They were super friendly and very attentive to what I needed. I enjoyed this experience so much, and I’m from out of town so it was very nice to be around friendly people that are open to talking. My nails look amazing, and I was very well taken care of.

Yesterday I was in la Bella nail salon with intentions to pamper myself, i had received the services, mani, pedi and full set. I have absolutely no allergies to any products and often get my nails done, however I was coming with a friend who wanted to try out this salon. $100 later I left the salon: not even an hour after leaving the nail salon my nail broke and my foot broke out in a severe rash and is now infected. I had gone back to the salon requesting a refund to cover the costs of my foot expenses at the hospital and it was refused, because it was my fault i didnt know i was allergic to a product they used, and was told to avoid using it in the future instead of them showing any type of customer service. I highly recommend looking for QUITE LITERALLY ANY SALON BUT THIS ONE . They dont care about you, just the money .

Best Nails! I have been getting my nails done for 6 years all over the country and this is my favorite place. I Have tried everything you can do and they can do it all and it always turn out great! Just got my nails done for Halloween and they are my favorite ones Ive ever had done! They also have friendly service!

Anna gave the best leg and foot massage I’ve ever gotten, I’m always scared to get pedicures on vacation but I would drive from home every month just to visit her again! I can be the pickiest person about my feet and I left so impressed and relaxed 10 out of 10😊

I absolutely love this place. I’m very picky when it comes to getting manicures and pedicures but this place is awesome. Back home in Texas, I will only go to one lady bc She’s the only one who I feel actually does a good job. However here, I have used multiple people And no matter if it’s a manicure or pedicure, they ALL do amazing work. I highly recommend them, prices are good especially for the area.

I went to La Bella Nails, yesterday, to get a pedicure. Ive been there twice before and was undecided as to their quality. I think this visit sealed the deal. Never again. The technician used a large tooth cheese grater on my heal. This was unnecessary and painful. Before I knew it, I had a bad skin abrasion and a hole in my heal. She was highly apologetic but the damage was done.

I did a pedicure as a walk in and had great service. Lots of color options, and several different types of pedicures though I just opted for the classic today. My nail tech was very good, took his time and did a great job! Everything is super clean and just nice atmosphere overall. Definitely recommend!Update: 2nd visit was also 5 stars! This time gel mani and regular pedi. Awesome job by the nail tech both times and no chipping or peeling.

Great customer care here when it comes to timeliness and communication.My only complaint is that she cut me... bad. It happens. But I paid $$$ to walk away with a 4/5 nail job and a cut that I’m putting hydrogen peroxide on daily.I might give this place another try.

Paid $51 for a half pedicure and 1.5 hour wait.Politely waited 30 minutes for a chair, then a FULL HOUR while soaking in the chair. Finally, I told the tech that I was then low on time, she sent over a young man who rushed through and finished my pedicure including polish in exactly 20 minutes- providing ONLY a cuticle & nail cut and foot scrub. AFTER finishing my polish he offered lotion to which I declined because I was pressed for time at this point. They then proceed to charge me for a full service at a whopping $51. Very, very poor customer service.

Visiting the area on vacation. Wanted to treat myself and my lady.. idk if it was because we werent regulars or if it was because the color of my skin. But me and my girlfriend were ignored looked over and given none of the same curiosity the white women inside were given. Then when mentioned of how we were treated no apology was given. Very poor

I have been getting my nails done for years and they have never looked this good, ever! I just got back to school and needed a good place to get my nails done and went to 2 stores before I came here. Now I am never going anywhere else! They are always so nice. I usually get Jessica but have seen other people walk out with gorgeous nails and toes. They also have a huge color selection so you have the whole random + more. I am always so happy when I walk out of the salon.

Came in for a gel mani and pedi for a wedding. Seemed over booked and a little chaotic. My gel has started chipping within a week.

