I went to the nail shop, to receive a full set. A ladystarted my nails, and then told me she did not know how to apply acrylic on long nails.we argue the hold time, she acted as if she couldnt speak or understand English, her son had to step in to translate*. He told me that his mom said she would not finish my nails, after applying the arcylic, it was a horrible experience I do not recommend this mail salon

Went here after a long work day just to relax and pamper myself. I waited a whole hr just to get my feet done which wasnt a issue. The issue was the fact that my feet were done WITHOUT getting the polish. On top of that I was seated at the nail station for another hour after that and still wasnt serviced. When I decided to only pay the 20.00 for a massage then they wanted to service me after doing 4 people before me. Ill NEVER return to this salon and they lost a awesome customer because I tip pretty well. Im not a basic $30 customer. I get what I want when I want it. Im highly upset and that service was terrible. Next time inform the customer what was really going on that wait turned into a disaster.

Went here on Friday 9/17/2021. By far this was the biggest mani/pedi mistake ever.1) I was left at the pedi station for so long the nail tach had to re-run my water. 2) She digs way too deep when it comes to cutting cuticles, I’m no nail version, but this was not good. 3) I chose “winter white” for my pedi color and she still used “white”. Big difference! 4) When I called her out on it, she called her son from the office who was as of no help and clearly didn’t want to be bothered. I ended up with white toe nails. She was nice, but her work is poor. I went to Top Nails many years ago and the guy Tony was known as the “cutter” because he would always nic your skin during manicures. I guess it’s a thing for them. If you go here, do your research on who to go to, other than that please save yourself.

A waste of time. Sat over an hour, then the lady that came in after me got service before me. Long story short. I walked out. Never going back.

The place was nasty and my nail color chipped on all my nails not even 3 hours later. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The prices are ridiculous compared to the service you receive.

Came in and got my eyebrows done, it was an okay job done. Wax was dropped on my clothes, in my hair on my edges, and dropped on my ear🤦🏾‍♀️. I will not be returning.

Very dirty and unsanitary. Poor customer service. Poor nail polish options. Rush jobs with not enough attention to detail. Will charge for repairs they are at fault for. It is sooo hard finding quality nail techs! My nails were breaking within the week. I will NEVER step foot back in this place.
