I have been to three or four places trying to find someone that could make all ten nails look the same. Finally I have found one. I loved it. I have found a new home!

Unlicensed employees that can not speak or understand English. Place is dirty and needs to be remodeled and equipment updated. I wont be going back. This was my first and last visit!

They are rude. When I confronted them about my nails they wanted to go back and forth with me instead of trying to fix the problem.

The young lady did a great job with my lashes, she took her time to make sure they were perfect, and my eyebrows look great too.

I usually have a good experience, but this time was not so good and I was very unhappy with my nails and the cost for something I didnt ask for. My feet was great with the older lady, she took her time and made my feet lol and feel great.

This is the worst nail salon in Savannah I will never go back here . They can’t shape for nothing then will you say something they catch nasty attitudes. If I wasn’t 5 months pregnant I probably would’ve got in a physical situation these people is horrible!!!!!!!!!

I had a tight schedule and I ONLY go to Luckys. I needed to go today and it said to open at 12, I waited over an hour and it’s almost 2 o’clock and yet nobody is here, STILL!! I will not go back. That is bad service. You need to open up when you’re scheduled to open up. If you have an emergency, be sure to leave a note on the door so NOBODY WASTE THEIR TIME WAITING ON YOU, smh. I’m very disappointed.

Went for a manicure and pedicure. Dont use polish bit have my nails buffed instead. Young woman informed,me she would,not be able to do it because they had no way to do it. Really? Rough service will not go back. Felt they were rushing to get me out said they were closing.

Customer service was horrendous😤 I come here from SC every two weeks. Spending at least $120 EVERY TIME!! Only to be treated like a thief😟 After getting pedicures and a full set I was told I had to wait to get lashes done.Fine, I dont mind waiting.So I decided to step out and have a cigarette briefly while waited. After being outside for about 5 minutes a lady from the shop ran up to me as if I was about to run away without paying.Mind I still havent gotten lashes done at this point. While EVERYONE around the shop just looking like I had done something wrong. She said I had to pay now .When I walked back into the shop to pay her.I have never felt soooo humiliated . Apparently Everyone inside was convinced I had done something wrong.I still had to wait 15 min before getting my lashes.You guys just lost a very valuable customer.

If I could rate lower I would! Came in with dip powder with a couple fingers that snapped on me and requested they be removed and have acrylics put in place. The young lady sat me down and started on my nails. She did not soak my nails to remove the dip powder but used an acrylic tip to pry them off with. Needless to say, two of my fingers are now bleeding, all of them are sore and I can’t have a new set put on until they heal. She knew it was pulling my nail and skin off because she used another tool to clip my skin. Never ever coming back. I’m convinced the ONLY reason they have any kind of decent reviews is their lash tech.

Went in for a trim on my powder tips and she completely runined my $50 set of nails, my nails are so rough I can’t do anything. Also she didn’t even clean off her counter from the last person she had done nails for. Terrible service.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Just got my nails done Friday and today is only Tuesday and seven whole nails have popped off of a fresh full set no fill in! If you do go do not go to the lady with the eagle winged eyebrows her nails are short, fat, bulky and stubby. They guarantee a 3 day free repair if it a nail pops off BEFORE the third day. I over all give this shop 0 stars because they allow this horrible job to be done. But Kim however, will get you right with them lashes.

Very poor customer service!!! 3 of my daughters got their nails done and all were horrible. Fat square nails!!!!!!! One guy rushed so he could go get something to eat. None had any conversations with my girls the entire time. I would not recommend this place to anyone. We would NEVER come back.

I live an hour away from this place. I called before I came to let them know I was on my way. They said no problem as long as I got there by no later than 7:30pm. I said ok I will be cutting it close but that I should arrive by 7:27 according to my GPS, she said ok,no problem. Needless to say I arrived at 7:18 in record timing and this established was closed. Lights off, doors locked and not one employee of this establishment in sight. I was beyond upset. Mind you, I drove an hour there and had to drive an hour back. With no services provided. The time before that I came and the gentleman that works there had called the police on a long time customer of there business, who was misquoted a price for her services. When she went to pay, she tactfully questioned the total. The difference was just a few dollars, in which I came to learn that the customer had the money for. It was the principal of the matter. This is not a professional establishment in my opinion.

I wouldnt even give them one star... They are very rude and disrespectful. I had to keep repeating to guy who was doing my nails how he wasnt shaping them how I wanted them to be. As he kept going I had to keep repeating to him that my nails were still unshapely then tried to paint my nails two different color blues and when I told him they were not the same color he caught a attitude and told me to hurry up so I told him he could take them off and give me my money back so he called the police.

Was disappointed with my service my nails not like I wanted them for my bday n my pedicure was horrible I still had dry skin round the back of my feet n in the middle n they tell me its just my feet no its just u sorry asses! So I walked out with out paying n they said they was gone call the police cause I aint wanna pay for my feet oh wellllllllll..

Girlfriend convinced me to get a pedicure and the lady had no clue what she was doing and clipped a chunk of my skin off my toe and i was bleeding all over the place she looks up and just says “im sorry” completely ruined my day and ill never go back or ever even get a pedicure again

Had a ingrown toenail lady took care of me without cause me great deal of pain my foot is thousand times better.

I got my eyebrows done and instead of plucking them tweezers she used a razor right after she waxed them. And she still left wax in my face. Very disappointed

Lashes hands down but whatever she uses it causes eye infections make it seem like its something other than glue my friend who went to get hers done got a style and now I have one wont return