I went to La Bella on Saturday morning to get a manicure and dip powder on my nails. I had made an appointment the day before, but they definitely overbooked for the 10am slot time. I got there on time and while they were soaking my nails to get the old dip powder off, a party of 4 arrived. They left my nails wrapped and soaking for at least 30 minutes while everyone tended to this party of 4. Then when one of their employees walked in the door, he sat down and unwrapped my nails that had been soaking (cotton soaked in acetone wrapped around each nail with aluminum foil) for at least 30 minutes and began preparing my nails to apply the dip powder. After he finished, my nails looked great; however, within a couple of hours one of the dip powder enhancements completely popped clean off. I returned to the salon and had them fix my nail. The next day, 2 other dip powder applications on my nails popped off and 2 of them were lifting off my natural nails. La Bella is closed on Sunday, so to preserve the appearance of my nails for work, I super glued the 4 applications to my natural nails. I did send a email Sunday afternoon to the owner requesting a refund of $66 or that they replace my dip powder nail applications free of charge. He emailed me right back and said to come into the salon on Monday and they would fix my nails. I went on Monday and another nail technician completely redid all of my nails. With her advice, I chose a color in a different brand than what I used the first time because she said that they have had some problems with the brand that they applied on Saturday. Later that Monday evening after completely redoing my nails, one of the new dip powder applications popped clean off! I superglued it back to my natural nail. Then on Wednesday, 4 other applications on my nails began to lift off my natural nails. Eventually another dip powder application on my nail came completely off. It’s been less than 48 hours!! I have had dip powder nail manicures for years! This is the very first time I have had this problem. I think that on busy days, the technicians try to get your nails done so fast that they do not do a good job properly prepping the nail. I also feel that if they didn’t overbook their appointment times, they would have not kept my nails soaking for so long in acetone, which is why I believe the dip powder application didn’t adhere properly to my natural nails. I’ve have been to this salon several times in the past and really like everyone there. But this experience has been really frustrating. Spending $66 on my nails that don’t even stay for a day is really terrible. Im not sure I will return to this salon in the future .

Gentlemans pedicure turned out very nice but my appointment time was 11:30 but they did not start on me until noon... Mans manicure was not impressive but definitely will go back for a pedicure

I’m new to Savannah, and a friend and I went here to get our nails done last Thursday. My nails didn’t even last two days, and started falling off.. i’ve never had that happen anywhere else. I asked for a coffin shape, and was given a horrible, uneven square shape. And not to mention, the nail “tech” I had made a rude remark about my hands. I will NEVER go back here, a waste of money and time. I even tipped the lady over 20% because that’s just how I am when getting services, but now I definitely regret that. DISGUSTED with the fact that I reached out so politely to them, to get nothing back in response. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone ever lol.

My friends and I made a reservation two weeks in advance for manicures and pedicures. We showed up and they did not look prepared for us and did not have enough employees working. I sat in the pedicure chair with my feet in cold water for over an hour before someone was able to get to me (I feel asleep and took a nap). The pedicure did not include any sort of massage. I’d rather have done my toenails myself. They rushed to complete my manicure while I was sitting in the chair getting my pedicure. Our group of 5 (5 manicures and three pedicures) took over 3 hours! Two girls next to me left because of the wait with their foil still on their fingers!

Brought my BF for a gentlemans deluxe pedicure. He got an older lady that didn’t speak English but she did a really good job not only on his toes taking out ingrowns and cutting cuticles, she sanded off the dead skin from his heels, did a hot towel service on his calves and feet and a nice lower leg massage which took 1 hour and he felt great afterwards.. the salon itself is very pretty and clean lots of techs working there.

My friend got a Jelly Pedi and it was $41. I got a regular pedicure and acrylic on one of my big toes due to it being cracked. Well mine was also $41.... Overall I loved the end look of my toenails, but too pricy for my taste. Also I gave a 15% tip.

I have been getting acrylic nails with gel polish for almost 8 years and I have never been overcharged like I was at this place. Savannah had just opened open salons after quarantine, me and 2 of my girlfriends went down there to have a self care day before we went back to work ourselves. We looked up a few places, but ultimately felt like the reviews and prices were best at la Bella. While we were there we were pleased with our experience but as I go to pay I was charged $132 before tip for a new set, gel pedicure, and eyebrow wax. I am not cheap by any means with nails, but was a little confused as to why it was so expensive. I paid it and tipped over 20% then proceeded to leave, and as I get in the car Im looking at my receipt to see I was charged an additional $22 for gel polish for both my nails and toes, so an additional $44 for a $10 dollar bottle that I didnt even use half of during my visit there. It now hasnt even been 2 weeks since getting my nails done and I have 3 nails that have completely just broken off with 2 more that are loose. I have never been so disappointed and felt taken advantage of by anyone in this business in my life. We were all out of work for months, so to just overcharge people is completely wrong. Will never go back here and highly recommend you dont either to avoid being ripped off.

