square shaped nails to coffin nails. 1st time coming here...will not return!

Prior to going to Tybee Island I wanted my nails done, I was staying at a hotel nearby and figured why not try Kim Nails after reading such great reviews online. When I walked in I was not greeted, so I sat down to see if anyone would ask what service I was needing. Kim spoke to me and asked what I needed done, said french pedicure, only be a few minutes. A few minutes later, was told to be seated at the chair only to wait more for the woman beside me to finish her pedicure! I told my technician I wanted a pink pedicure she said ok. An older woman seating beside me started talking to me and I explained how I was visiting from Atlanta and needed a nice pedicure she spoke highly of the owners Kim and John and how she is a repeat customer. As my technician is doing my pedicure everything was just rushed from filing my nails, cleaning the nails, scrubbing my feet, the lousy foot massage, then she started doing my nails and I could tell from there this isnt going to end well. There was a gentleman outside, waiting on her so I guess she had to hurry up. Her lining of the french tip was very thick and uneven, then applied pink nail polish after trying to line up the french tips. As she was wiping the excess nail polish that got on my toes she would wipe off the french tip on the sides. Each of my toes had that! Overall job was very messy, got pink polish on the french tips. For $25 (including tip) couldve bought my own supplies and did my nails in my hotel.
