Worst acrylic nails I’ve ever had. Extremely crooked and it was $50…

Today was my first and last time using this location. customer service is horrendous. Nail tech barley understands English. I had 3 people work on my nails for over 2 hours.!!!!’ I repeat 2 hours. Nail Tech seemed bothered that I asked which method would be best to achieve defined square nails. “Tips or nail forms?” She didn’t even know what I was taking about. I had to google images several times for all 3 nail technicians to understand me. I asked for rhinestones on my nails and the employees didn’t know what I was asking for. Again I googled an image and was told they don’t have That color. I said I understand. I showed you this so you would know what I’m talking about . I then asked Can you show me what you have and then I’ll pick a nail color? she kept asking me to pick a color when I told her Several times That I wanted to pick my nail rhinestones first to match to a polish. Once I picked out what I liked she told me that’s too many people only get 2. I said I like my nails like that. She said this is $200 for your nail because it’s $10 per stones.!!! I picked out 10 total . I said how is it $200? I was told by a lady it’s because their REAL SWAROVSKI. I asked so if I took these to a jewelry store to be checked they would tell me yes and that’s it’s not plastic or glass and she replied I DON’T KNOW.!! The $200 would include $50 for Labor and the stones would be $100 plus $45 for the full set of ACRYLIC with GEL POLISH. PLUS $5 EXTRA with what they call a special shape (SQUARE) I was then told by the second lady they do 2 free nails. When passed off to the third person who finished my nails I asked about the rhinestone and he replied we don’t Do for free… MY nails look TERRIBLE. They are NOT SHAPED PROPERLY and all different sizes. Not to mention my left hand nail polish is darker than the left hand pictured. Please save your money don’t get ripped off. All in all I wasted OVER 2 hours and $50 for PLAIN NUDE NAILS.!!!! They also charge $5 PER FAKE PEARL stone approximately the size of a ball point tip. Outrageous.!!

Their interior makes you feel like a million bucks! Their pedicure packages are well worth the money after all thats going on in life. Id recommend calling to make an appointment because of COVID restrictions. You cant book an appointment online

Terrible experience. Nails were botched. They tried fixing/doing them over and I had to pay an extra $10 for the fix. Waste of money and time. Older lady does not know what she is doing. I have to be instructing her on how to do it and Im not a nail tech. Utter rubbish!!!!! I wouldnt even give them a star!!!!!!!!

The young man there is extremely argumentative and unprofessional. I believe he doesn’t respect women. Will argue and degrade you when you try to ask for something you like or if he does a service wrong. Tried to charge me again for something they did incorrectly and told me I didn’t know what I was talking about. Ladies there just sit quietly and allow it. Definitely go somewhere else, you don’t get your money worth.

Today was my second time here. I waited to write the review as I’ve learned it’s not easy getting consistent service. The first time I had a set removed from another salon that did a horrendous job and followed it with a regular manicure. It was one of the best manicures I ever had as they actually took their time to do everything from filing, cuticle clipping, massaging and so on. So I went back the second time with an appointment. I did have to wait about 20 minutes which was a little disappointing. I showed a photo of a gel manicure with a design to the nail tech and she tried a few different methods to ensure I got exactly what I want. And I did! Prices are competitive as they are about the same if not cheaper than most of the other places I’ve tried. I wish I found this place sooner so I didn’t waste so much money on junk sets and manicures that don’t even trim cuticles.

Best nail salon in the area! Very professional and clean and talented. Michelle is great and is always helpful and does an incredible job 👏

They were expedient, very pleasant and didnt try to make small talk which I dont like when im having my nails done. Did a great job.

The lady who did my pedicure barely touched me. Her touch was so light, it felt weird & gross. There was no massage even though I asked for the luxury pedicure. The worst part, though, is that my feet are still crusty. She spent almost no time on that part, and what she did was with so little pressure, the pumice sponge barely touched me. Don’t waste your money here.

Didnt use cuticle softner. Just jabbed the tool along my cuticles. Very uncomfortable. Had a French pedicure. White tip was sloppy. Sure hope that the older lady was not the manager.

This is my neighborhood go to place and they never disappoint. Johnny the manager is always friendly and does a great job on my nails and is very attentive to detail. So is miss Cindy. She’s so sweet too. They are the best there imo. It can be a little pricey and sometimes but I think they’re fair considering how much time they spend on your nails. Mine always look great after leaving. Will be going tomorrow for a pedicure :)

The Women listen to what/how i wanted my nails and I love them will return

Only 2 people working. Was told that we should have had an appointment and we wouldnt have had ro wait, but it their sign reads, walk ins welcome overall had a decent experience and Im happy with my nails.