I have been getting my nails done for years and this was the best experience Ive ever had, by far. Jessica was so meticulous and took her time with each and every detail for a perfectly shaped and polished full set.I felt very taken care of throughout the entire process. Instead of the typical go wash your hands after the shaping and filing was complete, Jessica pulled out a hot towel to clear away all of the acrylic bits to get my nails ready for polish in what felt like a brief hand massage.Also, GENTLEST full set Ive ever gotten! Felt like a spa experience without the spa price tag. Ill never go anywhere else again.

Took my friend here for a birthday pedicure. My first impression was how nice, bright and clean it was. We were seated immediately the guy (Loc) I think his name was, they were awsome, quick and efficient. We will definitely be back.

Hasn’t even been two weeks and my dip has come off completely on three fingers. Dip at other salons lasts me 3-4 weeks or more. Pretty bummed especially for the price I paid.

Don’t get eyebrows waxed there it will break out your skin and even if you tell them they don’t care ..

My daughter and I were here last night to have full sets done. Even though we were right next to each other, we had very different experiences.My last was friendly, chatty and detail oriented, hers was quiet and VERY SLOPPY.My lady did a great job on my nails, and got them cleaned up and looking wonderful, but she was also working very fast. She shoved my fingers twice with the nail file, once was very deep. I understand accidents happen, but it shouldnt have happened twice.My daughter in the other hand, her lady went very slow, but also left her with acrylic build up under all her nail, like a lot, and polish all over her hands. She also has some improperly fitted nails on a couple fingers. I did have her clean up the sloppiness but even after it looks untidy. More of what youd expect from a $15 set not someone charging $30+.Now on to the pricing discrepancy. When I walked in I said I wanted a gel full set. (Its listed as an option on the website for only $10 more) the lady tells me to go pick a polish and points me to the gel polishes. After its all said and done, I go to check out, they charge me the price of a full set, PLUS the cost of a gel polish and extra $22. When I ask why they tell me I picked the wrong thing, I didnt get a gel set, but a regular set with gel polish. But no one ever said anything about it during or before she started, even though I asked for a gel set. So extra charge for me, because they told me the wrong thing. And another $22 for them to gel polish my nails.The only positive things I can say, my lady was nice, and left my nails looking great. The salon is clean and pretty. They have a large color selection.I wouldnt go back, I wont go back. I wouldnt suggest it for others either.

Absolutely terrible!!!!!!!!!!This was dip powder French nails. I had to keep having her correct the crooked lines she was making in the French. Some of the nails look powdery underneath, none of them are even in shape or length, the outer layer is turning yellow and chipping off after only three days and it is just absolutely atrocious! I’ve never seen anything so terrible and I’ve been getting my nails done professionally for 20 years. I offered them a chance to make this right and they refused.

Ive had two pedicures done here and was very pleased with both my end results, that being said my appointment was so delayed past my scheduled time (40 minutes), I had to return two days later to finish my pedicure. You schedule an appointment for a reason and that should be honored. Simple customer service blunder on their part.

The experience was alright, not super friendly but not bad. The overall length of appointment was considerably longer than any Ive ever had before. I was on vacation and thought it would be fun to get my nails done for the week. Ive had 3 of my acrylic nails break off doing basic tasks such as pulling on pants, grabbing phone out of purse etc. Ive never had my acrylics break off before so having 3 now break off is very upsetting. When you spend 50+ dollars on nails, you expect them to be of decent quality. I vacation here every year and I will not be returning to this salon if I decide to do my nails again.

Went here for my bday weekend and loved everything the ladies had to offer. They corrected my ombre nails that I had done prior to bday. If I could rate 10 stars I would.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. They did well on my nails and this is a great place to go if you can afford it. Honestly, I didnt think the experience was worth how much I spent. I got a gel manicure and a pedicure without polish. Im pissed off because when I told them I didnt want polish on my toes, they didnt simply say, Are you sure? The polish is included and we wont deduct anything for you not getting it. But instead, they didnt tell me that so I paid full price. I even asked someone if they would be willing to deduct the cost of the polish and they said no. its included. Ok, well thanks for telling me to start with. I wont be coming back.

