Just moved to the area looking for a place to get my nails done, most places here want you to book on line but I needed to see the shop. Just walked in asked Ms.Nancy some questions and she answered them and did my nails right then. Not only did she do my nails but also got my husband to get a pedicure, done too by Ms. Helen. Now he says hes walking light. They both did an outstanding job. If you want fast, desirable and excellent service then I recommend Lee Nails next to Target and Home Depot in Savannah.

DO NOT go here!!!!! My nails are very lump, thick and not shaped correctly or what I asked for and they over charged me. Very unprofessional and she would stop doing my nails and do eyes brows . Then she was done with a one hand she would toss my hand back to me .

I want to start by saying the woman who performed my pedicure with gel polish was very nice and they look good... however this place is so dirty and run down that it should probably be shut down. The minute I sat down I regretted my decision but felt bad just leaving after my feet were in the (dirty) tub. The tools were in a dirty plastic tub and the massage chairs were either broken or ripped. They also did not use a plastic tub liner. I know they are just doing their job but I was scared of getting an infection .

Pedicure was not worth the price! I paid 45 dollars for a superficial pedicure. No exfoliation, no foot massage just lotion and soap. The establishment was dirty I had to ask the lady twice to use a liner for the foot tub and all her tools seemed to come out of a dirty plastic cup. Would not recommend this place to anybody! This was my first and last time going here.

Awful, got here at 10 a.m. one worker showed up. Waited over 2 hours for more employees to come.

So horrible please do not come here. My nails were done horribly. They are very unsanitary. Place looks old and nasty. Dont waste your time and they make you pay before you get anything done.

Terrible customer service!!! 1star for opening on Sunday. But I came in with my young daughters. For they first nail experience. But they made us wait. Even tho it was open seats available. Without telling us anything but pick your color. Then 10mins later.. Other people walk in. Not just one person. 3 people came in and was greeted so nicely. Without wait they were told to be seated and serviced. After waiting longer I decided to leave and never return.

The lady kept pulling and prying when taking off my nails. I asked if I could soak them off and in short she told me it takes too long. I then asked her to drill them off and she wouldnt until I threatened to leave. She still didnt remove all of my previous set off. Horrible experience, however staff was polite.

If you want your nails done, go somewhere else. Please, for all thats good and holy in this world. First of all, their tools were DISGUSTING. The person who did my nails went from one person to another with the same tools after only rinsing them in my foot bath water.I could see the nail powder of generations past on her nail file.She wanted to cut my cuticles.She tried to use a LITERAL CHEESE GRATER on my feet.She hardly filed anything off of my finger and toenails. They looked worse than when I went in.Her nail polish job was garbage. Absolute garbage. It was splotchy and done in about two minutes flat.Best of all, she kept trying to pressure me into getting my nonexistent eyebrows waxed. Playing on peoples insecurities by saying youll look better is not good business.And then, I come to find out that she thought I was a child after I mentioned my husband. She seemed so surprised that a girl with undefined, wisp thin eyebrows could have a man. But you know what got me? Why was she trying to force a child to wax her eyebrows in the first place? I must have said no thank you five times, and I really dont want to do that a few more times after. That is the opposite of relaxing.I dont have any pictures, and I dont have proof that she was talking about my group when we were taking too long to pick nail polish colors (but Im pretty sure she was. She said pick color multiple times angrily in between lines of Vietnamese), but I sincerely hope you heed my warning to go somewhere else to get your nails done.Learn from my mistake.Go to sleep tonight sure that you didnt contract some form of Hepatitis.

The space itself not the best however the service is. One of the BEST pedicures I have had in a long time!

Staff was very nice but worst nail service Ive ever had!! My skin is rough and was cut many times while my nails were filed. Also very dirty.

I liked the way my nails were done but they are not sanitary they reuse tools during pedicures and I cant come back to a place like that I came to bring my daughter and what was used to clean her feet he put right back in the container to use for someone else

Came in for an eyebrow wax. Was not expecting such a decent outcome. The lady was very fast. I wasnt even there 10 minutes. Nice customer service. However, I did have to ask her to cut some of my longer hair as if they werent hanging over the fresh bald lines. I also have a slight burn mark from the hot wax. I had little irritation bumps that went away within 2 hours.

The staff where nice engaged in great conversation i felt welcomed, wanted & appreciated for my service buuuut my nails where horrible, they did offer to change whatever i didnt like they have great staff the service just need lots of work

I have never been so disappointed with nails all MY LIfE! Im currently bleeding on the fingers and Im so bummed I cant upload pics. I reallly didn’t want to give any stars but i had to in order to rate!!! They are the most disrespectful nail shop I ever came across. I stopped by on Christmas Eve way before the shop closed and wanted just a polish change. She begin telling the other customers that she wasn’t doing nobody else and she can’t wait to go home. After a he of sitting she then begins to say she will not be doing no nails and to ask the others, I walked to the other stations and they flat ignored me and begin speaking their language and said no. I’m not upset at them saying no but it was the way they came at me to say no and the comments they had afterwards. The open sign was on and the door was unlocked, there wasn’t any polishes to choose from like they had hid them and the customer service just sucks!!! If that is what you want then you can go but they definitely will never get my service sever again as long as I live!

Very poor customer service!! VERY POOR Color selection a bunch of old cheap off brand colors that all look the same, and on top of that the place is gross,and disorganized i dont know how they past any board Inspection! If you are looking spend your money some were you might catch a disease this is the place for you!!!!