Even tho I came in around 6:30 they still took me in and they lady that did my nails was very sweet and she did not rush on my nails come out really good and I will be coming back. Thank you❤️

Over $88 and not even a week later my nails are lifting and cracking. I also got a pedi and eyebrow wax. Update 9/24/2020 I promised myself I wouldnt be back but I thought what the heck Ill give them another chance. Again a waste of time and too much money. Two pedicures $85 our feet looked better before we went then after our pedicures. Theyre more cracked, they red and burnt, and bleeding under the toes! Terrible a waste of money. Definitely NOT returning. I dont care how convenient it is for us. DONE with Glamour Nails!!

I have never had a bad experience here and will probably never go anywhere else. Johnny and Cindy know exactly what they’re doing and give great results. They are very quick (the wait is never long even if there are people in front of me), and super efficient.

The establishment is nice, clean, not too much of a strong odor. The only issue is no prices are posted. For a gel polish manicure and pedicure and the removal of polish from one toe. It was $75.00. That is the most for one person Ive paid. Other than that it is a 5 star. They must advertise their prices.

I have been going to Glamour Nails since Helen has been there, about 7 years and I have Never had a bad experience! The salon is clean and very sanitary, bleaching pedicure bowls after each client and never using the same manicure tools on each client. Helen and Brandy do my nails very meticulously as I have arthritis and they are beautiful when finished. I will not go anywhere else! I am so happy with them.

The older lady did a great job. She was calm and peaceful. Very attentive

I have tried a few places around, in an attempt to find the right one for me. I keep coming back to Glamour Nails. They seem to be the only ones that can get the shape correct and not have nails that are so thick they seem like logs. My only complaint is how much more exspensive it is to get gel polish. $20 is a little overboard.

I loved the place. Cindy and Michelle did a great job. The service was wonderful and everybody is friendly and very professional. I love my nails I am definitely coming back.

They are very welcoming here .My nail technician was professional and courteous. He did an amazing job on my nails. I was only there 40 munumin, but he did excellent work.

Uhh... Only go here if you are desperate and in need of a last minute fix.

I walked in right behind a girl and we were both asked to pick our color. So I pick mine and sit down, and the other girl does the same. She also says her friend is coming in soon. Her friend walks in like 5 minutes later and the nail tech has the audacity ask me if I can wait 5-10 minutes (Which I know will be longer) while this girl WHO JUST WALKED IN gets her nails done with her friend.Are you serious? I guess I don’t look like I tip well.I silently left. There are way too many nail salons for me to be treated less than another person.

This was my first time at Glamour nails and I am very happy and pleased with the service. I was a walk-in. (on a Friday around 5pm. Ok ! And I was serviced right away.) With a lot of other people already ahead of me.Thats excellent in my books. They took care of me. The nail tech, Ms Nguye was a pleasure conversating with her. It wasnt dry or boring, or felt like i was at an interview. Telling my life story, it was very fun. Her and the other tech was joking and having fun. Ms. Nguye was fast and professional. My nails are looking good for my birthday weekend.Thank u soooooo muchMs. Nguyen

Just fine. If youre looking for clean and fancy this is not your place. Its simple and to the point. Phung was fast and polite. Very little English spoken by anyone. Great price. No lux

Visited from out of town and the pedicure was amazing! Would most definitely come back.

This is my 2nd time here. Each time they almost put me to sleep when giving me a pedicure. They take their time (going on 40 mins now and Im still getting a good rub down) and are so polite. I usually come during the weekdays and early so that might be why Im not rushed (I hate going to a nail salon on a weekend). But this shop has by far been my favorite.

Omg my first and LAST time ever going to them. I never been so disappointed in my life. My nails are sloppy, uneven and lumpy!

I guess there was a new guy and he fixed my acrylic nail that I popped. He put the acrylic on way too thick and he knew that. He tried to file it down for five minutes. He told me to leave before nails were even dry and then told me to leave for free because he knew he did a terrible job.

Horrible....I work 12 hour shifts and sit down to get my feet done . feet look the same way I came in afterwards.. I ask the guys to please scrub more he says I cant get anymore skin off. But I rub my finger nail over the skin on my feet and it comes. off.smh a waste of 20.00