I am posting this because I always want to support hard working people. My daughter lives in Savannah and is about to graduate from SCAD. I am from New Orleans. With that said I have never, ever Been to a nail salon that was packed with clients and had someone spend so much time with me ! The owner ( stupidly I didn’t get her name ) would not fill my acrylic nails. I told her I HATED the way the guy in New Orleans did them but could she just fill and polish? She would not because she knew they were horrible and I would have a serious problem. It was a preset damn perfect place and very very entertaining ! I absolutely recommend this place to anyone !!! They dont like our kind and if you go there youll see for yourself they werent as pleasent with us as they tto the other race everyone was greeted so nice but I watched four blAck people get a what can I do for you they were also iffei wine or water but we werent dont spend wheere you feel worthless and they act like our money aint green

On May 2 .., I came in to la Bella Nails to get my toes and nails done ... first off they schedule appointment on top of appointments ... I sat in there for 30 mins before someone started my nails they she put two walkings in spa chairs before me then she say my bad u next ... Get nails done then she say I got to wait 10 more minutes to get my feet done... Bad business....

My husband and I went in for pedicures and they were fantastic! Service was exactly what I hoped for! Staff was very nice and polite, shop was clean and pretty. Prices were very reasonable and they took their time with their work. We really enjoyed ourselves and will be back for sure!

I used to come here because it is near my house and prices are reasonable. However, some of the staff is sometimes rude and they would make me wait as they would sit and talk and only one person was busy. I would get over it because the place was convenient but today was my last time setting foot in that place. I went to get my acrylic nails removed and the lady PULLED them off from my nails with no acetone or anything. It felt uncomfortable until the very last one that hurt horribly. I noticed and she had pulled a piece of MY nail off in the center of my nail! I have a patch of skin exposed! She also cut them extremely short and didn’t file them down. I had to come home and do it myself because I was terrified of her touching my nails any longer. I hope they learn from this and don’t do it to anyone else.

I was very excited to visit La Bella nails when I read the reviews and saw the color selections on the walls in the photos. However, I had a terrible experience. I was standing in a wedding that weekend and my nails were not what i hoped for. The technician took over an hour for a polish change on my hands and feet and packed on the polish so much that my nails looked lumpy even after they were dry. They did not have the matching gel/regular polishes I needed and after two days my nails look as though I have not had them done for a week or more. Also, I was originally intending to get a fill-in for a fresh look, but they did not have the gel overlay i needed. Overall their prices are way too high for the quality of work. Not sure why I had this bad experience but I will never return...

The look of the place is really nice, but I think the positive review stops there. I recently visited for a manicure and pedicure for my wedding. I visited along with some of my bridesmaids. Its close to my house, so I visited to save time. When they cut our cuticles, they made myself, and 3 others girls hands bleed. And when it was pointed out, the ladies just laughed about it. The manicurists were rude occasionally, and in general were slow. I will never return, and would never recommend anyone else try their services. I almost never write a review, but the experience was so unpleasant, I couldnt let this go without sharing my experience.

This was my 3rd time at La Bella. I live down the street so I really wanted to make this my normal pedicure place. Unfortunately, I dont see that happening. While they do a good job with my nails, cut them shorter and file, are kind and make conversation...the place is dirty. I saw 3 roaches crawling on the floor and one on their shelves. This was in the middle of the afternoon; both rear and front door were shut. They were the small inch long ones that are from the inside of dirty places...gross. Also, they want you to tip with cash and use their ATM machine to access your bank account. Therefore, they make an extra expense off of you. I forgot one time and refused to use their ATM bc of my bank fees as well as theirs. They didnt make a big deal and gladly accepted the gratuity.

I’d been here for a mani/pedi before and had a positive experience, and the services are good. But don’t schedule us for 2 pedicures and then put one of us in a chair while the other is waiting for 20+ minutes. We came together for a reason 🙄 rude.

Just left there and will NEVER go back. My entire experience was completely ruined because the management allowed some woman to talk as loudly as she could on her speaker phone throughout my entire service. I now know her life story and all of her personal account numbers!! Every other person in that full salon was totally annoyed about it yet there she still was on her speaker phone after I left. The technician doing my nails was nice enough but I asked for a french manicure with a thin white line and OPI Bubble Bath as my base and she squinched her nose at me and said she didnt like that. I dont care what you like. I am paying you for a service and you dont get an opinion. So after all of that, the white tip went half way down my nail bed and I have already taken the polish off it was so awful. Waste of $30 bucks including a $5 tip. Unbelievable.
